Don't go to this hospital to give birth. Here, new mothers are treated without any compassion, like they are on an assembly line. Even though I had a cesarean section and couldn't move my legs yet, my daughter was given to me the entire night. I couldn't even get her out of bed by myself. The next day my oldest wanted to meet her sister. A very special moment that was ruined for me. My mother brought her over. We were standing in the hallway and after less than a second we were shouted at in the most unfriendly way. My mother would be too much. We were given less than two minutes. I wish nothing but the worst for this horrible midwife.

My personal experience at the hospital has mixed feelings as I did not feel that it was a respected birth. My only fear was the issue of pain and my only request was to be able to have epidural anesthesia at the time of my delivery: no matter how much I asked for it at the Anmeldung, upon arrival at the hospital and during labor on numerous occasions, the hospital He didn't grant it to me. They told me I had to wait and that the room was busy. That moment never came for me and I suffered what I feared so much. Since my daughter was born, I was waiting two hours covered with a towel until a doctor came to suture the tear that the birth caused. Then my baby was born and the pain goes away but it doesn't justify the hospital's actions. Why did they tell me at all times that it was possible? Otherwise, the staff is generally friendly and everything works as planned. Another issue was that on Sunday afternoon the kitchen was completely out of service and I couldn't even make tea, they take away everything and you have to bother the nurse. Finally, the baby registration office at the hospital has no predisposition nor does it know how to inform parents about the issue. They practically kicked us out and told us to go to the town hall to register. I wouldn't choose them again

What a vulgar employee at the acceptance lot at emergency department. I asked her if she could speak English because I even could not tell my phone number in German. She shouted NEIN! After a while, I noticed she spoke with the other patients in English. SURE it is because I am not a white “privileged” person! What kind of people are working for this “Bürger“ Hospital?!!!

My baby girl was born at Bürgerhospital last month. She's my first child and I was so scared of giving birth but I ended up having an amazing experience especially in the delivery room! I really couldn't have asked for a better staff to help me. I come from abroad and I don't speak any German but I had no problems because everyone could speak English to me. There was also a midwife who could speak my language to me during the delivery. I stayed 3 days after the birth and then I went home. Everything was so well organized! If I will have another child I will a 100% choose this hospital! By the way I'm giving 4 stars because of the service at the reception. That day I came with the ambulance but my boyfriend couldn't come with me because of safety procedures (because of covid). He asked for me at the reception but first they told him I wasn't registered to give birth at the Bürgerhospital (I was). Then he asked for me again and they told him I was still on my way to hospital (I was already in the delivery room). They let him wait there so he missed the delivery of our baby. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Just giving three stars. Could give 5 if they are only for midwives and the doctors from birth section.Gave birth to my son in August 2022.Doctors and Nurses from the Birth Section are very polite and nice. They took very nice care. I was very happy. After giving birth we were shifted to other section for taking care of new mom and baby. I was unable to walk properly because of long pushing time and I asked for some help. Some nurses were so so rude. They directly said “ no” . I was so hurt because my husband was not there and my baby was hungry. But the night staff was nice. They took baby at night to take care of him. So I could sleep well so I was not happy with so many nurses. I forgot the names.😔

(Translated by Google) The purest disaster. This is the 3rd time I've been there. Midwives who have no idea what they are doing, you will only be held up by everyone I can hear something else in the 38th SW. I went there with severe itching and pain and I was allowed to wait between 2:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. The doctor told me freezing cold that I would call the dermatologist so that they could take a look and it was quick again for 2 hours. In the end, I was sent to the university clinic and it was said that we don't have a dermatology station here. (Thanks for the lie) They also somehow messed up my mother's passport. So on the whole you are really only equipped for the moment of delivery for between cases or complications you can throw away doctors and midwives who always want to blame the other. I would like to thank the doctor Dr. Med. Konstanze Zydej from the university hospital that she recognized my symptoms within 10 minutes and treated them immediately. (Original) Die reinste Katastrophe.

Very Disappointed! I gave birth to my son in December. Doctos and the midwives were very polite. Unfortunately the "Pflegepersonal", people taking care of the new moms (after a C-section) were unprofessional. After the birth, my husband waited 2 Hours with my newborn at the waiting room just because the personal forgot to pick him up and bring him to my room. They forgot to give me medicine to avoid hair in the stomach, so I had terrible pain. They gave me a shot and didn't clean the area. Especially a woman from the "Pflegepersonal" was really rude, cero professional and unpolite. Terrible experience! I didn't find an email where I can send my complaint officially, I really think to keep the level the hospital should take out such bad quality personnel.

