Wonderful place. Great music, super awesome bar staff, and cocktails...wow! Above that great selection of craft beers and well thatugt menu. It's a must in Galway!

Disgraceful staff behaviour! We waited almost an hour for our food, when it finally arrived, it was good but cold but said nothing as we were ravenous. The bill arrived and was incorrect with nearly €18 more than what we ordered. The attitude and behaviour of the manager Nikki was horrendous. When asked to correct the bill she had a terrible attitude. When she finally arrived to the table, she was rude and short and THREW the receipt across the table. When questioned about her attitude she said she was spoken to rudely all evening. This was a blatant lie as the only interaction we had had with her was when we asked for the bill to be checked and once previously when she asked if we were ok. We were served by two other lovely girls all evening. I have worked in, managed and owned businesses in the service industry for over 20 years and never seen such unprofessional behaviour. Will not be recommending Caribou to my friends or clients. Can't believe what happened to Gillian

Absolutely fantastic experience. Delicious craft beer and excellent recommendations of same. The food was out of this world. The Nashville chicken burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The garlic parmesan fries also divine. Service was exceptional. Was able to book a table online which was so handy. 5 stars all round.

Amazing place. A great variety of craft beer (and many other unusual drinks). Staff so friendly and helpful, very knowledgable and give great recommendations. You can sample the beer before you buy it. Food here is great too. They mostly have burgers, really great burgers. I ordered the vegan burger and it was the best vegan burger I have had in Galway hands down. My friends ordered chicken burgers which they said were really good too. Loaded fries were excellent too. Can’t recommend Caribou enough, great music and vibes, great food and drink.

If you stay in Woodquay hostel it's definitely a place you must go. You get a very good deal: 1 burger of your choice with a pint of lager, this one is for free. Beside that, I actually got a Galway beer (session ipa) and a Nashiville chicken burger. Both of them excellent. My brother got a double cheeseburger with a pint of lager to get the deal. He was very satisfied as well. The vibes are super good, music a bit loud for my ears, but of course it's a pub, what should I expect? Other two plus: staff smiling and gaming board you can get! Super recommended!!

What a fabulous spot. Loved the food and the divine cocktails. loved the atmosphere of the place and the staff were so helpful. Would definately go back for another visit. 10 out of 10 to this place.

Fantastic food and staff here. It has got to be one of the best burgers and wings in not just Galway, in the whole of Ireland. I have been to many places across the country and none of them comes as good as here.

Amazing cocktail selection. Try the hive mind. Had the Bacon Jam fries and Korean Chicken both amazing with generous portions.

Visited Caribou last week with my girlfriend. First off, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They made excellent suggestions on food and cocktails. The food we both ordered was delicious, as were our drinks, and the selection of beers on tap is really good also. The restaurant/bar has a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely revisit next time we are in Galway.

The food here is a must if you come to Galway! The nicest burger I've ever had. The staff are sooo friendly. We had family with two young kids and everyone enjoyed it. Really good experience we will definitely be coming back!

Super friendly staff and a brilliant selection of ales and lagers. Tried the lager - it was the nicest pint I've ever had! Went in mainly for vegan food - didn't disappoint. Truffle fries were ridiculously tasty and the burger was really good. Get here early as it fills up pretty quickly!

Popped in here for a bite and a beer, and was not disappointed. Double bacon cheese burger was very tasty, and huge selection of fries- try the Hangry Fries!! Staff were super friendly and there was a lovely vibe to the place, it's much bigger than it looks from the outside, will definitely be coming here more often!!

Superb pub but menu is very limited to appetizers and burgers

I always get the same food there. I basically go there for that. They always have a good selection of our beers and the staff is great there!! The staff is accommodating most of the time, they really try to make things work for customers. The place is also very warm and welcoming.

Really nice bar with great atmosphere along with a good selection of food and drinks. Staff are all round lovely. Very welcoming, engaging, funny, friendly and genuinely want to help unlike other obnoxious bars around Galway. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife's boyfriend type of bar . Craft beers, Nintendo switches and more. Millennials who can't pay rent , because the meme has not been done to death. 0/10 might check out what opens up afterwards.
