My husband and I had a last minute trip to Frankfurt from the US. Having lived in Baden-Württemberg previously, we are not strangers to German cuisine and fest food. We were happy to take the opportunity to enjoy some of the long-missed treats and gladly stopped by for some currywurst. The owner greeted us immediately and we placed our order and sat outside. He came out and we chatted for a bit. Very friendly guy! Yes, it is true that this is in the red light district and probably not the safest of locales at night, but during the day it wasn't bad. As long as you know this, you should be fine. The owner brought out fries, the currywurst, bread, and a little plate of mayonnaise, ketchup, and some of the most fantastic Senf that we have ever had. The fries were fresh and crisp, nicely salted, and I swear I detected a light dusting of sugar. It wasn't sweet, but instead balanced out the saltiness perfectly. The currywurst had just the right amount of curry and spice. We enjoyed every bite! Easily the best Currywurst, Pommes, and Senf that we have ever had. If we could only replicate it back in the US, my tummy would be very happy. Should we make it back to Frankfurt, this will be one of our first stops for sure!

This currywurat is definitely better than the "best worst in town" place. Shame it's opened in the heart of red light district with plenty of strip clubs and casinos, as the area is a bit tough after dark.

Amazing sausage and service. The girl was really nice and prepared everything perfectly. The sauce is very delicious. 100% recommended

So happy to have found this place during our layover in Frankfurt. Dont let the outside fool you, inside is clean and the chef (owner) is one of the nicest people we’ve met. Their currywurst and fries were amazing! And you cant also beat the price!

Although the location is not ideal, it is an amazing Currywurst. Always crowded at lunch time. You have different types of sausages and also some burgers and french fries.