I was at the hospital yesterday, came in for emergency, the nurses were not polite and made me wait for more than four hours, I repeatedly said I am in unbearable pain which they dismissed. When the doctor met me later, suggested for a immediate surgery, I was made to walk a long way in the morning since the nurse lost my health insurance card. The nurse was rude and didn't take up for the act. This is more stressful and irresponsible from the management. Never hurts to be kind when one is sick. Would never visit again.

I wish google could have( -1) star option. June 3 was my wife date . She got pain on 2nd June , I call them and one of them answered my call . And ask me how bad is pain ?, and many more questions . After that she said my wife has to be stay at home with me while my wife already broke the water and crying because of Labour pain . I said the lady/ girl , please it’s my first baby and we are alone at home . I don’t have any relatives in Germany. I have already booked an Termin in burger hospital 2 months before. And the lady/ girl said me sorry no we don’t have seat , after 25 minutes fuc….k bulishit conversation. And then she cut off my phone 📱. After I call them 2-3 times they even didn’t answer my call. I was shocked 😳

I was admitted to the Hospital for stomache pain on Sunday morning. As I arrived to the Emergency Room I was given a "schnelltest" . Then a PCR test. Now I'm not completely sure what each test does so I asked if patients are admitted in the room with covid?? The Nurse said No, all patients in the room have been tested negative or they would not be admitted. I was admitted to the 5th floor, as I walked in the room it was clamy and humid. No air circulation. In the upper 80-90s. I continued with covid hygiene standards anyway, washing my hands after everything I touched. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week, so there I was particularly careful. There was a young man already in the room with Bronchitis symptoms. I thought nothing of it. All patients are tested Negative before allowed admittance, right? No, not at all.... after spending the night in the room with this young man, being exposed to the humid clamy air all night, it was brought to my attention that this young man was Covid19 positive!!! And there had been another patient before me in this room with him. Now, I'm considered a "Kontakt Person". At the fault of this Hospital. How can they place patients that are healthy in rooms with covid19 patients???? Be very careful!!!

I could get better (and kinder) medical advice from my dog. The doctor actually recommended me AGAINST any treatment although antivirals were available and recommended to avoid complications from the infection

(Translated by Google) 03/12/2020 I had previously called 116117 and was told to go to the Citizens' Hospital. My statements were also not disrespectful, but describe facts. And I not only had to have experience with employees of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, but also with employees of your company. Rather, with your answer you confirm the bad impression that I made. The responsibility is pushed away. Pity! 11.03.2020 I had a fever and joint pain since Saturday, as well as a cough and very severe headache. When I continued to feel worse on Sunday, I visited the citizens' hospital on Nibelungenallee. Contrary to expectations, no one wore protective masks despite the current situation. I staggered weakly from my symptoms to the ZNA and thought that I could be helped there. I was covered up with a mask and hood over my head and kept my distance from other people. The disinterested staff didn't offer me any help. After an eternity I could describe my symptoms. I was then referred to the emergency medical service. Unfortunately, the employee was unable to explain the way to me correctly. Other attendees didn't care either. I finally found my destination by signage. The Turkish / Arabian doctor and his assistants present in the room. Both medical assistants did not wear a protective mask. After a superficial examination, he confirmed that I had a viral infection. He excluded Corona simply because I was not in contact with a proven person. Is he stupid Despite the viral infection, he screamed me an antibiotic. Is he stupid And wrongly prescribed me a remedy for irritable cough. Is he stupid I learn from this story: The responsible contact point of the community hospital for possible corona infections is by no means armed in its equipment (mouth protection, disinfection), nor professional (mentality of paramedics and first contacts as well as a doctor). Whether I am corona-infected or not, the family doctor is still helpful at this point in time, but not available on Sunday. The next day I went to my family doctor early in the morning and was examined there properly. Smears were made and sent to the laboratory. The result now showed common influenza. But of course, everyone around me can be infected with Corona without showing symptoms, being with a doctor or let alone having Corona detected. Just as people in the train release their droplets freely to the environment through coughing and sneezing and without respecting hygiene, everyone can be infected by Corona. Also, in this case I will not know who exactly infected me and whether or not they can be proven to have Corona. In this sense, I find such a question very pointless and irresponsible on the part of the doctors. If I were a selfish person and walked to the community hospital without a face mask, I could have infected many smock wearers through my conversations. I question the medical system and hope that the Citizens' Hospital was not well equipped only on that day or that the circumstances are only due to individuals who happened to be incapable of working on that day at the same time.

