Costly remodel to make the service “quicker and more efficient” reality it displaces the station to the food. This is only the second time back here after the remodel and once again the quality of the food suffers with no quicker service. CHECK YOUR FRIES b4 you leva here every time bc they not only give you a medium when you order a large but they will be under cooked fries.

So after today I've finally decided to write a review for, by far, the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Every single time something goes wrong, whether its the service, speed, or just other customers honking at each other because the staff can never seem to direct people appropriately. My mother went to get us lunch at this location today, and was excited to look at the menu because she remembered seeing an ad for a new drink they had. Of course, going to Chick-fil-A at the drive-thru and needing to see a menu is essentially a crime these days. The staff member directed her to just go to the board and order there, where she waited an excessive amount of time with no one taking her order at the board. Eventually, she just decided to pull up to the door/window area where they give the food out because the people taking orders weren't seeing her. So of course, the people at the window gave her a hard time about not being in the correct place, continually didn't give her the right order. This included giving her medium drinks instead of larges, and medium fries instead of larges. My mother also ordered specific amounts of sauces, where they gave her both the incorrect sauces and numbers of sauces. Once home, we also learned they also put pickles on a sandwich that was requested to not have it. If you can't run a business where people aren't even allowed to be served if they request to see a menu, then the staff is out here floundering at the thought of "oh well maybe someone wants to just see what we have" and is incapable of handling that situation, I mean. That is insane. Also, just to top it off, here is an image of one of the sandwiches where the chicken is literally halfway off the bun just as it came. Unfortunately, there is no other Chick-fil-A's around, which is probably the only reason this one stays in business, so I will have the displeasure of returning here.

Sometime over the past year or so, they've decided to only fill fry containers about half way. This happens consistently with every order.

    A great place to eat

The food was very disappointing! The grease needs to be changed. You can smell and taste the old grease on the food. The tomatoes were not fresh and the bun had too much grease or butter. The lemonade has a slight old/spoiled taste. The Cobb salad was incomplete, no tomatoes and a pinch of bacon. Just not what I would have expected. The staff was nice.

Well run clean location and I recommend coming in and ordering over waiting in your car because it seems to go faster even though they run their drive-through efficiently.

The Fuquay Varina location is the worst. They get their drive through orders wrong at least half the time. Tonight when one of my two salads was wrong, the MANAGER asked for the wrong salad back after I had it in my car for at least 5 minutes while they made the right one. I suggested that if they were just going to throw it away that there were other family members in my household who might eat it. She said “I’ll take it”. I said “you’d rather throw it away and waste all that food then give it to your customer?” And she just looked at me, put her hand out and said “I’ll take it”. So one of two things happened after I left - neither of which is good - she either put it back and served it to another customer or threw it away (what a waste). I got in the habit of going to this location when the Holly Springs location was under renovation. I won’t be back to this one again because I no longer trust how they handle their food. The HS location has better food quality and service. Try it.

The food is good. Customer service is good. However, everytime I come here workers are on their phones. I don't want you putting your phone in your back pocket and then handing me my food. When I use to work in food service, phones were not allowed out on the front line.

I felt the food here is good but the staff and in particular the manager when I went for the breakfast had some kind of discrimination by the way he talked to Asian people and the way he talked to the other the other people I felt a clear difference in his behaviour which I really didn't like it,this could be a one of situation but I faced and I felt it. I might not go to this place but I really want the other Asian people to be aware.

We are so appreciative of the FREE chicken breakfast sandwich we received on Veterans Day. We went super early to avoid the massive drive-through lines that are normally there. We ordered easily and drove straightup to the window with no problems. The staff was friendly, and the kitchen area was spotless! We were able to see because the door was open. 🙂 Thanks again!

Fast service. Friendly. Food was great. Restaurant very clean. But the best was 3 to 4 times someone came to our table and asked if everything was ok and did we need anything. No other fast food has ever done that. Just whis we had a chicken fil lay in Clayton NC.

