Local bar in Galway, there’s no many left. If you want a real Irish pub very traditional go there the staff also very warm. Thank you all. In there I feel like real Ireland 🇮🇪😀

Absolutely the very best pint of Guinness in all of Galway City. Believe me I have done the leg work to check. Very friendly and professional staff too. It's a plus that it's such a good looking pub too.

Full of fun people and helpful friendly staff. A craft beer collaborative by Galway Bay Brewery and Walshes is def worth a try.

Perfect traditional type pub. is located in the hub of social Galway. Decorated newly in a traditional way. Very impressed, service first class .Nice customer base with a lovely atmosphere.A visit is highly recommended.

Great local place to enjoy a pint. I walked in from the rain on my pint a pub walk while visiting Galway and looked for something unique. Saw the MP Walsh Session IPA, ordered it up and was tasty. However after settling at the bar I realized everyone else at the bar had Guinness in front of them. Read reviews and realized this may be the best pour in Galway. So I broke my one pint per pub rule to see for myself and was not disappointed. Several TVs in the bar to warth the important game. Locals and visitors enjoy the space, but dont see them mix. Overall good spot for a pint.

Lovely hidden gem on Dominic Street. Very friendly staff, lovely cocktail menu and all around great vibe. My new favorite bar in town.

This bar has been renovated to very high standard. Lovely efficient staff also. I was there on Sunday afternoon and the music was lovely. There was a guy on guitar doing alot of his own stuff. Would recommend this lovely old style bar.

MP Walsh is probably one of the best bars I've visited in recent times. Such a warm and friendly environment, fantastic cocktails, and the staff are exceptional. Erica is a superb bar person. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Galway. Looking forward to our next visit already 😀

Great pub, nice staff, and good IPA beer on draft

It’s interesting 🧐 that when you leave a negative review how it disappears. So I’ll leave it again: As a local, I had not been to this pub since it was E Brún and was curious to have a look. This must have been the worst experience I've had in a Galway pub. If you want to go whiskey tasting, do yourself a favour and go to Tigh Neachtain or O'Connell's for professional and helpful staff. Leave MP Walsh to the tourists.

MP Walsh is such a fabulous pub. We had the most wonderful night and were made feel completely welcome by all the staff and in particular by Erica and Gary. The night in MP Walsh made our trip and we cannot wait to come back again. Thanks a million 🥰
