Always love a classic taste! My son had oral surgery, and when he was good to eat! He wanted his nuggets and fries🥰🍽️🙂 staff here is always nice, and fast service. Good job guys!

Usually this McDonald’s is friendly and efficient. This time I felt like my order was rushed from the beginning. The lady at the second window was unbelievably rude. She was holding my drink out the window and swirling it in circles while I was at the first window paying. Then I told her I had ordered another drink that I didn’t receive. She acted like it was huge inconvenience and told me the price for the drink and rolled her eyes. I don’t mind paying at all, it’s not like I was trying to get a free drink. Then she rudely took my money and told me to pull up to the door for a drink. A DRINK. Then after 5 mins another worker tells me they don’t have the drink. I opted for another drink even though I wouldn’t have got it all if I knew from the beginning they didn’t have it. I never seen worst customer service.

So we ordered on the kiosks because there was only one person taking orders at the front. Our friend with us got his really fast but they hadn't given him the receipt from the kiosk and they forgot to give him his drink, then they gave him an extra sandwich (which I'm not complaining about) and their soda was super watered down. The food was good. But then ours which we ordered quickly after him, took forever and they forgot one of our drinks. So overall, not great.

Placed my order through the app. Selected no toy for a happy meal. Well, they didn't give me the nuggets but did give me a toy. However, the other nuggets and fries I ordered were fresh.

How are you supposed to hear/understand the counter people with their faces masked.

Horrible service. Very lazy. Soda was flat, no mild sauces for burritos, had to remind them 3 times on misses parts of order. Just an overall bad representation for McDonald’s .

This location is always out of ice cream when we visit but over all our family likes this place

Literally did an online order through the app and I pulled into the stalls and waited 10 minutes for 3 drinks and a large fry! Smh

Went here during a very long road trip. Nothing too exciting here. Typical McDonalds encounter. Food as expected. Service as expected. Order was made correctly. Pretty quick service. Good location and easy to access. Would recommend and would go back.

Waited an hour for a happy meal and a chicken sandwich. They forgot to give chocolate milk too. Too crowded, customers with no shoes were sitting up on the counter near the register. People crowding the pickup counter with complaints. Big kids, teenagers inside the play area where toddlers were playing.

It was very busy and the workers were very confused with all the orders. They were all wrong. I had just paid for my order and waited. They called out customers orders except mine. But I noticed my number on a to go bag but they were throwing it to the side so I interrupted and asked for my order. It took 30 minutes to get my order finally. This store was by far so confused and didn't know what they were doing. The manager kept yelling at the cooks. It was a mess.

The drive thru was so slow, I almost went inside to get my order, the food was good still so they're OK

Its McDonald's what more can I say, when I come here it's for the nuggets nothing else, McDonald's burgers were good years back but now I really don't have interest with them just the nuggets. Other than that I'd still eat here.

Oh my gosh, large coffee $2.37 here in Gallup, it's $1.00 plus tax in Holbrook, Az and customer service is great! Got the cold shoulder at this McDonald's, maybe it's too early for them. I hope they have a cup of coffee to brighten their day!😊

I loved that they had the basket of fries here!!

Only reason I bring my granddaughter to this location is for the playground and occasional ice cream. On several occasions the play ground has been closed, long before lobby hour, as soon as 8pm. Ice cream, seems like the machine is down quite frequently.

Usually enjoy stopping at Mc D's on vacation, everything is usually good & consistent. Not on this trip! Each restaurant has had its own problems, food is overcooked and employees are not trained well or customer friendly! Drinks from fountain not mixed right.

Like a lot of people just stopped by while traveling through love the basket of fries and strawberry shake .bathrooms are always clean

It was a Saturday so the inside was jammed packed. I just stopped off the highway to get a quick bite to eat. My chicken sandwich was okay, but I would have preferred it to be hotter. Other than that everything was fine. it's McDonald's consistency that keeps me coming back.

Trying to get my grub on tonight. The lady who takes the orders didn't their menu. I kept asking for "the as feature in" combo but they didn't know. Other lady came to help the first one. She kept adding things to my order when I didn't ask for them. Poor service and sloppy management.

Been coming here for years, great service! Drive Thru is pretty busy during the day, but their fast service makes up for it. No outdoor dining. They have a pretty big playground for the kids. Public restrooms, which are always clean. Customer service is great as well. Parking spots however can be a little cramped due to vehicles going thru the drive thru, but overall it's a great place to eat.

Went to eat here, not only do they not have lobby service, but we then went through the drive through and they said they are “rebooting” their system … at lunch time. Someone doesn’t want to work today.

They have really stepped up their game in serving people. Not really a long line and they have you park in an area if the food is not ready right away. Love the coffee and getting food for a snack.

My burger was ok. Soggy but ok. Fries & drinks were filling. Thank you!

Food looked & tasted old.... West & East have better quality control. Service was good.

I figured using the app would be quick, around 5 mins like it says. I waited the same amount of time I would if I went through drive thru.

McDonald's is McDonald's but it was clean and staff was courteous.

Place was clean service was slow . Bought crispy chicken sandwiches…. Mistake they were served dry with two slices of pickle but zero sauce or anything else . Now I know why I don’t eat at McDonald’s and I should have gone down the street to Safeway Instead

Do not stop here, long waiting times, they make you park in waiting stall and takes up to 30 minutes to get your order, they get your order wrong, and they forget condiments, when you ask they don't return to your vehicle until you ask another worker. Poor service and long waiting times here

Went here after work at around 7:30pm and ordered $28 worth of food just to get home and notice a small brown bug on my onions inside of my burger! I called the McDonald’s back to inform the manager and she was completely rude,unapologetic and had a nasty attitude. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning!!!

I hate to complain but this morning was frustrating. I used the mobile app to order two coffees and two pies. I waited 15 mins and finally left because I needed to be at work. After I left I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady. We arranged that I would come back in a couple hours to pick up my order. When I got back to the restaurant I called her. Again I waited 15 mins. I called her for the last time wondering if my order was lost and informed her again I am waiting for 15 mins. Finally after 20 minutes my order came out and the young lady read my order "I have a refund and two apple pies". I questioned her saying I didn't request a refund and would like my coffee. She had no idea what I was asking for so I just left it because I needed to be back at work. Come on people! It's just coffee and premade apple pies.

We stopped in from our road trip. We tried to go in to let our kids use the restroom and get done me lunch. No signage indicated it was closed. There were customers inside eating. But the door was locked. A worker looked at us and turned away. I knocked. She said “closed.” No signage except “our operating hours are 8:00-5:00”. It was 11:30am.

Not sure how but my order was entered properly and packed with a label it was made properly but..... yet the order was not prepared correctly. This location puts off a feeling of being over worked and under staffed. Hopefully things turnaround before I visit next.

Bad mcdonalds, trying to over charge and blame it on the COVID and current economic conditions. 3.00 for lg hot tea is ridiculous! They should close these McDonald's in Gallup. They are trying to take advantage of the Indians their main source of business.

Better food served at this location. Compared to the location in Window Rock,AZ..

I didn't know what to eat so I ask the employee what's his favorite food and he said what his favorite food was and I ask I wanted the you would cook it! I ask if that's okay he said yea and ladies and gentlemen my man Ethan deserves a massive raise 👏 😤 🙌
