We had our baby in February 2021 at this hospital. The staff was great! They treated us really good and we feel comfortable and perfectly taken care of during the 4 days we stayed there. The doctors and hebammes speak perfect english. The hospital is small so it feels quite private. The indoor patio is quite nice to get some fresh air. Location is perfect and there is a wonderful italian restaurant (Ciro) where you can get your food in case you dont like the one served at the hospital.

I've been on the 4th floor again for a few days. A big compliment and many thanks to the staff. They take good care of themselves, are attentive, sometimes have fun or have a funny saying on their lips, although they are certainly often exhausted. I feel like I am in good hands and understood. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!

worst service, terrible communication, hidden fees with never recommend, From last November until now , I still have declaration on my hand due to their fault, many emails I sent, but no answer. Upon review of my records I was given an estimated price of around eight thousand, and after arrival I was informed that I would be required to deposit eleven thousand instead. They kept also 1000 euro in case any complications might happened during or after the surgery, they reuind my hand and didn't return the 1000 euro, this hospital is just hungry for money. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone,

I want to say a big Thank You to Dr. Sologiuc and the whole team supporting the surgery and my stay at this hospital - particularly, thanks to all anaesthesiologists, nurses and all medical personnel for their competency, friendliness and patience. Despite the complexity of my surgery, these doctors knew exactly what they do, used the most efficient surgery technology and were sincerely interested to make me healthy again. Thank you! I only have one recommendation for the hygiene of patient rooms - nurses had a lot to do and were running around to help patients all the time. Therefore, it was not easy for them to catch up also on cleanliness. Since patients are limited in movements after surgery, sometimes the hygiene in the bathroom was not acceptable. Nurses would clean it immediately if asked. However, it would be helpful to have a designated personnel for cleaning purposes and not to make nurses responsible for everything.

I had an accident and awful pain in my leg. I am foreigner and come to the closest hospital in my area. I told everything on the reception and that lady just told me “you need to go to the emergency”. I asked her which address and she told me “you can google it, and do this outside”. So, I had an awful pain in my leg, I am foreigner here and she even could not help a little(noone else was at that time) and tell the address, but just told me to LEAVE THE HOSPITAL!!!!! Any empathy. I am a tax payer here, but I will never again visit this hospital. And I would like to ask is it a kind of your tolerance, to be rude to your future patients????

Nurse was good, midwife was really bad. I requested painless delivery many times. But midwife said “it’s ok! You can do it!” I think we can go to law. It’s terrible. And I also requested milk for baby, but they rejected my request. They told me that Just give your breast feedings. I can’t believe it. It is serious. You need to go another country if you want to deliver your baby.

Dr. Reitter and her team at the Labor ward deserves a huge round of applause for being simply magnificent. Great staff. Good ultrasound and scan facilities. It’s comparatively a small hospital in Frankfurt. But they are good. The only con being the unavailability of specialist doctors in the weekend for special birth cases at the Labor ward.

This by far was the worst experience I had at a hospital. I arrived later for my radiology appointment by 5 mins. I would have preferred they cancelled the appointment instead of moving forward. I do not speak German but I understand a lot. For most of the time they kept saying I was late, and also offered to not make the appointment as I was late. They insisted there was still time. I told the nurse that finding my vein is hard and she was getting very frustrated and flustered that she couldn’t my vein. This was my first experience in an MRT and i went into the entire experiment feeling nervous and worried because they were talking about me and so upset I was late. While I am typing this message I have blurred vision and no one asked or told me this would be a side effect of the procedure. I would not recommend this hospital to anymore. Unfortunately I know with service industry it depends on who you meet that day and today I met no one that treated me like a Person.

I recently had an operation in gynecology. Great doctors and great nursing staff. It's so nice to know that there are people who can do their job with full of love and passion. I would like to thank you very much for that. How nice it would be if every hospital staff could work like this. I wasn't able to see anyone under what circumstances and conditions (shortage of staff) they would have to work. Even when it came to paperwork, everything went smoothly on the day I was released. The only drawback was the long waiting times for preliminary consultations with the doctors. <3

I would like to leave a review here, I was in the gynecology department for 3 days and I have to say that the entire team of doctors, staff and service are excellent. The nurses on the ward are very helpful, caring and always try to fulfill the patient's wishes. You will receive detailed advice and information from the doctors. The food in the hospital is commendable, as it has a star kitchen standard in terms of taste and selection, kudos to the chefs. Everything is also very lovingly prepared! It's good that the hospital still cooks their own food on site, and you can taste it too. In any case, I felt like I was in good hands and can highly recommend the hospital. I would also choose this hospital again in a heartbeat if I had to. Thank you for everything !!!

