    I’m a regular here in Fuquay. Whoever the new crew was on 9/7, the girl with the glasses did a miserable job charging us more than we ever had without any remorse or desire to check why the same day before we got charged $7 less for the same order. Please train your new people correctly because you just lost a very regular customer. Or at least have a senior person around. You could tell she was immature and unable to handle honest questions.

    Ordered a sub with chicken and they made it with steak. Tried calling up there and no one answered. Now they are closed and I will not be eating dinner tonight. Love to see it.

    Jersey Mike's never lets me down, they are awesome. Great place to take children too. I love their cold cuts subs, but my favorite is Philly cheese steak. If you never had it, it is a must try. We went at lunch time and of course they were busy and had a long line but we did not mind the wait. The staff are very friendly and positive. Highly recommend.

    I really appreciate the level of attention they give to their processes here. I mentioned my need to be gluten free, and apologized for the steps they had to take to clean the slicer, change gloves, etc ....and they made it seem like no big deal, that it needed to be done anyway. Always a great crew happy to make you a great sandwich.

    Walked in to place an order and the 3 staff members there didn’t not greet me in any way, in fact they literally avoided me entirely. Stood there for 5-10 minutes with 0 interaction as they put food items in containers and ignored me. I left without a word and did not place an order.

    It was my first time ordering from this store and it will be my LAST ! . I placed an online order , walked in and it wasn’t ready , I was told it was being made and it would be done shortly , 15 minutes goes by and I have now watched more than 5 people walk in and order and receiver their food faster than me. I spoke to the manager and it turns out my ticket never got sent to the kitchen , unbelievable. I waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich I ordered on the app 25 minutes prior to arriving. I was VERY unhappy with the service , the staff looks like they don’t know what they’re doing and the manager obviously has a issue holding his employees accountable. He gave me two free sandwich coupons which I threw in the trash upon leaving. Never coming back.

    Being a Jersey girl, I have always eaten Jersey Mike's. In the very many locations and times I have eaten there, I have never ever had an sub drenched (and I mean "drenched") in oil and vinegar my bread was so wet I threw half of it away. That was the first disappointing trip to my favorite spot. 😔

    I love this place but I don’t understand how all of the flies don’t bother anyone else. There are flies every.where. From where they are preparing the food, to where you’re sitting down trying to eat. I know flies land on all of the food in there. So gross

    We always have had a good experience here at the Fuquay jersey Mikes, but last night I ordered a giant roast beef sub and they completely got the toppings wrong. I asked for lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, banana peppers, mustard and mayo. Instead I got lettuce and onions. I drove back up there and got my corrected sub and it ended up still missing the banana peppers and pickles. I call back and at this point it is 8:55, 5 minutes from closing and we talked to the workers. We were not expecting to come back and make them wait for us to close but asked if we could get a giant tomorrow or sometype of refund. The workers called my mother a liar on the phone and we even took pictures of the sub. Then we go up the next day(today) and the manager was only willing to give us a regular sub. Half of what we paid for. After we had all these issues the owner reached out quickly and amended the issues apologizing on behalf of staff. We will be back.

    What a great place and super team!! The sandwiches are great, the team is cordial and professional!! Derek is one of a few gentlemen that made ordering my food and making a quality sandwich!! The Fuquay-Varina store is easily the best Jersey Mike’s store!!! Bravo!!!

    My experience was absolutely awful. The girl that is usually there to help me was supposedly “let go” as told to me by another employee. The manager was also extremely rude! I’ve never seen lettuce so brown in my life and they put it on the sandwich which like it was normal! If you are wanting a good Jersey Mikes experience please, do not go to this one.

    Always have a good sub at this location. Most recent I got a Famous Philly giant sub but I get the Provolone cheese instead. You can get grilled onions and green peppers also.

    My review is only on staff, the food was great but my taste buds were off due to my medication ..lol Staff was great , they did their job and provided a service that shouldnt go unrecognized.. they all deserve raises asap!!!

    Not sure what's going on, maybe they're under new management but when we visited a few days ago the place was not clean at all. The floor was worn and dirty. The cutting station wasn't being kept clean between orders and was in general disarray while staff was preparing the subs. Almost walked out. Won't be going to this location anymore.

    Picked up my order today. Got home and my order was wrong. I have called about 20 times since. No answer or answering machine. How do you run a business where no one answers the phone? Not happy.

    Still always good not really liking the expense of pricit's more expensive pricing so I visit less by visit less because of the pricing. Daddy room could be a little bit cleaner but The employees are always a tenant and no one to help and get the job done in a quick manner.

    Ordered online for a pick up time an hour out. Tipped extra at the time I ordered because I know saturdays are busy and I appreciate how stressful working in a high volume restaurant can be, since I did so for many years. Upon entering nobody seemed to know who had what. And besides a group of 4 guys in front of me there was nobody else in the store. I stood there for a solid 15 minutes beside the pickup table waiting for my sandwiches before the cashier even asked me if I needed help. I said, yes. I ordered online over an hour ago and the bag with my ticket on it has only one sandwich in it (this was an $80 order for a large group). She looked confused but NOBODY DID ANYTHING. I finally asked again where my order is and she walked in the back, emerging to tell me they had lost my ticket and would have to make my order. It was a hunch of kids working and nobody was particularly rude—they just didn’t care. There were 5 people working that I could see, and at least 3 were just standing around chatting. Long story short, my order was supposed to be ready at 5:26pm (after giving them an hour lead time), and I just walked out at 5:53…so I stood there for half an hour which is enough to have sat down in a restaurant and been waited on and received food. A flippant “sorry about the wait” and not another effort to compensate for the inconvenience was made. I watched at least 4 other people walk in, order, get their food, and leave. I’m sure these are nice kids working, but if I were the owner I’d have a chat about staying on task and how to treat someone when a mistake is made. Leaving customers standing there waiting for 30 minutes is not okay—and as folks go I’m pretty understanding. A sincere apology and explanation would’ve gone a long way with me. Don’t think I’ll be back.

    The food is always great. I have no complaints about that. However, I go in and sit so I can have some much needed alone time and there is music that I love but sitting beside me is some talking on the phone through speaker and it is so loud you can't even hear the music, which is playing a little loud itself-- . I wish people would be respectful. I don't care if you are angry with your girlfriend because she looked at someone else! And I don't care if baby daddy shows up or not! It just would have been nice if the manager would have walked over and asked them to keep it down a little because it was obnoxiously loud! I doubt I ever go back. And that's a shame because I do like the subs.
