To drink great beer it’s great, but to eat something like pizza with higher prices and to get very very small pizza is ridiculous!

Don’t know what other western restaurants of this style are like in Kanazawa, but this place is pretty good. Staff try hard with limited English, the draft beer is cold and good, and the ambience is relaxed and congenial. We ordered pizza and it was okay+ I would say. Enjoyable couple of hours. Popular with locals, so obviously does the job for them, which says a lot

The food was good, but the staff were a little hard to deal with. My friend had an expensive guitar with him and they suggested that he just put it on the ground or lean it against a table that everyone was walking past.

One of the best places in Kanazawa for authentic Italian. Relatively inexpensive, good music and a great atmosphere. The appetizers are amazing so are the drink. Don't miss the happy hours for the drinks.

Really good pizza. Great sauce! Fast service! Everything came out in less than 10 mins. Cool vibe. Nice staff!

Nice easy stop for lunch. Super cheap for a pizza, and it was good quality for the price.

I got to Napoli 2 times for lunch and dinner is so different, because at lunch you'll get quickly your oder, food so cheap but have little bit menu, dinner have many foods but waiter she look like not care customer only watches TV, all so slowly for cooking

Decent pizza. Pasta is ok. Fast delivery of food. The REAL DOLL seated at the counter is a little odd, and get the feeling the female staff don't realize it's a sex toy.

The pizza was OKAY, the restaurant itself was modern and trendy and it's hidden away from the crowds.

The pizzas were freshly made and had a perfect balance of toppings and sauce. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavors were simply amazing. The shop itself had a cozy ambiance, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Not to mention, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided.

Napoli used to be a nice place, but it’s changed. The pizza is still decent, but the service from the staff makes me never want to go back there again. I recommend finding another pizza restaurant in Kanazawa - there are plenty that will actually welcome you and not be reluctant to approach your table just because you’re foreign (even if you speak Japanese).

We really liked their food, especially their soup and basil marghrita pizza. But they can do better in customer service. It seemed like they didnt have enough staffs and we were told to wait for our food multiple times.
