    I'm 38 years old, I was pregnant and wished to had now a cesarean section with sterilization, because of my previous miscarriages and anxiety. This was denied to my in this hospital and the conversation about this was highly unpleasant for me!! I thought that Germany is a democratic country where woman rights and choices are respected... Lucky, not all hospitals are so conservative like Hochst in Frankfurt!! Don't go here when pregnant and you will avoid stress during pregnancy.

    They let us wait more than 5 hours at the emergency room, it's even our baby who needs care. My husband even asked how long should we still wait, and the nurse replied, he doesn't know when will the doctor arrive. Worst hospital experience I ever had. They should feel ashame of their service.

    Unpleasant attention in the hospital by the emergency employees, they do not attend to you in English, to be a renovated and modern hospital they should have qualified personnel to attend to foreign patients in their different languages, since this country is full of foreigners who They work every day so that everything works well THIS COUNTRY. The ladies who attend the emergency room are unpleasant, rude, inhuman, they have no humility or empathy, terrible patient care, they have people in pain and suffering in the waiting room for hours without any cordial attention, they do not solve anything, they do not report properly, zero human quality, as employees like the ladies who were there on 07.17.23 damage the image of any institution, foundation, company or business. I have asked my lawyer to take rigorous measures for what happened to me this day. I spent 7 hours in the emergency waiting room with pain, vomiting, fever and chills because the ladies told me that the doctor would see me at 7 pm and that all my procedures were correct. From 1 pm when I arrived I went to ask them to give me an ibuproben and they told me they couldn't. In the end they could not handle my international private insurance process because they did not feel like it and because they are so inept that they do not speak English and could not do it. I went angrily with someone in taxi who bring me to another hospital that treated me with love, empathy, effectively, cordially, the most I waited was 10 minutes to fill out the admission documentation, I was going for an emergency consultation, blood tests and to be prescribed antibiotics, and It turned out that it was so serious that I have been admitted to the hospital for 3 nights and tomorrow I am discharged! I RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL: Hospital of the Holy Spirit (Hospital zum heiligen Geist) THEY SPEAK ALL LANGUAGES, THEY ARE FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM EVERYONE, RECEPTION, ADMISSION, DOCTORS, NURSES, CLEANING GIRLS EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AND IS ALSO VERY NICE.

    Extremely late Service at emergency room was given to my pregnant wife. She was in pain for over 4-5 hours and had urinary retention and needed assistance immediately but someone attended from Urology dept after waiting 4-5 hours. Also some Pflege and reception people at Notfall are really rude to patients. Absolutely was not a good experience at all and never going back there again.

    The new building is very impressive and clear. Experience will show the rest. My first personal experience with the new clinic. At the beginning of May I had outpatient foot surgery. From registration until after the short operation, all the staff were really nice and helpful. The surgical team is simply great. I was in good hands the whole time. Thank you very much for that. My second personal experience with the new clinic. Positive part. At the end of July 2023 I was admitted with a herniated disc. Even during this 10-day stay, I was always treated politely, courteously and lovingly by the entire nursing staff. I was lucky enough to be alone in a beautiful, modern twin room. The bathroom was handicapped accessible with a level shower and seating. Shower gel and hand soap were also available. You have to bring everything else with you. Water, tea, coffee, salt and pepper are always available in the service point area at every station. There is also a lounge to meet up with family and friends. Here too you can get good coffee from the fully automatic machine. But I also had something to complain about and contacted the complaint management. Ms. V. came immediately the next day and took care of my concerns and took care of the problem in an exemplary manner. Something else to eat. I was a chef for 36 years and weigh a whopping 105 kg. Everything I got was perfect and so rich that even I often couldn't eat it all. Hospital food must be tasty for all patients, old and young. I'm a big critic and had nothing to complain about. Which wasn't so great. I lay in bed almost motionless for 6 days in excruciating pain. On Monday the 2nd day an MRI was done. It took 3 hours. I had to wait about half an hour in front of the MRI and an unbelievable 2 hours in very severe pain until a very young nurse in the ward drove me back up. All the medication I was given in any form didn't help. On the 3rd day the doctors said my MRI was normal and I would be discharged on Thursday. Incredible! In the afternoon the head doctor came and said that there had been an incident and that an operation should be carried out on Friday. After that I felt better almost every day. I believe that the incident should have been noticed on Monday and then surgery should have been carried out promptly. Sorry, I suffered for far too long until I finally had the operation. My conclusion A great hospital with room for improvement⁶