(Translated by Google) My mother was here to set her ventilator for the night (COPD) on the 1st floor of the intensive care unit. She was only there for a few days, but everything was great there. From the reception to the friendly staff and doctors on the ward. Very helpful and you feel well treated as a patient. My mother had a single room which was very nicely and comfortably furnished with a TV and bathroom with a barrier-free shower. A compliment to the station and all employees! Addendum: unfortunately due to the current Corona situation, the hospitals are no longer what they used to be. No patients are admitted because the Covid patient is said to be fully occupied. Everyone says something different. According to DIVI, it is not fully occupied and people prefer to leave people in the lurch who need treatment. It is also known that for every intensive care bed that is kept free for Covid, a lump sum of over EUR 500 per day is paid to the hospitals. Which is of course more lucrative for the hospitals than taking in a patient! The meaning of the hospitals has thus been lost and my positive contribution has to be revised, as it is now clear what is important in this situation. No longer for the well-being of the patient, it's all about money, sad. Important operations are being postponed and everything is being pushed to Corona, people are no longer receiving any treatment and it doesn't matter at all - preventive healthcare no longer plays a role. Allegedly everything for the good of mankind, although it does exactly the opposite!

(Translated by Google) Wouldn't be bad if someone would pick up in the office. Have been trying to reach someone for 2 hours to plan my caesarean section. Either busy or no one picks up. How can that be? Update: tried to call all day and couldn't reach anyone. I feel completely abandoned. Update after the answer from the Bürgerhospital: I've already done it all. I went to the pregnant clinic and was examined. It was a Friday so the secretariat was closed and the doctor asked me to call the secretariat number to make an appointment. Unfortunately you just don't reach anyone there. I find it really weak. How can you get confidence in your hospital when you are left in the lurch ??? !!!

We went there with a friend who was suffering from chronic endometriosis pain last night and the lady at the emergency desk did not even consider that as Emergency, asked us to wait, did not provide a wheelchair and then made us go across the building to another floor, where we waited for 40 minutes for a nurse to do even the basic preliminary check up it was a horrible experience as my friend was suffering for a very long time before any doctor could consult us and it got so bad that we had to go to another hospital because no one was able to attend for the first one and half hours that we were there in this hospital. Would NOT recommend going in if this was an emergency because they would not consider it one.

The worst hospital in German, if I have chance to give zero star, I would do this. The receptors were super rude, super super super rude, and racist. One receptor warned me, I would be never allowed to visits this hospital anymore, since she told my fellow three times to GO OUT! (I was wondering, does she have this right) I was feeling super bad with blood in my urine. The first time she asked my friend to go out, he did this, but not to parking lot, coz I was not really able to stand, so he came back to help, the second time, we were standing in the corridor at the main entrance (it was freezing outside) but she was not satisfied with this, shouted at my friend to GO OUT to the parking lot. Most importantly, when I tried to ask her, why other patients’ fellow were allowed to stay inside, she told me, they were children!!! And if I am not satisfied with their rules, I should go back to my country!!! Here is Germany, why there are people saying this in 2022.

(Translated by Google) My wife had an operation on the thyroid gland here. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The operation went extremely well and the treatment afterwards in the room by the nurses was very good. I would like to emphasize that a lady came to visit patients who were not visited without being asked. A small gesture with a huge impact. Can only recommend surgery and the thyroid department !!! For all patients and visitors, a visit to the roof terrace is mandatory (if this is feasible) the view of the skyline is great.

I totally recommend this hospital. For me, the experience of giving birth here was the best option I've taken. Thank you everyone who helped me and have taken good care of me. Special thanks to midwife Assunta, midwife Cristina, midwife Jessica and Dr. Tiana. I am blessed with a wonderful boy and even if it was a long labour and difficult one, all those people did the best.👏

I was admitted to the Bürgerhospital for an emergency related to my pregnancy. The team was outstanding and very caring. Through their experience they helped prevent a preterm labor. I also had my son there in January and the midwives were outstanding. They did everything possible to ensure my baby came to the world naturally and kept calm during some difficult situations. I am very grateful for all of the doctors, midwives and nurses who helped us along our path to parenthood. Highly recommend and hope to deliver here again for my second child.

