Sam's Sportsbar doesn't exist anymore, so it's a bit misleading to leave this google maps listing open. It's been rebranded into the 'Q Bar Restaurant & Hookah', for which there is a separate listing on the same address. Luckily, they did still show sports (and were even nice enough to put on the Holland football match upon request), though it was a very different ambiance than what we expected. And, while the bar had 4 taps for draft beer, they somehow could only serve bottled beer (only choice was Heineken, unfortunately) and were sold out of beer after 2 rounds (6 beers in total). Staff was nice enough, but the whole experience was a deception. The only thing that wasn't rebranded or remodeled, was the van parked outside. ;)

Not Sam's anymore and is a sham still showing open under that name. Sign is gone and whole different vibe. Just don't try to pretend you're someone you are not.

It is 2023 and they still don't accept card payments... Cocktails are not tasty and overly expensive for such a mediocre place... 10.50 for Aperol? Come on.

I called the sport bar at 4pm to check if they would broadcast the final of the handball Worldcup and the employees did indeed confirm it. In the end, they could not get the channel and we could not watch the game.

Super nice staff, good coffee and tasty shishas. I didn't eat but the food smelled delicious.

Your basic sports bar with your typical burgers, wings, etc. The service was very poor: 49 minutes for 2 burgers, couldn't get a second beer because our server was a ghost.

Worse service between 11am and 2pm on Monday. Says open at 11am but got turned away at 1115am because she says they must clean first. Sad service today. Used to be my favorite place. Never will come here again. Never once did anyone come check if I needed anything??? Owner get your staff together!😔 check your camera. Truth! Your folks are lazy. Im the only one here too. No excuses!

Unfortunately Sam Sports Bar (ex Lucky Mainhattan Bar)is being rebranded into a Turkish shisha lounge.Does Frankfurt need another super loud shisha lounge????19 euros for 10 chicken wings.The sneaky waiter tried to upsell fries,but I politely refused.And guess what comes normally with wings as a side garnish????A mountain of fries.Enough for two persons....... Bill for: 3 gin tonic 1 Nana tea 1 jalapeño popper 1 mozzarella sticks 1 Chicken wing 1 shishs 94.00 euros

It could be a very nice place but service is soooo ff’in slow better find another place. Don’t expect to get a beer within 30 minutes. Two people working where they need at least 5/6…….

If you are looking for somewhere to watch a match this is the place. Plenty of screens and sound on. Drinks were table service. Nothing fancy but perfect for a game.

I always come here for sport events like MotoGP and can recommend this experience to everyone, who wants to enjoy a good evening with friends!

Good amount of TVs to watch sports. Prices are normal , burger menue with a beer around 15eur. Ambience is good and service is quick. Reservations are needed for major sport events like CL or the such.

Lovely friend staff and had an enjoyable couple of beers. In September DJ outside on street was excellent 🦊💚

Handy place to call into off the train for a drink and a quick bite to eat, it no 5 star restaurant but food is good, plenty of TV's to watch live sports. Staff where friendly enough to.

Chill patio for shisha and drinks. Cool Peach is my new favorite shisha flavor. Basic cocktails on the pricier side (8.5€ for a G&T or Aperol Spritz, for example), but friendly service and a good time.

Had a great time with friends there. Enjoyed the food. Plenty of TVs for watching Fußball. The server there was super friendly and took good care of us. Would definitely visit again.

I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to 😂 I turned up to a SPORTS BAR… weren’t allowed the tv’s on. Fine. Had a pint. Tried to pay but got ignored whilst standing at the bar. Then was told I couldn’t pay by card because the card machine was out of paper? Told to go to the cash machine. I came back. There was just four other people in the bar. 3 servers…. I stood at the bar waiting to pay… still was ignored for a good while. Unsure why I didn’t walk out at this point. Paid with a tenner. Was given short change. I gave up at this point and thought I’d let them have it since they’re so cheap 😂
