Waited over 15 minutes to try and get some flea and tick treatment for my dog because they have it locked behind the glass i ended up having to leave all the way back home which I don’t even live close by and that was the only reason I went there in the first place to just get home to a cold dinner when it was supposed to be quick never again next time going to target 🎯 customer services have really gone down hill 👎🏽👎🏽

I love Walmart. On our road trips we stop at the roadside ones and get our salads snacks drinks. When I entered no carts, no hand baskets. I asked an employee by the registers where are the baskets and he said oh they are in front I said nope none there and said to him. You know I am traveling and this really impacts your business because if there is no basket I won’t buy as much. He nodded and I walked away. He calls me and says Ma’am there is a hand basket here I took it and thanked him. I still did not buy as much. I did not buy ice, bottled water, chips, stuff to munch on. I could have bought so much more. I spent $37 one bag that I could carry without a basket. Why do people not see this business is their bread and butter? I know it’s hot outside but as I sat in my car eating my Walmart fresh salad this is what we observed. This was around 2:30pm today.

It was packed for a Saturday but got good customer service from the sporting goods dept, went above and beyond to help me! Came in to look at the bike's! Good sections and well price. Even pick up a bike trailer for my youngest son.

I live near this location so I would often come. Noticed recently that I have been getting followed, and all bags checked by the employees. I understand that people have a job to do, but in this case, it is very obvious to tell that they are acting on prejudice or racism because it seems to only be the African Americans that are getting this treatment. So In conclusion, no one is trying to steal, if anyone’s stealing it’s the employees. As a big corporation, you guys should really pay them more or hand out better hours.

The store itself I found to be very clean, which was a plus. The customers at this location weren't dressed in pajamas or have curlers in their hair. I didn't experience screaming, crying disorderly kids which made my shopping experience much more pleasant. The negative side is, they have pretty much everything (aspirin, allergy medicine, razors, facewash, moisturizers, hair dye, perfume and so much more) all locked up behind locked glass doors. And this locked up section, which consumers use the most is inconveniently located in the corner of the far left hand of the store, like it was an after thought.

Went to buy a TV today at my nearest Walmart. They seriously need to hire people that have some sort of customer service and uphold them to it if they do. Catalina was rude, snappy and literally wouldn't explain or get the info needed for the warranty. She slid our other purchased items down the little belt and told us the whole store is out of bags. If you can, go to another Walmart. She isn't the only horrible employee there.

Love that you can get T-shirts all year long with all the California sports team logos, as well as local Bull Dogs apparel. They also have a variety of tees with popular locations in California on them - like I saw one that had Yosemite on it and another with the Bear off the State flag. Super cool, fun and trendy! Make GREAT gift ideas.

Last year,at this Walmart location, I was verbally assaulted by a older, homely, female cashier for having 21 items in a 20 item only line (my 10 yr old son was keeping track of our number of items for our entire shopping trip and he must have miscounted by one). Absolutely no reason to be abusive to a well-meaning customer. Since that experience, I have completely stopped buying anything from ANY Walmart, online or in-store. There are so many bargain places to shop where horrible employee and customer treatment isn't nearly as prevalent, so I bring my business to these places instead. Eliminating Walmart from my life has been wonderful for my psyche and my budget! It has allowed me to explore other shopping options and find businesses I actually feel good about supporting and utilizing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND avoiding this Walmart, unless you enjoy being abused and traumatized by people who aren't fit to inhabit society.

The women workers near the MoneyCenter area seem like should work in the back because they do not have customer service, Their very glummy and unwelcoming. And when u talk to them it worse they seem so down. Maybe get some other people who actually would like to be working with at least a smile

I don't like the fact of the all the workers seem to look at me as a shop lifter. I go in there all the time; Love when Walmart has clearance. Rollbacks woohoo! Retail therapy..

Quick in and out. Got at the money center was super helpful. Don't feel like a criminal soon as I walk in the door like some of the other locations.

👍👍 Really really good. Delicious food. Hamburgers are cooked thoroughly, fries are crispy, milkshakes are thick, and the sodas are fresh. They also have chili cheese fries, corndogs, burritos, grilled cheese and more! I was skeptical at first and I think maybe most are because there wasn't many custome...