(Translated by Google) I am absolutely dissatisfied! At least one piece of information (at the latest when I asked) would have been the least...

I was admitted to Burgerhospital for the birth of my son in August 2021. Despite weekend and vacation time everything was very well organized. Many thanks to midwife Johanna and other doctors who made everything for me to feel comfortable. From the medical point of view all was also superb as far as I can tell, and the Kreissaal is brand new, cosy and well equipped. The stay in Wochenbett station was also fine, only the dinner options can be improved :)

I had a traumatic and life threatening delivery at Bürgerhospital in 2020, after an otherwise uncomplicated and healthy pregnancy and spent a night in the ICU.  I believe the decisions of the midwives and attendant doctors threatened my life and that of my baby, and I credit Burger's excellent emergency team for saving my life.  Five weeks after I gave birth, the head of the obstetrics department, Dr. med. Bahlmann, asked me to come in for an appointment.  While I thought this was protocol, I now understand it was unusual.  Dr. Bahlmann proceeded to give me the most painful exam I have ever received and also presented me with paperwork he wanted me to sign for his insurance company stating that I knew he would not be the attendant physician at my birth (though this was never communicated to me and I did not meet him prior to giving birth). Though I received and paid bills associated with that visit, now, over two years later, I have received another bill for almost 900 Euros from Dr. Bahlmann's office stating that they forgot to bill me for some charges, and Dr. Bahlmann is identified as the recipient of the transferred funds.  I tried multiple times to call and get clarity on the charges and got bounced around and hung up on.  While I know some women who have had good experiences delivering at Burger, I also know of other cases that were unusual or life threatening.  Personally, I would not risk my life again at this hospital, and the practices around billing deserve high levels of scrutiny from hospital administration and auditors.

It's our second child; Accordingly, it was also the second birth journey, which was consistently accompanied competently, calmly, empathetically and great by the two midwives. Our son was born 4 weeks early so we had to go to a hospital with a children's clinic for care. Our plan was to give birth in the birth center because we already had some negative experiences with hospitals and wanted to avoid the "stress". To be honest, the birth registration in the 32nd week of pregnancy in the Bürgerhospital was not really positive either, so that we tried to go to another, smaller hospital (Elisabethen) even when the contractions started. But this was not possible because our son is a premature baby. Long story short: we had a really great, self-determined, spontaneous birth. Our wishes were always taken into account and we received the best possible support. The stay (2 nights) as well as the examinations and dealing with our son was excellent. Thank you again for this beautiful and unique experience.

Einfach mal Danke an alle! (Translated by Google) Of course, the gynecological clinic is difficult to reach by phone, if you can then experience live on site how lovingly the head of the secretariat takes the time to clarify every question and concern, despite the incredibly strong demand, I think that's perfectly fine. During my waiting time, every question, no matter how small, was answered and, despite the large number of patients, the secretary's door was closed once in a while to deal discreetly with some concerns. A constantly ringing phone doesn’t disturb this great woman, respect! I was treated and informed in an incredibly friendly manner, every step was explained to me several times and the treating doctor was the best, friendliest and most competent gynecologist (thank you Dr. Adam) I have ever dealt with. Also a big compliment to the OR team and the lovely nurses in the day clinic. I have been to the hospital several times, but this treatment was really super structured, friendly and pleasant, as much as possible. Thanks to everyone!

(Translated by Google) People are not empathetic and sometimes unfriendly. But if you are privately insured you will be attacked fairly quickly, so if you are afraid of injections or anything else I would not recommend it. Ansonsten ganz ok

(Translated by Google) I was asked by Dr. Vorland operated on the thyroid gland and felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. I can only confirm what his secretary said to me when I registered: "You have the best surgeon!" He looked after me personally several times and the nursing team was as friendly and nice as I have never seen in a hospital. I can fully recommend the Bürgerhospital !!! (Translated by Google) Was in the emergency room on Wednesday evening because of a high pulse and pain in the lower abdomen. An EKG was done after the doctor (if it was at all) relieved himself in the most unfriendly manner for 10 minutes, whether I don't know that it is the emergency room. Referred me to the GP after the EKG was high but ok. Should have a 24h EKG done by the family doctor. The next day my doctor found an acute bladder infection that went completely unnoticed by this idiot. So not only deeply unfriendly but also incompetent. This ambulance died for me !!!