Operation and medical staff were very nice. Operation was good which was good. The reception is very rude. I had to go there several times. Due to Corona I expected me having to register at reception. The first time i waited whilst the ladies finished their gossiping about collegues , I speak german, second and third time i was just waved through. The last time I expected to do the same this time the receptionist spoke to me like I was a naughty 2 year old trying to sneak in. Gave me a speech about Corona anywat i told her about my previous expierences she said she couldnt comment on that. Maybe if everyone would follow the rules it would make it easier for patients. Still as a ,customer i should not be spoken to like that. At the end of the day she didnt take my name or anything i could have gone anywhere in the building she wouldnt be any wise. BUT she of course was very nice to the doctor who she felt the need to talk to in between her scolding me for trying to sneak into the building during Corona

I did an operation at the gyno station and my experience was amazing. The attention of the doctors and the nurses was amazing! As it was my first ever hospital experience, I was overwhelmed by the attention and the treatment of all involved! Thank you dr. Therre and to all the nurses! I fully recommend it!.

Oct. 2022 had hernia surgery that was supposed to be quick, same day surgery. Told me to arrive at 7am only to wait until 12, to have surgery. I had complications where I lost a lot of blood and was kept overnight. The doctor, nor the nurses, ever came to tell me how it went, considering I almost died. Also, gave me sick leave for work for 1 day instead of 3. No one seemed to be happy working there.

I was a patient here for 2 days. I went to various preliminary discussions in advance Since I had various cysts and adhesions again, we decided to carry out a surgical procedure. My first appointment at the Sachsenhausen Gyn Ambulance was a total disaster… But not because the doctors were bad, but because the lady at the registration desk was a disaster! Bad mood and extremely arrogant.. I thought it was probably just an isolated incident, just having a bad day. Unfortunately, that didn't change with the second, third, fourth appointment. Of course the employees are sometimes overworked, but do I have to take my bad mood out on patients? This lady is very confident in herself and extremely arrogant, as already described. You are handed forms and if you have any questions you don't even get a chance to speak and you are immediately brushed off with the answer that you can't help and that she isn't responsible for it. She also has to repeat to you 1000 times how to do something and woe betide you if you don't do it the way she wants, then you'll be crushed straight away. I have a slightly longer journey. I was there 30 minutes early for my appointment. I had to hear several times how early I was there, why I was there so early if everyone would do that... I tried to explain to the lady several times that I had an hour's drive and that it wasn't easy to estimate with the traffic. The lady wasn't interested at all... I hope that this lady with a double name will soon disappear from this registration and give way to the rest of the really nice team. You also notice how the other colleagues treat this lady with caution because she reacts harshly to anyone who does something different than what she wants. This lady also doesn't answer the phone when the phone rings. And if she is annoyed by the ringing, she simply picks up the phone and then hangs up again. Despite everything, I wanted to give the hospital a chance because one employee doesn't make up the whole hospital. This behavior scares patients away rather than winning them over. Because she is the first person you come into contact with. My treating doctor was Doctor Sologiuc. A really, really great doctor. She has a very calming and calm manner. From the consultation to the operation, everything went wonderfully. And if I ever had a question, I was allowed to write an email, which was answered promptly. After the operation she called my contact person. I've never experienced that before either. Normally, after the operation, you try to choose your fingers as a contact person so that you can reach someone to find out how the operation was. But here you were called directly by the surgeon. That's what I call service! The follow-up treatments by Dr. Sologiuc were really great! A big compliment also to Dr. Lucienne (Luciana😂) Reimer, the anesthetist who made me laugh before the operation and took away some of my fears. A big thank you also to station C3B Which made my two-day stay very pleasant. A big compliment also to the night nurse Mimosa, who doesn't live up to her name at all😅 A very strong down to earth woman. Sister Mimosa, I will heed your advice to drink a lot 😬 Also a big thank you to the cleaning pearl Stoja. She cleaned and cleaned the rooms again in a flash. Thanks also to Mustafa 😬 Please forgive me for getting so many red cards from you because I didn't want to eat so much. I will improve myself! A big thank you also to Mr. Schmidt☺️ They are really very personable and really had a very good pre-op discussion with me. Actually, I can't thank this station enough. There wasn't an unfriendly face, even if they sometimes had reasons. What these ladies and gentlemen do here every day is worth its weight in gold.

The emergency room is very limited. For instance we went there on Sunday and there were no orthopedic. They told us that they couldn't treat me there. Very bad signs for parking the car and finding the proper entrance for emergency room.

