I
was
a
patient
here
for
2
days.
I
went
to
various
preliminary
discussions
in
advance
Since
I
had
various
cysts
and
adhesions
again,
we
decided
to
carry
out
a
surgical
procedure.
My
first
appointment
at
the
Sachsenhausen
Gyn
Ambulance
was
a
total
disaster…
But
not
because
the
doctors
were
bad,
but
because
the
lady
at
the
registration
desk
was
a
disaster!
Bad
mood
and
extremely
arrogant..
I
thought
it
was
probably
just
an
isolated
incident,
just
having
a
bad
day.
Unfortunately,
that
didn't
change
with
the
second,
third,
fourth
appointment.
Of
course
the
employees
are
sometimes
overworked,
but
do
I
have
to
take
my
bad
mood
out
on
patients?
This
lady
is
very
confident
in
herself
and
extremely
arrogant,
as
already
described.
You
are
handed
forms
and
if
you
have
any
questions
you
don't
even
get
a
chance
to
speak
and
you
are
immediately
brushed
off
with
the
answer
that
you
can't
help
and
that
she
isn't
responsible
for
it.
She
also
has
to
repeat
to
you
1000
times
how
to
do
something
and
woe
betide
you
if
you
don't
do
it
the
way
she
wants,
then
you'll
be
crushed
straight
away.
I
have
a
slightly
longer
journey.
I
was
there
30
minutes
early
for
my
appointment.
I
had
to
hear
several
times
how
early
I
was
there,
why
I
was
there
so
early
if
everyone
would
do
that...
I
tried
to
explain
to
the
lady
several
times
that
I
had
an
hour's
drive
and
that
it
wasn't
easy
to
estimate
with
the
traffic.
The
lady
wasn't
interested
at
all...
I
hope
that
this
lady
with
a
double
name
will
soon
disappear
from
this
registration
and
give
way
to
the
rest
of
the
really
nice
team.
You
also
notice
how
the
other
colleagues
treat
this
lady
with
caution
because
she
reacts
harshly
to
anyone
who
does
something
different
than
what
she
wants.
This
lady
also
doesn't
answer
the
phone
when
the
phone
rings.
And
if
she
is
annoyed
by
the
ringing,
she
simply
picks
up
the
phone
and
then
hangs
up
again.
Despite
everything,
I
wanted
to
give
the
hospital
a
chance
because
one
employee
doesn't
make
up
the
whole
hospital.
This
behavior
scares
patients
away
rather
than
winning
them
over.
Because
she
is
the
first
person
you
come
into
contact
with.
My
treating
doctor
was
Doctor
Sologiuc.
A
really,
really
great
doctor.
She
has
a
very
calming
and
calm
manner.
From
the
consultation
to
the
operation,
everything
went
wonderfully.
And
if
I
ever
had
a
question,
I
was
allowed
to
write
an
email,
which
was
answered
promptly.
After
the
operation
she
called
my
contact
person.
I've
never
experienced
that
before
either.
Normally,
after
the
operation,
you
try
to
choose
your
fingers
as
a
contact
person
so
that
you
can
reach
someone
to
find
out
how
the
operation
was.
But
here
you
were
called
directly
by
the
surgeon.
That's
what
I
call
service!
The
follow-up
treatments
by
Dr.
Sologiuc
were
really
great!
A
big
compliment
also
to
Dr.
Lucienne
(Luciana😂)
Reimer,
the
anesthetist
who
made
me
laugh
before
the
operation
and
took
away
some
of
my
fears.
A
big
thank
you
also
to
station
C3B
Which
made
my
two-day
stay
very
pleasant.
A
big
compliment
also
to
the
night
nurse
Mimosa,
who
doesn't
live
up
to
her
name
at
all😅
A
very
strong
down
to
earth
woman.
Sister
Mimosa,
I
will
heed
your
advice
to
drink
a
lot
😬
Also
a
big
thank
you
to
the
cleaning
pearl
Stoja.
She
cleaned
and
cleaned
the
rooms
again
in
a
flash.
Thanks
also
to
Mustafa
😬
Please
forgive
me
for
getting
so
many
red
cards
from
you
because
I
didn't
want
to
eat
so
much.
I
will
improve
myself!
A
big
thank
you
also
to
Mr.
Schmidt☺️
They
are
really
very
personable
and
really
had
a
very
good
pre-op
discussion
with
me.
Actually,
I
can't
thank
this
station
enough.
There
wasn't
an
unfriendly
face,
even
if
they
sometimes
had
reasons.
What
these
ladies
and
gentlemen
do
here
every
day
is
worth
its
weight
in
gold.
