Wow this place is a gem in disguise!! Clean, New & Spacious modern rooms. Despite the fact it was a late checking the host was very friendly. Although we stayed there just for one night we realised that the service was exceptional. Very flexible and a customer oriented family and you’ll feel as if you’re home and not away. Breakfast was very well served. Will definitely visit again if I come to Galle.! Perfect & Safe for foreigners.

It was a very promising location. We checked it on Booking and also on google Maps and we picked it. But surprise: when we arrived, the hosts were living in the same place with us, the courtyard was a work in progress. They offered us a room at the first floor wich was relatively ok but our friends got a room on the second floor that was not ok at all. Unfortunately they didn't make any pictures. After that, they offered to change the room with one from the first floor but again surprise: the room was dirty, a window was broken and so one. We decided to cancel the reservation and look for another place.

Highly recommend. We had a problem with booking because of the Expedia issue but the guys there found out the way for us. Everything was perfectly clean and nice. The breakfast gorgeous and the people there so kind. Thanks!

Good family run accommodation in Galle. Tasty breakfast. A bit far out but the price is worth it.

Kings Villa have five bedrooms. Owners of this place are friendly . They made us delicious Kiri Bath(milk rice). And tea was so good. Room that i booked was a spacious and beautiful one. There were plenty of room for morethan one person. It is nearly 1.5 km away from Galle city. Enjoy the hospitality. Great people and good vibe. First floor they had huge comfortable big sofas. If u are a couch guy u can stay there and do ur stuff. Unfortunately i was there for less than 10 hours. But enjoy thoroughly. Thank u guys . 💐💐💐

This place was maintained by a family and they were really friendly and helpful. The room is clean. A very good place for a very low price.

Very nice and clean house and rooms! With helpful and nice family hosts. Very good good breakfast...we could try some local food. Worth to rent a motorbike due to the location.

Had a really enjoyable stay here. Hosts are friendly, warm, food is good, and rooms comfortable. As an added, I got to hear piano music played by our host's daughter, Kushela(?) on the piano in the lounge. There's a baby Austen standing right at front that lots of us had fun posing with. Had they placed fans in the sitting area on the first floor, they'd have been top of my list of places to stay in in SL.

We booked Kings Villa at 19-21 April, and we enjoyed our stay so much with them and especially thank you so much for their efficiency arrangement for the transportation to Negombo! The room is very nice and comfortable which made us feel like home. I was impressed with their kindness’s help which I think it is the most precious things I love in Sri Lanka. Definitely will go back to Kings Villa just because of the friendly family. Thank you for everything. :)

This place is really amazing 😍 rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and they give big portions as well. Highly recommend this place for a day out or a night stay with your loved ones and you will never regret it ❤️

I would really recommend this place to anyone because this place was really awesome.. it might not have the best view from the balcony but overall the villa and the people who are there are the best.. they helped out with anything we needed and even lended there own vehicle for us to go shopping.. I really loved my stay here and I would surely come here again.. the rooms and sitting room were spaces and clean and really comfy.. the washroom might have some issues with the taps but its really manageable.. and its really a cool place for a group of friends or even a family to come stay and enjoy..

I stayed in there 3 days ago and it's a beautiful villa.rooms are beautiful and clean.bed is comfy.we had BBQ in there and it's so delicious.air conditioning and hot water is good.we used kitchen as we booked full villa.host is really kind and they helped us for groceries and to make BBQ.overall it's a good place for budget prices in galle.i would recommended this place to anyone who wish to visit galle
