What a beautiful place, Starbucks have really gone all out here. Chatted to the barista for a while before doing some work, can’t recommend a more friendly coffee shop in Galway

Lovely, lovely staff. Feel so welcome when I’m in here. Food and coffee are A1. Nice place to sit in and relax for a while.

I don’t often complain but I was so disappointed when I was in your cafe recently, my mum, who has an ostomy bag was denied the use of the bathroom facilities because she had not purchased anything PRIOR to her request of the bathroom. We walked in off the street after she realised there was an issue with her ostomy bag- when this happens she has little time to act. There were 6/7 staff members and only 3 other customers sitting in the cafe, My mum asked to use the bathroom but stated she would purchase something afterwards, she was denied use unless she purchased something before. We understand it’s a business and your facilities are kept for customers but to refuse someone to use the bathroom facilities until they meet your staff’s requests is absolutely appalling, your staff and manager could do with having some more compassion, patience and empathy to those in urgent need.

Once you've been in one Starbucks, you've seen them all. I'm giving this one a lower rating because it probably has the slowest service in all the Starbucks I've been in here. It seemed to take ages to make a simple drink.

Good service, very slow WiFi. There is an audio system, but for some reason it didn't work. Add the code for the toilet to the receipt so that people do not distract the staff.

Fabilous customer service, felt so welcomed , especially I would like to mention the attention to details of one of the staff members (Denya). Very nice and cosy atmosphere. I'll definitely come back.

Extremely slow service. Took up to 15 minutes to get one drink and there was 3 people behind the cash desk and only 2 people ahead of me in the queue.

Limited seating for a Starbucks unless they make the upstairs area open.

the toilet is closed. the staff are sleepy.
