Excellent service. The room service was good. The restaurant in the hotel serve good food and there was a open music concert.

Basic and aging, but good value and great location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, just don't ask for a taxi from there, they sent me a liar and a scammer. Bag storage and great breakfast selection. Can walk to the airport and falls in not much time, not a paved path but very close to both. A bit of mold in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport and the falls. Parking is free and there is plenty of parking spaces. Those with kids would be delighted with the pool, water slide and playground. We like the spacious hotel restaurant, which serves a hearty breakfast with a variety of cold cuts, warm dishes, breads, cakes, muesli and fruits. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is also good. The souvenir shop in the hotel is a gem, as the prices there are lower than other places (especially the official souvenir shops at the attractions). Our room is clean, quiet and comfortable, and wifi is ok (not too fast but sufficient for emails & social media). One advice: please bring mosquito repellent.

This hotel is not too far from the falls but a bit far from downtown. Checked in was quick and the staff are very friendly. Glad that some of them speak English. The room is very spacious, cleaned except the bathroom need to update to better mirror, sink and walks. It will looked better if they can replace some of the old stuff. The restaurant has good selection of food. The chicken noodle soup was good. Definitely will try other dishes. House keeping doing a great job in cleaning the room. I have fish and flower folded towels on my bed everyday. Nice to come into a cleaned room.

The rooms themselves need to be modernized but, not spending all day in rooms. Beds comfortable and maid's do an excellent job in cleaning and making beds. Rest of hotel excellent 👌. Restaurant great food, shops, pool's and play ground for kid's. Very clean lobby. Again, staff very friendly and most speak English. We plan to stay Again next year..close to airport.

So for me the reason I chose this place is because I can just walk from the airport and you can also walk to the Iguazu Falls main entrance, so I save a lot of money on taxis lol. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen, I mean who has chocolate cake and pizza for breakfast? but at this place you had that option lol. If you walk to the falls you will pass movie museum of cars, plus a pic of the falls and the swimming pool at the hotel

Ok but staff friendly. Pool good and worth the late dip. Rooms basic but food above average so worth it in the long run

Friendly staff, good looking hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, nice pools. Great breakfast with good selection. You can book tours on the spot. There was even live music in the evening. Especially for the price it is excellent.

Staff is nice. Hotel looks like a Soviet hospital. No AC on premises, only in rooms. Room smelled and there were tons of mosquitoes.

An easy walk to the bus station for round trip tickets to the falls. Good assortment of items for breakfast and the rooms were nice with great air conditioning.

This hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. But it is dilapidated and need of a remodel badly. The rooms are old and the furniture is breaking down. The windows allow mosquitoes to come in the room from the outside. I killed at least twenty with my own hands. I literally sprayed the room and myself with mosquito repellant before I went to sleep. The worst is that I ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel and immediately got Traveler's Diarrhea. After 7 days I flew home and was treated with antibiotics. I'm still recovering and needless to say it ruined my very expensive vacation. I don't know whether there is a health department or a similar institution there but the hotel should be shut down and all systems need to be revamped before anyone else gets sick!

We go in to the front desk to check in with a guy and our room isnt ready so we walk to the national park which is a 15 min walk by the way next we go to the bird park both pf which i reccomend doing strongly. We cone back to find a different guy at the reception who wants our house adress and weird information then he gives us our keys and with my kids we walk in the room with 2 people snuffling in the room so they giv we ys a different room which felt like a prison because the windows wouldnt open to the nice view we then had overcooked dinner and a pizza with unpitted olives where the kids almost broke there teeth. They had refreshing juices for under 2 dollars u.s.a with clearly no added sugars. We went to the pool and they had a water slide. Dont wear a full body suit on the slide. Then we went back to the dungeon where we got bitten by mosquitoes the breakdast was all sweets and a couple fruits.

The slide at the pool was fantastic for my kids and the night sky from the pool area was beautiful. The restaurant was ok. The room was pretty darn bad. First, reception gave us a room that was already occupied (awkward). Our new room had one tiny window with one inoperable shutter, stuck in the closed position, and the other only opened half way. The shower didn't drain well and threatened to overflow and the toilet didn't flush. Use of pool towels were charged to your room and the hangers didn't come off the rods. Great location! We walked to iguazu and the aviary.

