This KFC is ON fire! They're so packed but they get through orders so fast, EVERYTHING is hot and we've never had anything missing in our orders and we're often ordering to feed 15 or 16 people. HIGHLY recommend

What a terrible experience!! Dry chicken, cold chips... Never again!! Had to wait 20 minutes to be served because they had messed up the previous customers order and couldn't sort it out... There was one guy in front of us. These guys need a wake up call. When we arrived at 7 pm there was a truck blocking the drive through so we had to wait to park, when we left same scenario different truck. The chip holder/drainer had at least an inch of old chicken salt piled in the corner. We ordered a summer bucket but they had run out of sunglasses and we were told that they were not offering any substitute. No signage to confirm this. Gave one star cause I couldn't give 0.

The whole feel of the shop is that of uncleanliness. The order bench wasn't clean, the drinks station had syrup splashed all over it. The store/kitchen out the back was dirty and messy. Not ONE table in the empty restaurant was clean. The floor wasn't clean. Had to ask to have a table cleaned to eat in. Whilst the worker apologised she just wiped what was on the table onto the floor. Then went back out the back. Not busy and many staff just standing around. Will never return to this store.

It was ok I guess. Prior to paying for my order I specifically asked for extra seasoning on my chips, this was confirmed by the young lady whom took my order. Only to get home to find out this was nor added. Why does this sort of thing always seem to happen to me? Is it because of the 58km trip just to get home???

The food is fine but inside was filthy! They had food all over every table, stains on the walls and the chairs were ripped or sticky with stains!!. And the service was quite slow but Overall I just recommend going through the drive through

I bougth from a drive thru but i forgot 1 order and it just a Gravy for my daugther, they cannot consider that they want me to go back to the long line, unlike in Mcdonald the are very considerable. Especially the lady at the drive thru of KFC is very rude she dont have a good costumer service manner. im giving then 0% rating 1 Star. very disappointing.

Food was good (as usual), service in-store was super prompt and quick (considering the lines in the drive-thru on a Wednesday night) and cashier was super polite, friendly, and helpful.

Get a zinger burger 15min after they open. The one I got today looked exactly like what you see in the ads on TV, my wife was shocked when she saw the burger, neither of us have eaten fast food that looked like that. It tasted absolutely magnificent. Even the coating on the chicken was really light and crispy, sounded like chips when I bit into it. Compliments to whoever was on shift, you should open your own burger shop.

It is the worst kfc store in Auckland. I bought some KFC in downtown queens street and the one in Parnell. I actually compared to eat the three of them chicken at the same time. Their chicken is not fresh and the chicken is too salty outside while not taste inside their chicken. Their chicken wings have further . Terrible. Suggest go to other KFC really, if you compared their chicken with other KFC, you will know the difference.

Probably the best feed I've ever had from here today. The burger bundle off the coupons. Everything was fresh and delicious and the order was perfect. The lady who served me was really pleasant and gave me extra fries for the wait which was kool.

Good food. Terribly slow drive through. They have one person taking orders, payment and giving out the food.

Worst service and manner ever. The staff served wrong menu and wrong number from my order. I could pick up what I ordered thanks to the receipt , but their attitude was really the worst and rude. I didn't even hear” sorry”. I will not visit again.

We got lunch at the drive through today and we asked for hot and spicy and got plain kfc. It was very oily. Plus I also had to ask for sauce. I also find it hard to complain as they make us feel like it is our fault. I feel that this kfc has the worst service. From now on I will go to Manuka.

Ordered online, food is cold, order is totally mucked up, there is a big difference between zinger and original chicken! No mayo on the mayo slider! Wont go again 2nd screw up in months, and when you go to ring then disconnected. Go to complaints line, it says can't take your call, lucky I'm too tired to drive down and let them know!!!

Food is sometimes hit and miss but normally pretty good. But there service is something else. There drive-thru needs better people. Tried removing something off my order and the guy wasn't understanding and still got charged.... and got the wrong change. More training and maths needed

I Don't recommend Pukekohe KFC. I spent over $70. I asked for no potato just gravy and I paid the extra and I still got potato n gravy x2. Most of the chicken pieces were dry...some pieces were moist. I will not come back here from now on. I like the Otahuhu KFC when ya come off the motorway... Otahuhu KFC never let you down.

Just another fast food place. Good for quick snack and fill veins with fat

long queue on drive through so decided to go inside thinking it will be quicker, but no bit wait time as only one person taking order, another helping with bagging. I didn't get my sunnies with summer bucket meal. It's a false advertisement. When asked where is my sunnies I got reply they don't have any, then this should have been advised to customer at the time of ordering 😒

Bad service, under cooked chicken. 1/2 empty portion. Used drive thru with staff member who couldn't respond in anyway .Definitely will not try them again

What a disappointment. So many times. Dry chicken, dry chips. Ive had enough of Pukekohe. Ive never been disappointed at Bombay though. Theirs are always fresh. Its better to drive much further and get quality everytime.

Remember to bring your 4x4 for the drive through and your own red onion. n you’ll be sweet

One star out of six is what I am giving you would give you none but have to give you one or else not able to post. Yet again our order was messed up despite having had the person taking the order read it back to us and us confirming the order. We paid thinking we had got all we ordered only to get home and find the regular popcorn chicken we had ordered was NOT in the bag. And the chips were cold and had NO seasoning on them! I look at your other reviews and there are other unhappy customers, have you bothered to get in touch with them and rectify things for them? No I bet you have not just as you will not bother with me. Will NEVER be back again and NEVER recommend this branch!

We do not purchase our dinner from here very often and once again the same thing happens. You can almost guarantee that something will be missing from our meal. Can't complain about the friendly staff, they just need to check what they are giving your customers before it is handed over

Order was wrong, chicken was dry as my grandmothers 🐱 and tasteless as my grandfathers willy dribble. Employees low key friendly tho but yea very disappointed and unsatasfied. L😲L + ratio. Common tate W. Mcdonalds wipes no diff

Tummy has been very upset since 0300 this morning (second time now). All I can nail it down to is the KFC we ate last night. Not sure if it was the chicken prep or hygiene. View from the drive through would suggest hygiene issues seeing as though the prep benches were littered in scraps. However, I was pleased to see a worker throw a piece of chicken in the bin after it fell on the floor. Nevertheless, bit twice, never again.