I had a health emergency 3 months ago. It was really hard to get admitted in the emergency rooms between 1 am and 10 am on a Monday, but once I got in, I couldn’t have asked for better hands. The kindness of the doctors, and nurses was really important to me and my family. You went up and beyond for being patient with our limited communication skills. Thank you for your professionalism and thoughtfulness, and for working so diligently in alleviating people’s pain and suffering at their worst times. I have great respect and admiration for all the staff at Bürgerhospital, and I’m mostly, very grateful.

We couldn‘t really had a better experience for the birth of our baby!! Right from Kreißssal , all Hebammes - Ms Sonia, Ms Sofia and another one whose name I dont know, all doctors were really nice and helped my wife a lot during tough hours before the birth! I would like to thank the nurses in Kinderzimmer and the ones who regularly visited us like Ms Selma, and Stillenberaterin were truely amazing and very kind.!! N3 Station ladies were also super nice. No doubt why so many people and families trust this hospital in Frankfurt! Lastly, also Frauenklinik, Kinderärztin, Gynocologist, Kreißssal - all are on the same floor so we really could not have asked for anything else. I would like to thank everyone in the hospital for their generosity, cooperation, flexibility and very nice behaviour under tremendous stress of so many babies and pregnant women! :)

I gave birth to my two daughters here and also underwent surgery in this hospital. I can only say positive things because in my experience they treated me very well, the midwives are very nice and very loving. My only criticism of the hospital is that there should be more staff at night, sometimes just one nurse working alone for many patients.

My daughter was seen in pediatric ophthalmology. Our experience was quite positive. Starting with making an appointment (2 weeks), waiting time including examination (1.5 hours), staff at the registration desk (professional and objective), doctors who take their time and look carefully. Thank you very much for this, we can highly recommend you as a team.

From my deepest heart I advise all the new mummies to avoid this Hospital. They turned my delivery and postpartum periods into A NIGHTMARE. first if you have an emergency case like they will not consider the emotional support that you need. In my case I staied 2 days before delivery and four days after with the baby alone without allowing anyone to visit me. The second point is that the nurses are there specifically on night shifts and they don't show any kind of mercy. For example one Nurse was wondering why I asked her to take care of the baby while I go to the toilet!!! The third point which was the cherry on the top but in A negative way, I left all my stuff ( all the clothes and my personal bag including my wallet and my keys)in the room when I went to the delivery room and when I asked about them after that they couldn't find them and they said these stuff aren't our responsibility. I think if left my stuff in the street they will be more safe than leaving them in this hospital. Actually there are many and many situations I can tell but just I want to give you A clear image about how they work in this Hospital.

(Translated by Google) I gave birth to two children in the Bürgerhospital. I still think this way today: if I had been in another hospital, it would definitely have been a caesarean section! So many complications and still a natural birth was sought. Not like in other hospitals directly to the operating theater. You feel safe. The midwife team is empathetic and takes care of the mother-to-be. All my wishes were fulfilled (e.g. no PDA or other means as far as possible)! It felt like it wasn't a mass production either! They were understaffed for one child and I didn't feel that at all. Thank you again for this great experience. We drove specially from Rödermark to FFM because of this hospital and we haven't regretted it in any way! I was here twice. First time when I had a complication during the pregnancy and second time when my son was born :). Both times I was well treated. Both the doctors and the nurses are very professional, caring, attentive, kind, understanding and with great sense of responsibility. I am very satisfied with everybody and everything in Burger Hospital except long waiting times. Once I had to wait for 6 hours to see the doctor and another time 5 hours for C-Section. I hope time management will be improved.

Geburtsanmeldung: sehr nette empathische Hebamme (Frau Schaumburg), welche gerne Fragen beantwortet. (Translated by Google) Birth registration: very nice, empathetic midwife (Ms. Schaumburg), who is happy to answer questions. Waiting time 1.5 hours, but that's the way it is in larger clinics. Everything great! Prenatal diagnostics: Dr. Bunger unprofessional and incompetent. Original sound: "She doesn't know where the pain comes from either" and that was the end of it for her and instead an attempt was made to stir up a guilty conscience and fear, since C-section apparently does not go hand in hand with her concept of values. Telling that the last cesarean patient lost far too much blood and when asked what medication will be given, the answer comes, "You have chosen that and you have to go through it now"! The inquiry was then not answered further (I was concerned that I had already had to go through anaphylactic shocks in intensive care and that some opiates were not working). She also said she could look at me to see if my heart was okay (which not only questions your cardiology colleagues when you can see that of a patient (who unfortunately also has demonstrable heart failure due to wrong treatments). The actual process had to be asked and was dealt with in 2 minutes. Conclusion: Too bad that your disrespectful pretensions stood in the way of a professional treatment!! I wish that other patients, who also have a history, do not come across such a doctor.

