Ich hatte die teils kritischen Bewertungen vorab gelesen und aufgrund der Lage dennoch gebucht. Das war eine sehr gute Wahl! Das Hotel liegt zentral, mit Späti um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Frau am Empfang war kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Zimmer konnte ich die Fenster öffnen. Das Frühstück sah auch gut aus. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung zu für Berlin ganz guten Preisen!

Good location and large standard rooms. No air con though meaning this is not a 4 star hotel as it claims to be - if you come for summer months expect the room to reach 30-35c degrees. Absolute joke this place.

Keine Kulanz, keine Rechnung; Schade, sehr schlechter Eindruck. Anfang Dezember 2023 kam es in der Region München zu so starken Schnellfällen wie kaum je zuvor, der Bahnverkehr nach Berlin stand fast 48h still bzw. war nicht absehbar. Daher musste ich gezwungenermaßen von einer Anreise absehen und die Buchung im Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten - unter Beschreibung der Umstände - absagen. Dort kannte man leider keine Kulanz und berechnet mir eine von zwei Nächten. Eine Rechnung wurde mir nicht zugestellt, diese muss ich selbst anfragen. Schade, ich wäre gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit gekommen, aber es gibt ja auch noch andere Hotels in der Stadt.

Cosy and friendly place to stay

Nice hotel. It is on the first floor, so it did take me 10 mins to locate! I paid in advance, but they took 100 euro because of the mini bar. I was expecting a posh lovely minibar... but it was rubbish. The prices and wine size didn't match, and sadly, it was a joke. But the room was nice and water lovely and warm!

I booked a double bed for a single person, but the hotel gave me twin beds. When asking if I could get a double bed, the receptionist refused to admit their mistake and shouted at me. I showed her my reservation says a double bed, but she still denied their mistake. Worst customer experience ever. I will ask my company not to use this hotel anymore.

No complaints about this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and nice, and the rooms were good for the price. The area is not very centered but it is very close to the U-ban and there are a lot of nice places around the hotel

Staff was kind, rooms are quite big and clean, The accommodation was nice. But the sound travels a lot in these rooms. You can even hear, what your significant other is doing next to you in the bathroom, you can hear city traffic, metro, some other guests moving furniture and in our case even ongoing breakfast. Walk from Ubahn (metro) is a bit sketchy, you sometimes came across some weird people. But that’s not the Hotels fault, you just gotta play your cards right.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und trotz der Lage recht ruhig. Das Bett war groß und icb konnte zwischen doppelbett oder 2 Einzelbetten wählen. Der Preis angemessen. Es gibt kleine Shampoos, Duschgel, Wattestäbchen und Duschhauben. Das Zimmer war sauber. Da ich nur eine Nacht da war, kann ich nichts zur Zwischenreinigigung sagen. Das Frühstück war ok, aber die Brötchen waren nicht besonders gut (für deutschen Standard) und auch der Kaffee war nicht besonders.

it's located in a very doggy/bad location, hence the price. I did not know that, the area is very loud, very dirty, right next to know drug dealers park. the room has no ventilation, opening the window would be tough, because you hear ambulance and drunk people all the time. and don't even expect parking. Breakfast was OK , there were no water. it was empty the whole time. but it was included ,so I didn't complaint.

There is really not much 4 star about this hotel except the price. Beds are not really comfy especially if you are a larger body type. No air condition, so the room temperature is almost unbearable in August. Room design is rather uncreative standard. Overall look is rather cheap and not really inviting and furniture is sometimes quite worn (broken cabinet door hinges, spotty mirrors, damaged lampshades). Room size is okay and cleanliness is good. Still certainly not the quality one would expect from a four star hotel in Germany, felt more like a low end 3 star budget hotel.

Great for when you go to a concert in the Mercedez Benz arena. Really affordable, and not even a 2 minute walk from public transport. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The service was absolutely amazing! The people working there were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel 😁

Somehow previously overlooked, this hotel is probably the best in Kreuzberg. Ignore the negative comments - our stay was flawless - staff was really helpful and available all the time, rooms were very clean and rather spacious, had everything we could need. You can opt out of the breakfast as there is an abundance of cafes and restaurants around almost any hour. U-bahn station is just a minute away with the busy Kotbusser-Tor as a next one. Totally recommend if you're in for the Kreuzberg vibes during your stay in Berlin.