Not speedy service as it has been like this since the remodel. Today, an insect in the cobb salad. Ruined dinner for both of us. If we have to choose Chick Fil A I will stop at the Waverly Place location and just reheat when I get home. It may not be perfect but the consistency is a lot better. This store in Fuquay Varina is broken.

Great Customer Service! Pretty fast!! Accurate on food order! Chick-fil-A breakfast burrito was something I didn't know I needed in my life! Oh and don't forget the Polynesian sauce because that is what sets It Off!!! You're Welcome!! 😘

I have not been to Chick-fil-A for a while because. The line is so long. I saw the line wasn't so long when looking for a quick bit for dinner, so I went in the drive through. My order was taken right away but it took ten minutes to get to the window, then come to find out they put down the wrong description of my vehicle so they walked around for a while with my food looking for me, I was at the window by now. When I got my food it was cold. I am not going back. They added two drive through lanes, they should have added two kitchens also. They can't handle all that traffic.

I frequent this Chick Fil A only because of the convenience and for my granddaughter. However, seldom do they have everything in the bags. Especially Napkins, which you need if a child is eating in the car. I actually asked for napkins tonight and the girl told me there was some in my bag, I checked, and sure enough no napkins, so she handed me 5 napkins. Then when I get home there is no dressing for the salad I ordered. They are going to be remodeling this location soon. I think they need to do more than remodel.

Chick-fil-A is going downhill fast. Their chicken nuggets are barely any little pieces that they throw in the box they don’t even look like chicken they’re just little burnt crisps their fries are usually cold and floppy. They don’t put everything in the order they’re supposed to I’ve been very disappointed with them a lot lately. Definitely not worth what I paid

The new drive thru lines have not made much improvements in getting your food. The drive thru still had cars spilling out of the parking lot, and the lines moved slower than before. The employees used to come to your car and take your order but now they stay under the covered area and only take your order from there and the kitchen obviously can't keep up. Expect to wait over 30 minutes to get through the line on a Saturday at 3pm. (Or a Friday at 8pm or a thurs at 2pm)

Had a few bad experiences here recently with chicken quality. Spicy sandwich has had chicken breast with strange rubbery texture that makes it inedible. Not sure if due to new antibiotic policy or what. Has happened several times on different days.

Please do not go to this Chick-fil-A. This is the second time I’ve gone there. They are not autism friendly. They are not special needs friendly on top of that. They don’t have the same menu as every other Chick-fil-A. I was stuck in drive-through for today to find out that they don’t sell rolls like they do every other Chick-fil-A made me wait in line And try to charge me full price. The reason I say it’s not autism friendly. I went last week and I brought my child with me to the playground, and they just were not very nice on top of that. They helped in the lobby, walked and helped everybody else in that lobby, but me and my autistic child who was stemming so for that reason, I will no longer be going to that Chick-fil-A. They are awful . Rand village is my choice and will be going. after pulling out of that drive-through, I went right down the road to Rand Village like I usually go and no issues of course and every other Chick-fil-A for that case I’ve never had an issue but it’s constantly the Fay location. I don’t know if it’s the management the employees or what but they is one. I will steer clear from from now on, I will be giving corporate a complaint as well but I know that you know you might want to think about it before you go there with anybody in your family

this is the best CFA in wake county in my opinion! the customer service is great, i called the store with an issue last week and spoke with the manager Harrison and he totally fixed it and was very apologetic. then this week when i went back the issue was actually fixed and my food today was delicious! i would gladly drive out of the way for this CFA but im grateful it’s close by. can’t recommend it enough

Great fast food chicken. This chain is most alway rated slowest at preparing your order but given the fact that their lines are at least twice as long as other fast food joints it's amazing how fast and efficient they are. And my grandkids love the nuggets.

I've been to many, many Chick-fil-As including out of state and this is the only location that seems to have soft nuggets. They're never crispy like the others. I asked the girl that took my order if I could put in a request to get them crispy and she stated that "they" can't do that. I live closer to this location but I'd rather drive to the one in Holly Springs to get better food.