    Lassen sie sich nicht von der Fassade täuschen- das Gebäude sieht sehr schön aus-die Mitarbeiter haben verlernt was es bedeutet zu pflegen. Ein Großteil vom Team auf Station A50/51 ist äußert Menschenverachtend viele Arbeiten in Berufen die für sie nicht gemacht sind! -wenn ich nicht will das jemand mit mir spricht -wenn ich nicht will das man nach mir ruft (klingelt) - wenn ich mit Menschen(kranke Patienten und Angehörige) nichts zu tun haben möchte -wenn ich nicht pflegen möchte-wieso arbeite ich dann im Krankenhaus? Um nur Medikamente zu verteilen und vor den Computer alles abrechnen? Mein Angehöriger war auf dieser Stationen und ich muss sagen (Unterbesetzung hin oder her- aber dieser Zustand in dem zwei Patienten dort waren und ignoriert worden sind ) das es mit Abstand die schlimmste Station war die ich jemals gesehen hab! Denkt daran-ihr werdet auch mal alt und hoffentlich landet ihr nicht in solchen Händen wie eure!

    Emergency visits to children's hospitals are simply pointless. We had to wait for 4 hours from 12:30 am and in the end the doctor was there for just 10 minutes and said to drink fluids. The 1-year-old child has vomited 5-6 times and yet lost a lot of fluids and you run scared on the street in such cold weather after midnight and don't return home with the baby until 5:00 a.m.

    Reception did not want to do her job. The nurse assistant was very rude and made snide comments to a sick teen. The childrens wing was very dirty and old. Needs repair badly. When we went to the wing, no one could locate the nurse on duty. Had to wait while someone found her. The room we were told to wait in had needles sitting on the counter where any child could get to them. We ended up leaving. Hope to not go there ever again. Very poor customer service. Very poor unfriendly staff.

    Bin mit die Arzten und Arzte sehr zufrieden leider meine 2op mit linke augen nach dem op in.aufwach raum was seriously terrible. I was so mad when the nurse woke me up telling me d dont u want to.go home u been sleeping all day. SHE dont belong there.She needs a nother job.     Our 15-year-old son recently had an emergency and was taken to the clinic in an ambulance. He was immediately examined in the emergency room, followed by ENT examinations and was admitted to hospital. An MRI was done that same evening and we were informed of the results around midnight (fortunately there were no abnormalities). He was then in the children's ward A34. All around, all the doctors and nurses were very friendly, loving, competent and caring. We had never experienced such great staff in other clinics. The hospital is modernized and really great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were more than satisfied all around and would like to thank everyone. Luckily our son is doing well again.

    Worst experience ever...I went there with a dislocated finger, nobody attended me because supposedly there are no doctors, I had to reattach my finger myself and they did not offer me ice or to go to another hospital, I had to give them instructions on how to do their job. They only offered me a cab to Bad Soden, outside of Frankfurt, at my own expense. in Bad Soden Hospital i got them to tell me the obvious diagnosis and put a buddy tape on my fingers .... the second time I went back to this Höchst Hospital for an emergency x-ray for my finger which I still can't use...5 hours waiting, there is water Maschine but no glasses, all dirty...every time I asked about whats goings-on i received disrespectful answers, when I asked for my papers back to go to another hospital they refused and told me that they are doing pause for an hour and that I will probably have to wait at least 3 more hours. I got angry and, the receptionist (who smells of tobacco) threatened to call the police ... that's right, you pay hundreds of euros in taxes per month to go to the hospital and they threaten to call the police.... Unbelievable.

    Doesn't even deserve one star! I have to agree with the previous reviews. You're just looked down upon and that's how people talk to you. Dr. Wolfgang Wild thinks he would be a god in white. And his nurses lie to him at the front. It's just stupid that I was standing around the corner and heard everything they were talking about my mother. I wouldn't let this man operate on me. Please find another hospital!

    The worse experiance I've ever had. For the doctors and nurses here human life is worthless. They only care why you don't go home. They only wait you or your baby to get worse and then do something. There is no zero star I have to give one.