Old, but fully functional hotel! If you don't mind repainted paint on doors or outfashioned furniture, than you will get excellent value for your money: on-site restaurant, shops, tour desk, indoors and outdooors pool etc. Safe and spacious place! Perfect location, only 500 m from the famous Bird Park and maybe 2 km from the Falls visitor center. Bad point: only local tv channels!

Stayed there in 2016 for the Iguacu Falls visit. Nice, clean, no problems. I still remember this place because I had the best ever hamburger at the Cafe Colonial there. Freshest beef, perfectly made. Still haven't found a better hamburger, living in Texas and traveling the world (including Rio). Brazil has the best beef I know.

Perfect location for airport and Brazil side of falls. Rooms a bit dated but comfy beds. Food is excellent.

Pro : Cheap, clean rooms and other common areas, friendly staffs, food at the restaurant was great, location was good and FAST internet, they take dollar, paraguay guarani too Con : a bit old building and lots of mosquitos...(for the weather, etc) We had some problem with our reservation through booking.com but the staffs there were very friendly and did everything to help us. (And we did manage to get it how we wanted). The rooms were pretty clean, spacious, breakfast buffet was awesome. We had a steak and brazilian beer(braham(?)) for dinner and it was delish. It is also very close to the bird museum and the parking lot to the fall. I think for the price we paid, there was nothing to complain from our part:)

I really loved this hotel, I was travelling alone and I received a warm welcome, the staff spoke good english. The room was huge, peaceful and very clean. The outdoor pool area is beautiful with a heated pool and two outdoor pools. I had the dinner buffet which was good quality and a good selection, they had a guitarist singer who was very talented and enjoyable. I just walked down the road to this side of the falls and then got the shuttle but to the airport so the location worked really well for me

Rooms are clean but slightly dated very near the airport walking distance 500 meters, turn right on main road outside hotel. Also 20 minutes (800 meters) walk to the national park entrance for the water falls, turn left on main road. Decently priced hotel with friendly staff. Good free WiFi, good pool side, good breakfast selection.

This place is in a great location for a 1 day stopover for the falls, the staff are great and the cost is low. On the negative side, the rooms are in disrepair, the linen is not clean/fresh, towels are threadbare and the pillows have seen better days (early 90s). The food is okay but it's better in the town center.

I had a terrible experience. The clerk was impolite and got a day off in the day after our arrival to cool his head. That happened because he lost our registration and asked us to come back to the reception to fill out again the registration like it was our fault. The worst was that we paid twice for the second person. My wife, Camila Machado, had paid for two people while booking at Decolar and had to pay again for me when we arrived. It was stressful and a waste of money. The clerk acted like we were trying to fool the hotel to not pay for the second person. Other than all that, we had to pay for everything we used in the hotel. Just the breakfast was comprised. We paid for towels at the pool and we decided not to use any other facility at the hotel. Our vacation was really stressful so do not stay there. At the end, we asked for the receipt to request a reimbursement for paying twice for my stay as second guest, but the hotel had a power shortage. Another clerk promised us to send the receipt but we never got it. So zero stars. Worst hotel ever.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm so surprised by all these positive reviews, it's a stark contrast from the reality of my stay. Rooms were terrible, wires exposed on hairdryer and mould on mirror, lamp not working, the "gym" consists of rusty playground equipment that did not work at all and breakfast was average. Even the staff were flat and lacked knowledge of local buses which caused us to almost miss our flight! The location was great and that's about the only positive from this hotel. Utterly dissappointed and not what I expect from an apparent "hotel of the year".

The accommodation needs an upgrade as it's getting old and not very comfortable. Food is not cheap but lacks quality. We ordered cakes for R$ 20 and it came dried and tasteless. Housekeepers are lovely and do a great job but the lady at reception and the lady from the restaurant were constantly grumpy. It's close to the national park but far away from everything else. We'd rather stay at city next time.

It was one of the best hotels we stayed in our trip. Prompt service of the staff, clean premises, swimming pools, garden , indoor pool and spa on premise. Inclusive Breakfast is great, with many options. All freshly made. The tour operator at reception is pretty good as well if you want transportation to and fro to both sides of the park. English well spoken by all the staff members. Airport pick up and drop off available.