The peach milkshake is only available for a short time each year. It’s my favorite shake. They have some new menu items as well. They stay busy, but manage to be friendly and organized while serving the crowd.

I can always count on Chick-fil-A to be good. The service is always awesome and they show such respect. I just love it. The food was delicious as it always is. Thanks for having such a delightful place to eat.

Worst pick up experience ever! Asked multiple times about order that should have been ready at 11:30. Initial individual acted as if I was interrupting her washing the trays. At 11:51:02 they found it already prepared in the kitchen area. No apology. Meanwhile I was late for my sons Birthday party, with guest waiting for the food.

Great visit, my cashier was informative. Told me about the new spicy chicken, which l tried and loved. Although they were out of sausage for my burrito. They visit was a success. Bathrooms were stocked and clean.... Great job!!!

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. They are never fast. They are always short staffed and it takes forever to get food out. The manager never apologizes for the delays or talks to the guests. Outside lights never seemed to be turned on at night with makes is feel closed. The list goes on and on.

My strips were good, still hot as were my waffle fries, learned the new word Sunjoy for my half lemonade and half sweet tea drink.

This is the most hoppin' Chick-fil-A I have ever seen, and it's insanely busy every single time I've been there. Our food was VERY fresh though and our order was made correctly, so I have no complaints other than the company needs to improve the location accessibility. I chose to do an online order with pickup, and that was probably the best option! The inside line was really long, and the drive-thru line was even more insane. The location really needs more parking and better driving lanes. Kudos to the workers doing their job and getting orders done. It was nuts.

I am writing this review to warn others!!! My child was very excited to try the Chick-fil-A kids playhouse, but I was extremely disappointed with our experience. The playhouse itself was small and cramped, and there were not enough activities for children to do. The playhouse was also very dirty. There was food and trash scattered all over the floor, and the bars were sticky and covered in grime. I was also concerned about the safety of the playhouse. There were several sharp edges and loose screws, and the climbing equipment was not secure. I would not recommend the Chick-fil-A kids playhouse to anyone with a kid. It is dirty, unsafe, and overpriced. Save your money and take your child to a different location.

I just went to this location. My 1st time going since they reopened. Disappointed. No straw. My receipt indicated 2 items and I only got 1. And to top it off no fork to eat my food at the park. I had to just go home and eat it. Ugh! Double check your bags folks until they get it together.

I did the drive through. I was greeted in line by a young man in training and the young lady doing the training. Both were pleasant and helpful, giving me options from the menu and so on. Quick and courteous.

Tried to order lunch for my daughters school, after experiencing the tragic loss of a student. But it wasn’t “high dollar “ enough of an order for delivery. Such a “Christian “ franchise. A 7 yr old died, but if I want to support the teachers, I have to risk losing my job, so I can deliver. Mind you this was heading WAY over $200. But not high enough for this “Christian” company. And their delivery drive was 10 minutes at the absolute worst traffic conditions…..

It’s always a great experience here. We typically do mobile orders and pick it up through the drive thru. Quick and easy and the customer service is 150% always. This morning, my guy in the drive thru was freezing but making the absolute best if it. Chick-Fil-A for president!

Chick-fil-A is always a must if they aren't extremely busy. Drive through was very quick and the service is always great. The fries were overly salted but sandwich was great.

  • 2/5 Freddie J. 2 years ago on Google
Employees are all great, and frankly the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. Owners are greedy as can be. No more pup cups? Really? As if 3¢ of whipped cream is going to bankrupt a franchise that now charges 9 bucks for a few chicken nuggets? Prices have skyrocketed, the lines are always congested, nowhere to go if you order ahead so you still have to wait in the same line with everyone else in it. Just super disappointed after the long wait for the renovation to be completed. Will be taking the drive out to another location henceforth. Congrats, 3¢ of whipped cream just cost you hundreds of dollars per year in sales.

It's Chick-fil-A. Some of the best chicken you can get at a fast food place., With probably the most efficient and quick drive through I've ever seen.