    Von Anfang bis Ende eine sehr gute Erfahrung, toller Service, sehr schöne Zimmer, privatstation 52 bietet Komfort. Am wichtigsten war die sehr gute ärztliche Betreuung. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dahin gehen. Ein ganz großes Danke an Prof. Rom und Dr. Apriyanto.

    ENT department My daughter (6) was “examined” here by 3 “doctors”. All three of them didn't know what to do if they had bluish ear swelling. No medical information and further treatment steps were explained and after 5 hours of back and forth and waiting, I was discharged home, without instructions or medication. We should visit them again in the next few days. I'm very afraid there's a lot of insurance fraud going on here.

    Disaster, we came with a 5 year old girl who needed urgent examination, her lungs were heard 3 times in 4 hours, she was inhaled and we waited 3 hours for the same report, in the end we went home because it was 21 :30 p.m. and the child was hungry. Very poor quality of work. I have never seen such terribly bad work anywhere in the world. You are ashamed of your job. Sisters of Unkind Catastrophe

    The hospital is new, but the waiting times are ridiculous. I had an appointment in the HNO station at 9 am, until 12 nothing. Had to go home without receiving any treatment because I needed to take my son from the child care. The lack of respect with elderly and children waiting is outrageous. Even third world countries have better treatment than Germany. Catastrophic.

    After a bicycle accident I had to go here in an ambulance. First issue, they wrongly reported I was unconscious when they picked me up. They were friendly and worked fast in emergency ward; before I was sent to the 10th. Also friendly, helpful staff/nurses. Second issue, despite being told I would have surgery immediately for my injuries, I waited three days. Sent to the 13th floor for my pre-OP. Third issue, staff/nurses were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Left me alone for 10 minutes while I shouted for assistance (I was bedridden and unable to use the bathroom). Fourth issue, after surgery the physio staff came to help me with my physical rehabilitation and only spent 5 minutes with me (total) in two days. Thankfully I was moved to another wing on the 13th, where the staff and support was much better. I give two stars only for the uncomplicated operation and those kind staff/nurses on the 1st, 10th and 13th L wing. The others were awful, and I dread returning here for follow up tests.

    Today I visited the Varisano Hospital in Höchst because I had problems with my toe. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, doctors walked past you with no interest, and despite the low occupancy I had to wait hours for an X-ray. I had to stay in the assigned room in pain, as it obviously hadn't been cleaned or disinfected, I couldn't even lie down! The healthcare system in Germany is going down the drain, patients who are legally insured are worth nothing!!

    My personal tip for orthopedics when it comes to being reachable on all extensions as an announcement (which doesn't exist, but on the extensions for private patients): “Very touched patients, This extension is only there so that we can decorate our letterheads with it. Since we won't answer it anyway, we ask you to refrain from annoying us with your complaints. We wish you good luck in finding a suitable clinic. Bye”

    I had a great experience in the emergency room today. The personnel conveyed a calm and professional atmosphere and I was treated very nicely. The small procedure that was necessary was quick and painless and leaves me healing already. Thanks to everyone involved.

    I had the nerve to make a pregnant woman in her 6th month wait in the waiting area at night from 1:30 a.m. for 3 hours(!) with chills, severe pain and several symptoms. So that the ENT doctor can end up saying unkindly: before you come straight here, you should just take a painkiller. I don't know what you have. Gives painkillers and I should go to the family doctor next week. Especially since pregnant women should normally have short waiting times everywhere and are given priority. thanks for nothing

    man kann immer was finden, was einem nicht gefällt... aber wir wurden gestern wieder einmal hervorragende in der Notfall-Aufnahme (diesmal der Kinderklinik) aufgenommen, betreut und behandelt.     Wir waren das erste mal in der neuen Kindernotaufnahme und waren positiv überrascht. Da wir in der Vergangenheit schön öfter, sowohl mit als auch ohne Kind nach Höchst mussten und eher verärgert wieder raus kamen, war der Besuch dieses Mal mehr als zufriedenstellend. Die Mädels an der Anmeldung waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und auch die Wartezeit war völlig in Ordnung. Die Ärztin, die unsere 2-jährige Tochter behandelt hat, war mega freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl und gut behandelt gefühlt und auch die neuen Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gelungen!

    We recently had to spend a night in the pediatric surgical ward for observation. We felt very comfortable there. The nurses and doctors were all very friendly and all examinations and results were explained in detail and in a very understandable manner. Questions were also answered with pleasure and without any hassle. The food was also very good and plentiful, so some other clinics could like to copy a few things. We can recommend the Höchst Clinic without reservation. Simply great.