(Translated by Google) I have my daughter here on 1/10/21. delivered, that was the right decision to come to the Bürgerhospital. I had a very long and upcoming birth that lasted 3 days. The midwives took very good care of me. I would especially like to thank midwife Annette and Alexandra. You did a great job. Annette took great care of me for 3 nights in the delivery room. She knew exactly how I felt, what I was missing and how to relieve my pain. She even brought me a small knife when she brought me an apple, because she saw that I couldn't bite the apple with my clasp. I didn't need to tell her anything, she did everything so that she could read my mind. She was very nice and warm and supported me very well. Alexandra was there on the 3rd day when the baby came. She stayed longer just for me to bring the baby into the world together, even though her shift was long over. She really pushed me, motivated me and scolded me a bit so that I could have the baby. She helped me to get into the right position. Your method was very successful. Thanks to her, I gave birth spontaneously, although I was exhausted, tired and without strength, and I was sure that everything would end with a caesarean section. Without these two excellent midwives, I would not be able to do it. Many many thanks! Weekly ward was also very good. In these corona times, Bürgerhospital has allowed visits. My husband visited me every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and helped with little ones. The food was delicious and fresh. The room is very clean, all the staff are very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back to the Bürgerhospital for the second birth.

Diabetology ward A9 Super cool Ward A9 - Diabetology I was taken straight to the diabetes ward with RTW because my values were just before... I was already expected at the station and had already been informed. They took all the time in the world for me during the admission interview. Time & friendliness...a factor that ran like a common thread throughout the entire 6-day stay. The doctors, the nursing staff, the diabetologists... everyone was always well informed about me, very friendly and always up to date with the latest facts. Everything was explained in detail...several times if necessary. In the corridor, people didn't look at the floor in a hurry, but greeted them in a friendly manner and, if necessary, responded to the patient. There was also obviously a friendly tone among the team. The food was also very good. And when dealing with it in a new way, people explained it in a friendly manner and explained it several times, looked carefully over the shoulder when weighing and calculating food units, and provided support when calculating the nutritional values... and then sat down at the table while eating - talking to the patient. The only stupid thing was the diagnosis, which will probably change my life a lot, but otherwise a "great" stay 😐. A big thank you to the entire team of nurses and doctors!!

Dear ladies, if you are foreigners, think twice if you would like to go to this hospital, maybe this hospital is meant to be for German people! There are few old (seniors) nurses but they don’t really speak English very well, I was trying to explain that I had an accident and I was bleeding quite bad, the wound required stitches, I said to the nurse that I was bleeding since 2pm and until 7pm no one is attending to me, doctors are handling emergency cases and the nurses also all occupied, I approached one of the nurse and she said “your case is nothing compared to those who are fighting in between life and death” okay I understand, but how long I should need to wait? I had an open wound since 5 hours ago!!! If you’re not sure if any medical personnel can help me, you should refer me to the nearest available hospital!!! I left the hospital and asked to have my insurance card back and I headed to the nearest available hospital who helped me promptly! pregnant woman who are not in “urgent situations” please don’t come to this hospital!!! This hospital could left you untreated for hours!!! Unbelievable!!! Very disappointed :( and I remember the other nurse told me that “it’s normal for the patients to wait for hours in this hospital to get treated” seems that this nurse also doesn’t know how to uphold the company’s image!! Sad!!!

I was at Bürgerhospital for my delivery last year. After reading all the reviews related to long waiting hours, I was actually very nervous about getting admitted in time for my labour. However, (un)fortunately due to a complication I had to be at the hospital way before my expected due date and I must say I received immediate attention at the Kreisaal. The level of care received and the competence of the doctors and midwives was impressive. After listening to delivery experiences of friends at other hospitals, I am very happy that I was able to deliver at Bürgerhospital. Thanks to the medical staff and all the midwives who supported me during my labour, special thanks to Ms. Ferrari and Ms. Momber for giving me all the strength and being so patient with me during the most difficult phase of labour.

