Situated in a prime location between coal barbecue and Geetham, it’s perfect as they do not offer any breakfast nor extra water bottles. They provide 3 500ml water bottle in the room and that’s it, any extra bottle is chargeable. Restaurants nearby are doing really good which will take up most of the parking space. It’s tough to find a spot on weekend evenings. The reception service is poor with not trained staffs, but at least they make you sit while you wait for the staff to figure it all out. Rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. Comfortable pillows but spring beds. Swimming pool is open from 7 to 7.

A very big plus is, this hotel is located at OMR. Children enjoyed in the swimming pool. The ambience, food taste , staff were too good. But food serving was poor. Room had split AC which was in the corner. No ceiling fan. One table fan was there which was insufficient for chennai's climate. There was no non smoking rooms available over there which was the minus for the stay. Car parking was good.

Rooms are great and cozy, location is Bang on navalur main road and the service is good , however the front room reception person was biased towards some section of ppl however when I raised the incident to the management, it was fixed and later on whenever I booked room things have been smooth for me !

But must change the staffs and maintenance completely. What can you expect with uninterested people around - Food - 3/5 on quality, taste. Staff behaviour 1/5 : Rude and not supposed to be in service industry. No coordination between reception, kitchen and bar orders. No response mostly, they do not reply. They can’t understand Tamil or English. Pool - 3/5 But there is no cleanliness. Pre post showers aren’t available. Anyone can come and jump in directly without pre shower 🤮. Spa : Good source of revenue, may be. But I would not comment anything since we have not used it. YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE THAN THIS EASILY AROUND, FOR THE SAME PRICE RANGE

The rooms were neat and spacious. Service could be improved. No one answers the phone past 11pm. Basic things like drinking glass, toothbrush kits were missing. They picked up a food order and never delivered. Rooms- 9/10 Service- 2/10

A great receptionist aswini, she was polite, friendly, and welcoming. her positive attitude and professional demeanor made my experience enjoyable. They were efficient, organized, and attentive to detail. I was impressed by her ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and composed manner. she has excellent communication skills and willingness to help exceeded my expectations. It was a good experience with resort, especially swimming pool, greenish event area and surrounded by with walkable Shipping mall, theatre, coal Barbieque, kalyana biriyani, geetham veg restaurant. Rooms are looks good and clean, more over safe to everyone. It's a very good family resort and environment. Service also good. Improvement area. 1. They have good space so better make some play area for kids to spend some good time for them. 2. Breakfast was good could have to added more items like basic items dosa, poori, white chutney and items should be filled quickly when it is moving. These are the only reason for 4 ⭐ but highly recommended

I have visited this property on last weekend and the atmosphere is good,also people greeted us in a well manner. They have good lawn area which helps family members to sit together n have a nice chat then they also have swimming pool in a neat condition. Thank you Ilara and their staffs.

Hotel is average. They are still constructing the front office. Rooms were just ok, but with a wierd a smell. Beds were very hard not the softer ones usually available in other hotels.

If you've stayed at Ilara once, its difficult to stay anywhere else. The rooms are neat, spacious and absolutely gorgeous! The staff is very well groomed, very well trained. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Chakradhar for doing such a fantastic job of managing this property so brilliantly. He has a way of making guests feel at home. Very very bad experience...entire night irritated with the knoking sound of room Fan and AC....window shield is not sound proof getting the sound from pool area....used bath tawel and used pillo cover was given....food quality is very bad they surve cold food and while I was having my breakfast one of the other person complained of stepler pin found in idaly...0 rating.😡
