What a place! It's really nice, the food is so good and the staff is really nice and helpful! You are recommended 4-6 dishes. I recommend you take 4, if you're not really really hungry. And a funny thing, at the table there was a bottle of vodka for us to enjoy for free during the dinner.. As we were new customers the waitress joined in on a little sip.

TOP NOTCH VEGAN BREAKFAST/BRUNCH!! This is so far my absolute favorite vegan place for breakfast! Why so? Let’s get started! THE SERVICE: deserves 5 from 5 stars! I was asked if I wanted the light or heavy breakfast, I decided to choose the heavy. I could not decide rather to start with the salty or sweet dishes first… so she recommended to surprise me with dishes one by one and if I liked it, I could just say so and order it again! PERFECT! Also! I never had to wait or ask for more food, it was noticed by the staff and I immediately received the next dish as I finished the last! THE FOOD: Literally everything… everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented! From the soup, to the fresh bread and pesto, all the way to the French toast and porridge; absolutely fantastic! COSTS: about 26€ per person for the full heavy breakfast offer. If you ask me, it was worth every single cent! ENVIRONMENT/ATMOSPHERE: As you will see through my pictures, the restaurant offered a spacious and clean view. Creative pictures and paintings as well as nice tables and decoration filled the room. I do however recommend eating indoors! I saw how guests were annoyed outside with all the wasps that also wanted a taste of that delicious food. :) All in all, I can say that this place flawlessly delivered at a high quality standard. Must visit!

This place is definitely a must! The entire experience around the food is marvelous. The service is exquisite, extremely friendly and caretaking. The interior of the restaurant is one of a kind and very beautiful. The cocktails, like the wine selection are delicious and very well chosen. The food has really blown my mind. The dishes are so delicately well put together. You wouldn’t want change a thing about any of it. The ingredients are very well selected and all in all it’s going to give you a unique experience you can’t have anywhere. To top things off, everything is vegan, which is absolutely amazing. You get a free bottle of liquor per table, which tastes insanely good. And in the end, the prices are way too reasonable for what you truly get! I liked the concept of this restaurant! Vegan dishes/tapas with surprisingly exotic flavours. Zen atmosphere and relatively kid-friendly. You must try their vodka on the table...

I've enjoyed the weekend brunch twice by now and will definitely come again. Leuchtendroter serves vegan food only, and the dishes are unbelievably delicious. Even non-vegans will not miss meat/dairy products. The staff is super friendly and attentive. You will enjoy the cozy atmosphere of Leuchtendroter. Really loved the interior design as well. 11/10 for everything!

I tried Leuchtendroter last year and to be honest I wasn’t quite happy with the menu. I gave it another chance and this time I was positively surprised. The current menu features many well constructed and thought-out dishes. The drinks were refreshing, and the service reliable. My personal favorites were the shiitake tacos and the yellow beets platter. The parsnip dessert had a nice twist. The Beech Mushrooms with Sriracha and Hoisin were a great idea, but staggered a bit in the execution. The “Sriracha” tasted more like a sweet paprika sauce. It lacked the traditional fermentation, garlic and (birdseye) chili taste that is so typical for Sriracha. All in all a great evening. Thank you. :)

The food was good, but did not blow us away. We also had to wait for long periods between each of the items (sometimes 15-20 minutes). In addition, the service was slow and we did not receive any explanations as to what was in the dishes, which would have been nice since the menu does not have many details. Overall, the food is too expensive and the service is not up to par.

Super yummy vegan food in an outstanding atmosphere. Probably one of the best dinner spots in Frankfurt! Service is super nice, too! Try the drinks, they have always special creations! Only low point: quality got a price so its not a cheap evening spent..

Nice experience and what a nice place this is for fine vegan food! If you are in two, it makes absolute sense to take the entire menu (if you have some cash to spare) and share with your dinner partner in crime 🤜🤛 Also the aperitivo was really great and a creation we never had so far (talking about the Saúco Sour where they even used vegan egg substitute and it worked perfectly! If you’re vegan yourself and regularly cook for yourself or loved/liked ones, you’ll especially enjoy this place, and you’ll have food that makes you want to ask the staff (which is nice, polite but still relaxed) about the recipes.

So many good things to say about our dinner here but some disappointments. We travel a lot and try to find these dining experiences at least once per trip. It's always a treat! We found the atmosphere to be great - very busy but not too loud. Service was extremely friendly and they did a great job translating complicated dishes to English. That said, some courses were brought out before the previous round had been finished and/or cleared which was a bit sloppy for this level of dining. The 10 course meal was good, the right amount of food, and well-balanced but some dishes seemed to be missing a sauce or lacking salt while others were excellent. Few dishes "wow'd" us though, which we were expecting. Overall it was a great experience but far from perfect. Cheers!

One of my absolute favourite places in town! Creative, innovative, and delicious menus that change every couple of weeks, a very solid and comprehensive wine selection, friendly and attentive staff, a gorgeous interior with an incredible atmosphere... Leuchtendroter really ticks all the boxes and I would encourage everyone (whether vegan or not) to visit it.

We had a great dinner at ‚LEUCHTENDROTER‘! The restaurant offers a wide variety of different vegan food including a 9 course menu to share. The food was very delicious, freshly made and the service just lovely. The restaurant has a great interior design and in a nice neighbourhood.

Very good vegetarian food, cheap prices but small portions. The idea is to share a lot of those small portions, so at the end the price will be not so cheap. But is worthy! I'm not vegetarian and I've loved this place! The staff impecable but a small detail in the end makes me give the restaurant 4 of 5... they closed the kitchen without asking if we wanted anything else so we don't had any dessert. A small detail that needs to be improved!

Overall a great dining experience! We had a warm welcome and love the decor. Food was very very good. We ordered the entire menu and ended up having 3 dishes per person to share which was enough. While ambience, food and drinks are perfect, the service still needs to improve. After a few hours service started to ignore our table and forgot our desserts. A nice gesture was that we got one dessert for free. Prices are fair, but wine is expensive. We will be back for the new menu.

GO! Although my pictures do the food no justice, this is the best food and service experience I’ve had in Germany. We ordered everything and everything was absolutely tasty. The times between each plate were wonderfully timed. I really appreciated the non-alcoholic variety for drinks. I highly recommend going and taking the time to enjoy all the wonderful dishes.