My wife’s water broke early last week so instead of going to our registered hospital we called and right away they told us to come to the maternity ward. All the staff including hebammes and nurses were more than excellent. Very professional and friendly, very caring and supportive. They care for each patient and baby and make sure everything is going smoothly. My wife had a safe natural birth thanks to the wonderful hebammes that were so loving. We moved to Germany not long ago so our German is not very good however they told us not to worry because most of their staff speaks english very well and it was true. There was barely a language barrier and they did not make you feel bad for not speaking German. They try and find a way to make you as comfortable as possible. From the registration to delivery room and after we were so pleased to have come to this hospital. The only con would be the parking, but other than that highly highly recommended.

I am surprised with the negative comments here, as my experience is very positive. Not that I have seen too many hospitals, but even this first experience struck me positively. From catering to nurses and doctors, all are super empathetic and professional. They immediately took care of my emergency situation, where I got the risk of preterm labor. Prescribed therapy is adequate and all the questions I have or had were answered. I heard from my neighbor in the room who delivered a baby here, that they are very supportive of natural birth, if there is no riß for mom and the baby. So, to all the parents to be this is definitely a place to come

My baby girl was born at Bürgerhospital. The doctors, midwives and the nurses are very professional, caring and kind and everything is very well organized. The service i received was excellent . The only thing I can fault is the waiting hours which I hope will improve. Thank you Bürgerhospital.

Good doctors & hebamas .....admin can be improved a lot,,very very long waiting times....... a day after the discharge from hospital my wife had temperature.....we came & we waited 7+ hours in the emergency waiting (2.40pm till 10 pm +) with 5 day old baby,102 F temp to my wife,no food (as we never knew it will be eight hrs and no idea when will they address us ) and C section happened just 5 days before that ...(as i remember she was 4th in the waiting when we came)...this can be improved a lot.....other minor thing ....post delivery in the baby changing & monitoring areas no proper queue management....after the birth i was asked to go & come later point 3/4 times in the same day due to lots of people but others after me were addressed(even without emergency),first in first out was not followed as they miss who comes first & i still wonder the reasons,.......this can be much better managed just by giving tokens or numbers for non emergency cases....

After a very friendly, good advice from the responsible doctor in the thermal ablation section, I was referred to an equally competent and dedicated doctor in endocrine surgery. Open questions about upcoming operations were always clarified - even on the day of the operation. The entire team in the Bürgerhospital is impressive, who, despite all the current difficulties, lead through the preliminary examinations of an OP in a well-organized and friendly manner, do their duty on the ward, are active in the registration areas / administration, support / carry out the operation and are friendly and helpful in all phases Side stand. You get the impression that the employees enjoy working there, which has a positive effect on how the patients are treated. I am happy to recommend the clinic to others.

Despite unpredictable complications including circulatory collapse and high blood loss, I always felt that I was in good hands. The entire surgical team was very friendly, reassuring and competent. Miss Dr. Thekla Bunger and the super nice Anesthestin did a very good job. I wasn't left alone for a second. Several days later, Dr. Bunger asked again about me and organized an examination with the senior physician, Mr. Spahn. The postpartum ward is also highly recommended. Absolutely all of the sisters were very helpful and always friendly. My roommate and I were permanently looked after and monitored. We were looked after very well. Sister Ute in particular was able to help with her tips and tricks. In the nursery our little daughter was competently examined and looked after. The rooms are clean and adequate. The single room was also fine. The food is terrific. No hospital food to compare. You can put together your own daily meal plan from a menu of 20-30 dishes. Dishes such as roast, goulash, red cabbage, dumplings, noodles, etc. are offered. There is also a salad, dessert, cake and fresh fruit. Highly Recommended. I would be treated again at the Bürgerhospital at any time!

(Translated by Google) Papa 70, cold (bilateral pneumonia, no fever, very light cough after taking a deep breath) Yesterday afternoon (around 3:35 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.) I was with my father in the "emergency room". After several unsuccessful calls (which took around 40 minutes) to the ÄND (Medical Emergency Service), I was told to simply drive to the emergency room. Well, we're there in no time. One person is allowed in, the patient goes in and comes out staggering after 15 minutes with a '116117 brochure'. When I asked what was going on, my father said “they didn't accept me”. Me in, colleague asked why why why why. She very relaxed: "He has signs of Corona" I: what then, she: Fever (was 36.9) & cough, I responded: Sister, you only have a fever from 38 ?? !! You: no he also has a cough !! Please go home and call 112 they will help you. Me: why don't you help my father and only take in patients in the lower middle age who come here with a cough and think they are about to die because they recklessly go for a walk with a sweater at 7 degrees ?? Let them have a cup of tea and take wick. Then the nurse: the station is full !! Fortunately, a doctor we knew admitted us to the Holy Spirit Hospital and they immediately took him away and brought him to the ward. Since the condition has unfortunately not yet stabilized, my dad is now in the intensive care unit and connected to a ventilator! * My question to those in charge at this hospital, why are patients being sent away who really need help? Why didn't your colleague do anything? Why did you make such a stupid statement, call 112, they will help you "?!?!?!?!? Why are the people here in the FRG who have worked here for 50 years treated like the last one? Request for a good civil explanation.

