Worst place to stay, please don't visit here. No power since we arrived and couldn't run ac because of that, fans are also slow. In the morning they switched off the generator as well. Spiders crawling in the bathroom. Mosquitos are there and no mosquito coil provided. Fake reviews in Google giving them 5 stars don't believe them.

The villa is over priced. At such a price, one cas easily get a good 4 or 5 star hotel to stay in. The villa is equivalent to a 2 star hotel. The ambience is not up to the mark. The rooms are just basic. There is no provision of restaurant (only breakfast served) wifi, tea kettle or no mechanism to even contact the front desk. It’s just a structure near a beach.

One of the worst villa to stay.... There's No Power since we have checked in and ACs are not working and in the morning they turned off generators No fan nothing. Also the caretaker is was very rude when we complaint about the issue.

I enjoyed my stay there. The resort itself looks good with staff were very helpful. I enjoyed table tennis and kids enjoyed pool. Walkable distance from beach, Good place to stay and maintained very well.

Very nice resort, had a very comfortable stay, the pool is out of the box, with a slight waterfall option, the kids enjoyed a lot. Rooms are very clean, rooms service was excellent. The staff was very polite and nice. Recommended place for everyone who want to leave the city and relax, with beach in walkable distance.

The real estate you get for the money is very good, also the staff are very courteous and understanding. Back in July 2022, we booked a villa, 6 adults and 5 kids but 7 adults and 7 kids and they didn't complain much and accommodated us. Served us home cooked breakfast in the room itself (the villas are designed like service apartment with kitchen and dinning table in hall) The main time USP is the waterfalls in the swimming pool, but there is no separation between kid pool and adult pool, in-fact I'll not even call it a kid pool, the shallow part is around 2.5 feet deep and in 3 feet distance it drops to 4 feet pretty vertically. The pool is not for kids without supervision (as in adult my accompany child in the pool). The whole pool is bit small measuring hardly 12X8ft. It is a villa, not a resort by any stretch of imagination. They have TT table and carrom indoors for some pass time. We went there again couple of days back, this July 2023, and enjoy even more, same polite staff, we didn't opt for breakfast since we went there just to stay. Even then they provided us with complimentary hot drinks as we arrived and in the morning. Would go again 100% The location is bit messy as it difficult to spot, it is 100 meters walk away from beach not on the beach,. 1 Km from crocodile park

Great place to stay. Villa looks great. Rooms were clean. Polite and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was nice and had good options. Swimming pool was small but clean with falls. Just a couple of small issues. 1. Bathroom locks were too tight. 2. There were not enough floor mats A mini fridge in the kitchen would have been nice (but we're free to use the fridge in the common kitchen and they're very friendly when you approach them). The first villa that they showed us had no safety rails in the stairs. We asked for a different villa and they gave us another one with safety rails. Please fix that as it's unsafe.

The hospitality was good. Behaviour of the staffs I would rate even 10. Nice place to stay with friends / family and party. Morning breakfast is also nice. Things to take care by the villa owner 1. Washroom locks and the closets to be taken care of 2. Additional mats can be provided.

Good staycation but not beach resort actually, beach is like 500-700 meters walkable distance. Pool is also kind of too small just for 1 or 2 person standing alone. You cannot make big swim movements. Rooms are spacious and villa style, neatly maintained.

The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. The pool water was crystal clear with no chlorine. Our stay was better as we had booked an entire villa. The place was spacious. Ambience was good. The breakfast was average. Staff was always smiling and welcoming. Overall had a good stay.

The room was neat & clean. The Manager is very cooperative in doing the service. If there is a internal landline phone system is available then it would be easier to make call to kitchen. Good Ambience

For booking the room, Mr Mukesh assisted us to book the Villa and arranged us a good deal.Stay was comfortable. Beach was accessible though it's not a private one. Receptionist Mr Jyotish and the staff Mr Mridang were very polite.Room was very clean and hygiene. The small private pool with fountain was really nice one for kids to enjoy. There are restaurants like Karaikkudi nearby the place. Overall our stay was peaceful and memorable one in La Villa. Looking forward to visit soon again.

Rooms are neat and spacious. For 6 person they provided a 3BHK villa. Swimming pool is clean and had fun. Price also reasonable. I personally suggest to have weekend fun with friends.

We stayed for 1 Night / 2 Days there. We booked the entire Villa. Pros Rooms are well maintained. Table tennis and Carrom Board are the only activity. Beds and pillows along with sheets were clean. Cons No Fridge or even Basic Kitchen setup. Even for boiling milk or making toast , you will need to reach out to care taker. Beach is Not as close as all the other resorts in ECS. Access to the beach goes through a very tiny pathway. Swimming pool is a miniature water tank. But the waterfall model is the only positive side to it. You will need to book the pool in advance. Breakfast was NOT that great but they did have 3+ options available.

The villa is very neat and clean. Also the water in the pool is very clean and doesn't harm the eyes. Bed spreads and sheets are very clean. Toilet is also very clean .

Gud place to stay. Though not with any major modern amenities but not at all bad at this rate. Small pool which you can enjoy. Close by beach. Nice courteous staff. Specially a boy named Bijju. Decent enough breakfast. Lacking- No food arrangement otherwise. Guess if the owner make some small arrangement for food then the place will be more in demand. Just the basic meals will do. Still recommended to go and stay there. Dont go with high hope. But still you can go

Beach is at walkable distance. Almost private beach. So no crowd. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Only Breakfast will be served and that was bad. You will have to eat lunch and dinner at near by restaurant karaikudi. He will even deliver to your room as well. Nice place to stay and easy access to private beach.

Very clean and new rooms..we booked 2 villas for 15 adults and 4 kids..extra beds provided without additional cost..home made complimentary breakfast in the morning..friendly staff...ideal place for family outings near to beach.. I wish to stay again and we will.

Decent rooms and safe place They say it's a Swimming pool But it's a water tank It's so small such as in two strech yu can reach the opposite end.

Very nice place. Good for family and friends. Easy accessible to beach... Have a small swimming pool and a small lawn. Hospitality is good. Staffs behaviour is good and ready to help anytime while we are in the resort. Secure place. Overall a decent place. 👍👍

Giving 3 stars for the below reasons: 1. No temperature checks were made. 2. Ping pong was not readily available. Had to ask 2 times but still the table was not put 3. Only one standard menu for breakfast. 4. We booked only 1 room as we were 2 adults with 2 children. For one room, the rate is costlier. 5. We got 2 water bottles extra. Those were charged when we checked out !!!! 1. Yes, proximity to beach is 2-3 mins. 2. They have a swimming pool, but it is small- again no shower room before / after swimming. We had to go back to room for changing. 3. Waterfall is nice, which is attached to the swimming pool 4. AC and tv worked well, we could watch CSK match for a while. 5. We ordered an extra bed, which was hard.