    I was referred to Höchst because of Pfeiffer's glandular fever and an abscess in my throat and was hospitalized there for three days. The medical team is very competent and young. The nurses are over 90% foreign and don't understand much German, but the clinic can't do anything about that - that's entirely the responsibility of the federal government, so there's no deduction here. The building is very modern, patients with statutory health insurance are treated decently and mostly (if you are friendly yourself, which you should always be). Pretty much the best I've ever seen for a German hospital, hence 5 stars ⭐️

    I recently had to go to this hospital in an emergency and was taken directly to the shock room in an ambulance with special signals and an emergency doctor. From the very beginning I was treated very friendly, caring and professionally - by everyone involved! I was informed about every treatment step and every examination. There also seemed to be a lot going on that day, which I was able to witness live from my monitor monitoring station; all the medical staff were just running. Great respect and gratitude for people who, with a lot of passion, commitment and empathy, learn and practice the diverse professions in the disastrous and run-down healthcare system in Germany!

    Ich war gestern mit meinem fast 5-jährigen Sohn beim kinderärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst, da er sehr starke Bauchschmerzen hatte. Wir sind sehr freundlich und kompetent behandelt worden. Sowohl die Schwestern als auch der Kinderarzt waren sehr lieb und haben sich ganz toll kindgerecht um meinen Sohn gekümmert. Wir sind außerdem superschnell dran gekommen.     Ich habe dort 2020 meinen Sohn zur Welt gebracht. Das ganze Team war wirklich toll! Schon während der Vorsorge habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kompetent betreut. Selbst im Stress blieben sie ruhig, freundlich und geduldig. Auch das Personal auf der Neo war wirklich toll! Wie es heute dort ist, kann ich leider nicht sagen, aber ich hoffe, dass sich daran nichts geändert hat.

    Nice staff in Emergency who very well helped my daughter. We had to wait 5 hours but I understand. Only when we were asked to come next morning to control the plaster was the experience not good. We were told it was only 5minutes control. Check-in was late to open, secretary was unfriendly, we had to queue 4times for this 5 minutes control in Front of H Praxis für Chirurgie! Should avoid this useless step!

    I was just moved from ICU to general ward room 5 and when I used the bathroom my urine catheter to bleed and slide out; the first nurse said my colleague will come look at it, her “colleague just explained to me that I as a patient am not authorized to “mess with it” and it is a doctor’s decision what to do (agreed); the third nurse (male) just deactivated the call button and before he left the room said no doctor until Monday. Now I’m here thinking this specific staff is not concern for me health. Any help will be appreciated Room 505

    It's worst experience ever. I bring my baby here because he was suffering from fever (104) at night but there is only one doctor is here in emergency ? Seriously???? And it is not the first time. Everytime when ever I took my 1 year old baby to any klinkum no one examined my baby and other Patients.after 6 houRS doctor come.

    Treatment in intensive care unit A18 It was unique in every respect, both personally and professionally, something I've never experienced in a hospital before.     So, friends, my girlfriend is in the pediatric ward where she gave birth to our son. At the beginning I would like to praise the nurse from A 34 named Luna. And Dr. Small. Perhaps the two most worthy people from the entire ward, children's ward Z A 31, the most worthy nurse with Croatian citizenship by name, otherwise there was only one nice nurse with us in the ward since the birth of the child in 48 hours, and no one else. We have ours Child checked...,, they didn't give us any instructions.. Absolutely zero interest.. The hospital is nice but almost useless.. Coffee costs 5 euros, a dry spring onion roll with a slice of cheese and a piece of lettuce costs 6 euros!! Terrible. They didn't give us any instructions on how to feed him or how to do it. We should start with that. Secondly, the rest of the staff were unpleasant and bad-tempered. But I can understand that..But it doesn't bother anyone that there is no seating in the entire children's ward, because sitting is forbidden in the ward..So it's really terrible..Seating is only available at the main entrance, where there is seating ? all sick patients go..And in 2 days old babies there is cold, possibility of infection..So they have to stand or walk back and forth with your help..8 parking spaces for the entire hospital..So terrible..So sir Director, should I have to do something.. Because it's a shame for you..