(Translated by Google) I gave birth to my daughter here 4 weeks ago and I am very happy that I chose this hospital. We were on the N3 for a week and had a single room. We didn't have the feeling that we were in the hospital, we felt so comfortable. The new building is very clean and modern and doesn't have the typical sterile hospital feeling. The staff is very nice, from the midwives, nurses, doctors, service staff to the cleaning team. Of course there were one or the other sister and midwife who stepped out of line and one would have wished that they would have chosen a different job ... but these were really just isolated cases! The little ones are in good hands, nothing is missing! A praise also to the nursery, where you take so much time for each baby. What is also absolutely atypical for a hospital: the food was very tasty and varied. You had a huge selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner and you could order everything a la carte. Especially when you have to stay in the hospital for a longer period of time, that's really a blessing! Conclusion: for the next birth, only the Bürgerhospital is definitely an option.

After the doctor couldn't find a cause, he told me that it was due to hard drugs or the massive drinking of energy drinks. Neither is true for me, that a doctor is able to make such statements due to my age is highly unprofessional, especially since he made these statements in front of a non-legal companion. (Translated by Google) If I could, I would give the hospital 0 stars because of the outpatient on-call service. However, since the on-call service is hired by others and does not belong to the hospital, I cannot do this. I vomit every day, then I'm on call on Saturday and the doctor who was there said non-stop and disparagingly that I didn't look so sick and that I was fine and I just didn't want to go to work. This is a grave insinuation that I will not condone. On the way out he said that he won't give me a certificate the next time, whereas I said that I will never appear here again because what's going on down there is absolutely cheeky. Finally he said "I hope so" I will immediately complain to the headquarters about this incident, because such a person or even all the male doctors down there are not doing their job properly. The female staff (helpers) was very nice and friendly.

So many dear doctors, nurses and nurses. I felt completely comfortable and in good hands. And fears, no matter how ridiculous (for me, the fear of pulling out the drainage after a scary experience in another clinic a few years ago), are dealt with totally well and sensitively. On Monday I will pull the strings and I am sure that everything will go great. I thank you very much! I delivered my son via c section in December 2023 and it was the worst experience of my life. The nurses, especially night nurses are literally from hell. They do not help you and tell you that you must do everything yourself even though you’ve just had major abdominal surgery. I was shocked at how unhelpful they were especially since back in South Africa, a c section is treated as a major operation. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

If I could give it a -100 I would. I dragged myself to the medical on-call service on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 with the most extreme abdominal pain and was sent home without an examination because, according to the male doctor, it couldn't be that bad and I wouldn't die from it in the night. I can count myself lucky that I was taken seriously as an emergency the next day and was admitted to the Markus Hospital and was able to undergo emergency surgery. If it hadn't been so lucky, I could have lost my ovary and fallopian tubes. But yes, it can't be that bad! Please just stay away from there. I just talked to so many people who had the same experience and I just find it terrible that the doctor didn't even take more than 2 minutes for me, even though the waiting room was completely empty. Clearly failure to provide assistance!!!

I was diagnosed on February 14th. the rest of my thyroid (left thyroid lobe goiter in the size of 148 ml) was removed. The only point of criticism for me was the size of the room, but in retrospect that wasn't a problem at all given the short stay. I can only say, starting from the admission, through the N2 ward, the nurses, doctors, anesthesia team, recovery room, it's simply TOP!!!! I can really recommend this hospital to everyone!!! Thanks to all

I had to go to the emergency room in the evening because of a laceration. From reception to the doctors, everyone was nice and took good care of me. It was communicated clearly and transparently that I would have to wait a bit, but that is understandable given that I was in a central emergency room and only had a minor, not serious injury. Nevertheless, my wound was assessed in advance and provisionally treated until the actual treatment. I'm very satisfied