I met for the first time in the hospital/gynecology operating room House C 3 I'm simply thrilled! There is an incredible amount of good things that could be said here about my personal stay. A big compliment to the anesthetist and anesthetist who made me laugh before the operation and took away my fear. Unfortunately, I forgot the names because of my fear. Dr. med . Mina Bosserhoff is an incredibly great senior doctor. She did the surgery so well and I felt like I was in the best hands. She is also so friendly, patient-oriented and empathetic. I feel so well informed and valued as a patient. The staff are all very nice, professional and caring. Thanks to the nurses, nursing staff, I felt like I was in good hands. Can really recommend this clinic!!!! Thanks to the entire team

I have never met such nice hospital employees. From reception to the outpatient clinic, from the nursing staff to the doctors. Everyone is empathetic, friendly and hard-working. Great house! 👍

A nice hospital in itself. However, communication among the workforce is so poor that one person doesn't know anything about the other. First they say you are allowed to visit your relatives, even if they have Corona, the next day they say you are not allowed to visit Corona patients, even though I was with my relatives for 20 minutes the day before and on the same day and was assured that I was allowed They visit. I was then sent out, whereupon the longer journey to the hospital and the testing effort at the test center was free. But then accusing me of making a mistake is pretty bold and unprofessional. When I explained in a calm tone, I was abruptly interrupted, whereupon at least the ward doctor de-escalated the situation in a friendly and matter-of-fact way. Among other things, nurses often do not respond to the patient's ringing, and when they leave, laughter can be heard from the staff room, as if a coffee wreath was being held there while relatives wait for hours for help. This is fatal in life-threatening situations... In summary, there are a few things that should be worked on in this hospital.

I was operated on by Prof. Hornemann yesterday. From the preliminary discussion to the surgical report, everything went smoothly and I would like to thank you very much for that! The treatment on the ward is particularly positive. The employees are super friendly and concerned about the well-being of the patients. Sister Mimosa and nurse Mustapha in particular look after you so kindly that your heart opens. I have a direct comparison to the Bürgerhospital because I gave birth to my baby there 6 months ago. A difference like day and night. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I was there and am happy to write here what happened to me. I was taken to an emergency hospital, but the doctor named Hasso Berker and all the nurses didn't want to work at all and didn't care about me or my situation at all. He didn't even refer me to a workers' compensation doctor or give me any advice about how serious my situation was or what I should do. They neglect the patients once they get off their evening shift. I really can't believe they all didn't care. It was a very bad experience

As a 100% mark aG, B and H, I was confined to my wheelchair and received very poor care and treatment before and especially after the operation! As a private patient, I had to fetch the drinks and my prescribed painkillers myself after the operation Large abdominal wall hernia operation, begged several times and didn't get it"!!! Very poor care from doctors and nursing staff "!!!

In the best hands! Our baby came 3 weeks earlier than planned and we gave birth in the hospital in Sachsenhausen. This was a very good decision on our part. The care was very personal and familiar. You made us feel good despite the stressful situation. From the senior physician to the pediatric nurse, everyone was always friendly, caring and encouraging. We felt very comfortable. The birth was natural. Although I expressed the desire to have a cesarean section at times, the midwives encouraged me to give birth to my baby the natural way. There was also a lot of advice on the topic of breastfeeding. They help you with all topics. Great senior doctors, assistant doctors, midwives and pediatric nurses. Thank you very much for your active support and emotional support. At the end there was also a starter kit with baby food, nipple shields, etc. for our home. Thanks 🙏🏾 again!

I wouldn't actually give this one star... Unfortunately, this hospital is one of the worst clinics we have seen in all the years. My mother was admitted to this hospital. Anyone who values receiving meaningful and extensive information about their relatives' treatment process is definitely wrong here. My mother has been in this clinic for more than 14 days now and it is a complete disaster! I have submitted three complaints but so far we don't see much of a difference. To date I have not received a call from complaints management. Instead they were put off with emails! So much for the topic of complaint management. On the topic of doctors: The doctors here change every day. So that specific treatment remains desirable. My mother also looked green and blue on her arms and legs after trying 20-30 approaches. If you're working and trying to get a doctor on the phone, it's impossible! The organization is also a disaster. If you also have older family members, then stay away from this clinic, because older patients are not taken into account here. The complaints to the relevant authorities have been submitted! !

Most terrible experience in the emergency room!!! I gave one star too many because of the Pflegegern ward, although they were very patient and very nice. But I can't say the same about the emergency room. When I was admitted I had to wait 8 hours in the emergency room until I was moved to a room. What made the situation even more unpleasant for me was that the employee in the emergency room was very rude. She was totally unfriendly and very arrogant and she vented her anger to everyone who lay there. When I was moved to the room, the ward nurses were, as described, very nice and friendly. Stop the breakfast and the food was always chilled. The doctors were also very nice and friendly. I was very relieved when I was released there. And with the hope of never having to enter this hospital again.

our both sons were born in this hospital (2019 and 2021) and we can only recommend it. Very friendly and professional staff, comfortable facilities and catering and the central location make Krankenhaus Sachsenhausen a perfect choice for us. When we were there, it never seemed too crowded and we always received an individual attention from the staff towards babies and our needs. Many thanks to midwifes Kristina Fries and Dinah Marten and all the doctors (especially Dr. Reitter). When we decide to give a birth again in Frankfurt, it will be again in Krankenhaus Sachsenhausen :)

😠 Don't go to this hospital to give birth. Here, new mothers are treated without any compassion, like they are on an assembly line.
