Das Centro Park Hotel ist im Berliner Stadtteil Neukölln. Es liegt außerhalb der Innenstadt. Vom Hauptbahnhof muss man 2 mal umsteigen U5 U 6 und U 7 benutzen, um nach ca. 30 Minuten anzukommen. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und das Badezimmer 🛀 nicht zu eng. Das Frühstück von 06:00 bis 10:00 Uhr war, wie in allen Hotels ausreichend, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde auch immer wieder nachgelegt. Der Frühstücksraum war einer der wenigen, in dem lebende Pflanzen standen. Sehr angenehm. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat drei Tische im Freien, wo man auch abends noch sitzen kann. Zu meiner Zeit war es sehr international besucht. Viele Gäste, die spanisch gesprochen haben. Fühlte sich an, als wäre man im Urlaub. Das Hotel scheint auch bei Handwerkern beliebt zu sein. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl, wenn man nicht im Zentrum übernachten möchte.

Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, ebenfalls mit der Sauberkeit. In der Dusche sind die Fugen mit Schimmel befallen, die Vorhänge sind fleckig, alles andere als schön. Im Sommer wird es ziemlich warm im Zimmer, da es leider keine Klimaanlage gibt. Nächtliches Lüften hilft nur, wenn man im hinteren Teil untergebracht ist. Die Straße vorm Hotel ist sehr laut. Der Aufzug gehört auch mal gewartet, die Türen quietschen, fährt wackelig mit voller Geschwindigkeit und ist laut, sodass man jede Fahrt im Zimmer mitbekommt. Das Frühstück ist angemessen, die Auswahl scheint früher mal größer gewesen zu sein. Ein Lob an das Personal, dass stets freundlich war. Die Öffentliche Anbindung ist okay, alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Bus und in 8 Gehminuten erreicht man die U-Bahn Haltestelle U7.

Arrived on the 23rd to spend Christmas with the in laws. We're staying in an apartment and it is a lovely room. Great size for 2 adult and 2 kids, sofa bed for us and singles for the kids. The room is clean, WiFi is great and the breakfast was nice.

Netter Empfang und das Zimmer hatte eine anständige Größe mit Balkon. Das Bad hatte leider nur eine Badewanne mit Vorhang sowie Renovierungsbedürftige Fugen und Silikon Nähte. Zudem war es nicht möglich eine W-LAN Verbindung zum Netzwerk aufzubauen, der Empfang war einfach viel zu schlecht. Frühstück war überschaubar aber ausreichend und das anwesende Personal sehr freundlich.

Some basic things in this hotel is really bad, like no socket for cellphone and the telephone is not working. And the heating isn’t working in such cold day. The nearest Supermarkt is 700m away…. No drinks in the fridge. 🙃Thank you, I mean it.

Wir waren auf Durchreise und wurden um 5 Uhr morgens eigentlich sehr nett Empfangen, als wir dann im Zimmer oben waren haben wir direkt gemerkt das es sehr stark Renovierungsbedürftig war das Zimmer. Die Wände waren verfärbt gewesen von einem Vorherigen Wasserschaden. Das beste kommt ; um ca. 9:30 Uhr kommt eine Dame ins Zimmer ohne zu klopfen oder sonst was und fragt ob wir Rauchen im Zimmer. Wirklich sehr frech!!!

My stay was very good. The staff are the best. Very easy check in. Close to the airport and breakfast was delicious. For $55 in Berlin this hotel exceeded my expectations!

A review from someone visiting from USA. Easy process for check in, the hotel is pretty dated and some rooms could use some new paint. Overall I have hardly heard a peep from other guests, however the street directly next to the hotel is quite busy and sirens are always going off at night and make it sound like they’re inside of your room. Breakfast is about 10 euro per person and it has a decent selection. The beds are comfortable for the most part, bathrooms and rooms in general appear clean. No A/C and it is very hot even with the windows open and fan going. Also the area immediately near by is kind of sketchy. Quick access to the airport and train/bus station.

Breakfasts are nice. Rooms are clean. Most staff is helpful. Bad policy of leaving the room key at the front desk when you leave for the day, exacerbated by one of the staff leaving sight of the desk to take a smoke break, making it easy for just anybody to reach around and take a key. Not very secure, and staff might know it because rooms have a sign warning not to leave valuables when you go out. Suggest a deposit policy instead. Also, no air conditioning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bathroom had a bath and shower. The menu in the restaurant needs a couple more items on it. Otherwise it's a good hotel close to the airport with a bus connection less than 100m away.

We reserved a three person apartment, which turned out to be two single beds and cot inside one room. The hotel provided only one packet of instant coffee during our four day stay. 72 hour cancellation police is geared to prevent loss for the hotel, or we would have left after the first night. No air conditioning in the room, just a small fan. The hotel 30 ~40 min outside the city center. Roughly 400 meters from the U line.

Clean, comfortable and affordable hotel in a fairly convenient location - short walk to U stations, directly in front of a bus stop. Breakfast is a good option if you are a coffee drinker (it's included) and provided eggs and meat on top of the typical bread and fruit selections. Highly recommend.

I'm giving the Centro Park 5 stars for its excellent value for money. The art deco breakfast layout surrounded by real plants in what can only be described as a conservatory, sets your day off perfectly. Food brilliant, staff very friendly, room clean and massive! U-bahn station short walk, airport bus runs right past the hotel. 5-Stars.

Functional and reasonably priced. No air con so left a window open. The local construction work woke me up every morning. Some signs of mould in the shower. Staff are efficient and effective.

I don't recommend this hotel. I came in summer and the air didn't work, the wifi was terrible and everything smells cigarette. I tried to change the room and the administration didn't wants.

Horrible. It does not have air conditioning, very regular breakfast. Very old hotel and lousy service. I do not recommend it.

Really clean, friendly staff. I would have put 5 stars, the shower did not drain quickly. Good transport links. I would stay again

Hotel looks a lot nicer in the pictures than in real life. Breakfast is pretty good, but they don’t have enough irons available to iron your clothes and staff is very unwilling to help you obtain one or find out where their irons are…

Sehr enttäuscht!!! Schon über 10 Jahre haben wir bei dem Hotel gebucht. Nun haben wir im Oktober wieder ein Familienzimmer zur Weihnachtszeit reserviert und komplett bezahlt, dann kam am 15. Dezember eine Stornierung und ein Ersatzzimmer konnten sie uns auch nicht geben. Wirklich ärgerlich!!! In ein paar Tagen beginnt die Reise und nun sind wir gezwungen ganz teure Hotels zu buchen... Nie wieder!