- Rooms were not as clean - bathroom especially. Housekeeping did bare minimum - No complimentary water, water was 5.60 Euros for each bottle - Breakfast was not lacking in options - I would say this is a 2 or 3 star hotel at the most

Warum das Hotel 4 Sterne hat weiß ich auch nicht.Es ist vergleichbar mit einem guten Ibis Hotel.Ich habe keinen Vergleich zu früheren Zeiten.Die Zimmer sind sauber,alles ist größtenteils renoviert.Kleinigkeiten wie Ausbesserung der Fugen oder Duschkopf wechseln…aber sonst Top. Das Frühstück war gut.Bei 4 Sternen erwarte aber auch ich eine feinere/größere Auswahl und zb kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer.WLAN kann man vergessen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.Die Lage kann doch aber jeder vorab googeln.Ja,es ist recht laut.Ist aber in einer Großstadt so.Und man kommt schnell überall hin. Alles in Allem war ich zufrieden.Ein klassisches 4 Sterne Hotel ist es aber in dem Sinne nicht.

Very bad communication and service. They say they have a 24/7 service, but all morning you can not reach them. The hotel lobby is not very clean and welcoming. I would not stay there again.

The receptionist asked us to pay the whole bill once again, because something apparently went wrong with the payment done by our travel agency. Whole thing seemed kinda off and he kept providing some mysterious explanations. When we politely asked him to hurry up and proceed to the payment, because our taxi to the airport is already waiting and we're running late, he became very rude and started shouting and threatening us. Very unpleasant experience :( Tacky and cheap room design, mediocre food. This hotel deserves at most 2 stars instead of 4. Avoid at all cost.

I was surprised that with price below 90 euro hotel provide such good service. My best recommendation for room with wood floor, shower with heated floor and bed very good quality! And don't forget to enjoy breakfast, it was simple, but with very high product quality

I stayed at this property towards the end of March, everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, super breakfast, spacious and heated room. all the staff smiling and friendly with us; the view from our room was perfect and the super central location is surrounded by many clubs and pubs. needless to say it's the best in the area! we will definitely be back!

This 4*hotel (!) has no aircondition in 30ºC summer heat and don't you dare to open the windows - the heavy noise from the street leave you with no rest during the night. We choose the hotel because hotels.com state there is free parking which there is not! The "free WiFi" is not working, sorry. The beer and drinks in the refrigiator are lukewarm! Day two: Did they changed the refrigiator and did they cleaned the room during the day? No they did not. The doorlock broke down so we were offered to change to the next room - with a bin in the bathroom full of leftovers from the last guests we dicovered afterwards! The WiFi is still out of order. So is the ice cube machine. It sounds like a joke, but it's unfortunately not. The straf does not speak English! Four star hotel? I think not.

Very professional behavior from the reception person. Room was clean; bathroom was big; beds were comfortable; service was apt. Location is very good; many restaurant options nearby. The nearest metro (U bahn) was within 50 metres.

So far so good. Very modern, very clean, recently updated facility. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Ranks near any Hilton experience I have enjoyed without the Hilton price.

Not the best neighborhood. No AC, so it’s too warm in the room. The street is very noisy, there’s no sound isolation, so it’s hard to get a good sleep. Very dusty, not sure if they clean anything besides the floor. But the worst is Wi-Fi. The kind of WI-FI that makes you want to kill. I needed to work, and I just couldn’t as I couldn’t connect my devices to the internet, moreover, the plug ins at the table didn’t work.

Window was warped so was a cold room and very noisy and stopped us having a good nights! Hence the 2 star 🌟

Very well maintained hotel. Rooms are specious enough, clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. There are amenities in the bathroom. Just enough to make your stay comfortable. The reception works great.

The rooms and hallways were not the cleanest, and the bathroom was smelly and had a general low quality feeling to it. The was a large stain on the sofa, and half empty bottles in the otherwise bare kitchenette. However, the breakfast was good with a rich selection of different types of food, all of which seemed looked tasty. The area is a little shoddy but vibrant, and there are many lovely restaurants too.

Diese Hotel hat nichts mit dem Hotel (vier Jahreszeiten) in Hamburg zutun!!!! Es ist ekelhaft und man fühlt sich richtig unwohl. Es ist Schimmel im bad und das Duschkopf ist voll verkalkt und verschimmelt. Die Kissen hatten flecke und an den Möbeln waren auch Spritzflecken zu sehen… wir haben darauf hin ein neues Zimmer bekommen aber das war genau so. Mit langer Diskussion haben die uns 8 Zimmer Schlüssel gegeben und wir konnten uns aussuchen wo wir uns wohler finden aber alle zimmern hatten eine unzureichende Hygine!! Das ist aufjedenfall kein 4 Sterne Hotel sondern gefühlt ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Nie wieder! 2 Duschköpfe aus 2 Zimmern!
