TL;DR,
my
experience
was
poor,
though
the
staff
seemed
chill.
Can't
recommend
it.
Booked
on
hotels.com
and
requested
an
accessible
room.
The
lobby/check-in
building
isn't
immediately
obvious.
The
entrance
has
a
heavy
door
and
the
handicap
function
to
open
the
door
did
not
work.
Checking
in
took
several
minutes.
The
team
seemed
very
unorganized.
Not
too
professional
but
they
were
all
friendly.
I'm
disabled
and
ended
up
in
a
room
that
was
farthest
from
the
entrance.
Fortunately,
it
was
on
the
ground
floor.
Getting
to
it
was
a
little
confusing,
similar
to
an
apartment
complex.
There
was
glass
on
the
ground
outside
the
room.
I
wasn't
able
to
get
my
key
to
work
or
I
had
an
issue
with
the
door
handle,
not
sure.
I
walked
back
to
the
front
desk
and
one
of
the
women
followed
me
back
to
the
room
(she
actually
didn't
even
know
how
to
get
to
it,
which
I
found
very
strange).
She
was
able
to
open
the
door
fine
-
no
big
deal.
Next,
we
get
into
the
room
and
there's
an
appliance
dolly
in
the
middle
of
the
walkway.
The
fridge
was
pulled
out
(and
not
on/cold).
There
was
a
blower
on
the
counter,
as
well
as
several
other
tools,
work
towels,
and
maintenance
items.
The
front
desk
woman
grabbed
some
of
the
items
and
took
them
out
of
the
room
and
told
me
"He
(maintenance)
will
be
by
shortly".
No
offer
to
bring
in
anything
to
clean
up
the
counter
or
anything
once
the
items
were
removed.
The
room
appeared
clean
otherwise.
Tried
locking
the
door
after
and
the
lock
wouldn't
budge.
I
brushed
this
off,
too,
thinking
that
I
could
mention
it
when
maintenance
came
by.
I
REALLY
had
to
use
the
bathroom
so
I
went
to
the
back
of
the
room
and
found
it.
Definitely
not
accessible.
I'm
not
in
a
wheelchair
so
I
thought
I'd
let
it
go
as
it's
only
for
a
few
days.
I
really
wanted
to
relax
but
I
didn't
want
to
get
comfy
knowing
someone
was
going
to
come
into
the
room.
I
waited
for
around
30
minutes.
Tried
calling
the
front
desk,
who
said
they'd
contact
maintenance
and
call
right
back.
Waited
some
more.
Decided
to
go
back
to
the
front
desk.
I
try
not
to
be
too
picky
but
I'd
had
a
long
week
and
I
was
already
exhausted.
They
asked
if
there
was
a
problem
with
my
room.
I
noted
the
issues
above.
They
apologized
then
told
me
they
didn't
know
it
was
supposed
to
be
accessible
as
I
booked
through
"Expedia".
I
asked
if
there
was
at
least
another
room.
I
was
told
they
were
fully
booked
and
couldn't
accommodate
me,
then
I
got
stared
at.
I
shouldn't
have
to
ask
what
my
options
are?
Lol.
Ended
up
cancelling
and
handing
back
some
laundry
soap
I'd
bought
(they
later
charged
me
for
this
and
I
ended
up
having
to
call
for
a
refund;
didn't
appreciate
the
tone
I
got
when
she
confirmed
"so
you
want
a
refund
for
the
$2?").
I
told
them
I'd
have
to
find
a
new
place
to
go
and
they
stared
at
me
again.
It
would
have
been
nice
to
have
any
suggestions
for
other
hotels
in
the
area,
even
other
Marriott
ones
-
hell,
even
a
place
to
sit
while
looking
for
one
myself.
I
was
directed
to
"Expedia"
to
get
a
full
refund
-
fine.
Had
to
play
phone
tag
to
get
it
processed.
All
in
all,
my
experience
was
frustrating
and
exhausting.
I
can't
recommend
staying
here
but
I'm
sure
it's
a
fine/cheap
option
for
those
looking
to
stay
for
a
longer
duration.
