🫤 They have an indoor water slide but most of the time it's not on. Even when the hours stays its on and there aren't many kids swimming, they refuse to turn it on. It's very disappointing for my kid when the hours and time don't match to what's actually going on at this locaton. I got this membership... They have an indoor water slide but most of the time it's not on. Even when the hours stays its on and there aren't many kids swimming, they refuse to turn it on. It's very disappointing for my kid when the hours and time don't match to what's actually going on at this locaton. I got this membership for myself and my child, but it seems that he can't enjoy the amenities that I'm paying for often. Very annoying!

I had the misfortune of joining Life Time, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, their so-called "guest policy" is a complete joke. I invited a friend to check out the gym with me, and they were immediately bombarded with pushy sales tactics. It felt like we were being harassed rather than welcomed. To add insult to injury, Life Time has a knack for tacking on extra charges for every little thing. Want to use a towel? That'll be an additional fee. Need access to certain amenities? You guessed it, more money out of your pocket. It's like they're trying to nickel and dime their members at every turn. But the cherry on top of this disastrous experience has been the abysmal customer service. The staff at Life Time are completely apathetic and unresponsive to any concerns or issues. I've tried reaching out multiple times, only to be met with indifference and a complete lack of accountability. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding Life Time at all costs. There are plenty of other gyms out there that actually value their members and provide a decent experience. Life Time is a prime example of how not to run a business.

The gym facility is fantastic, but I mainly signed up for basketball, the courts have been cut in half one 1 court now. And during the weekend (free time for me as I work during the week) they schedule “parties” for children which cuts down the time I like to practice my hobby, other than that this facility is wonderful and I really hope they find an alternative place to host parties other than the basketball court

Great facility and classes, but the policies are terrible and the management was not friendly. It was almost the end of my first month and I went to cancel my membership as I am going on a work trip mid month for 4 weeks. They had already charged me and would not offer a refund or pro-rate. Until this moment, No one had disclosed to me that you have to have a 30 day notice to cancel membership or that it's charged on the 1st, not a month from when I signed up or that it's a 2 month minimum sign up. I have a road trip mid month and knew I only had a month to fully enjoy a membership, which I did for myself because I'm here helping my grandmother with Alzheimer's. The manger did not take responsibility for his staff not properly informing me of all the details and instead acted as if I was lying and as if the staff did tell me... that's called gaslighting, then proceeds to put it all on me for not reading ALL the fine print when signing up. The whole thing just feels gross honestly. I'm very disappointed with the lack of heart or customer care here. I had not budgeted for a second month plus I can't even fully enjoy it because I have a work trip. I would have signed up again in the future but after this experience I'm done. This extra stress could have easily been avoided.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I do not recommend this gym. Not only is it extremely overpriced, LifeTime charged me for an extra month after I cancelled my membership. I had a necklace stolen from my locker and a pair of shoes stolen from my locker (2 separate occasions). The equipment often is not working and under repair, and the cafe is very overpriced. And constantly see different staff might be for a reason . DO NOT JOIN !!!

Frustrated. I just want transparency, and this gym doesn't have it. My husband and I joined solely to use the pickleball courts and occasionally the indoor pool. Come to find out that on top of the monthly membership fee of $180, you have to pay an additional $20 an hour to play, even when there is no one on the courts. I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous. No one has to pay an additional $20 to play basketball or use the weights, and, to be quite honest, they shouldn't, as that's what the membership fee is for. If you're looking for price gouging, this is the gym for you. If you just want to play pickleball, find a new gym. It's just not worth it at Life Time.

It’s an okay lifetime but my main issue is the basketball court is always occupied with kids why doesnt management use the designated kids room or the smashball courts instead the kids are affecting paying customers that want to shoot hoops Edit:lol the complain change just lasted for a day it’s back to kidtime again instead of lifetime

Definitely needs better customer service. Walked in to get a tour and a price never been here before. The lady at the counter lead with price and I asked can I know what it all comes with. It was very rush Definitely just wanted me out of the club. I get it is Saturday and they’re checking a lot of people in. But I’m trying to buy a membership here. It’s very frustrating.

Usually a nice gym but now the Men's steam is shut down and it looks like there is some structural problem that needs to be fixed. Today and yesterday there was no hot water for showers. And no manager on duty today to talk to about these problems. Not up to par for what Lifetime should be.

Their cancellation policy or putting the account on hold shows how much of money mongers that organization is. I wanted to put my account on hold for medical reasons I was told that I can’t do it over the phone and that I had to go in person to do it, with my knee surgery and walking in crutches I did only to hear them tell me I have to go online and submit a form. Just wasted my time and 2 weeks as I wasn’t physically able to. I submitted the form online and they still charged me full rate. This company not only that they are extremely expensive but the way they treated me was ridiculous and insulting. So I called in to ask for a mgr they transferred me to Lane Wayne, let’s just say that was absolutely a waste of time as well. He emailed me a cancellation form so I can cancel my account completely. He said if I’m not happy with the way they do things then it’s up to me. Take it or leave kind of thing.

This is the cheapest Lifetime so expect A LOT OF FAMILIES AND CHILDREN at any time here. It is impossible to have a quiet, clean shower all the time because of how crowded this location is. Overall, great value for indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, among other sports. But if you think paying $100+/month is enough to call this a luxury gym, Lifetime Bronze level is not it.

We've been members here since 2005. Great employees, equipment, lockerooms, pool area, etc. everything is clean and organized and well looked after. This is definitely a top tier gym. I recommend this place .

We are a family of three with an elementary kid and I’m have been really impressed with the club. The kids program is robust and has something for every kid. The birthday parties, arranged by Regina, are top top. Love the Pilates program, in particular Kristen. I’ve been doing Pilates all my life and have learned so much from her in a short period of time, which has carried over to all my workouts. Top of the line trainer! Outdoor pool is awesome and there is currently karaoke on a Saturday. Kids swim program is also way above expectations! Lots more, come check it out. Really can’t beat services for price. Nothing else like it.

My favorite gym. Home away from home. Updates: study areas, renovated sauna, pool patio couch sets, always amazing people, kids center fresh floor, renovated indoor pickle ball courts, out race jungle gym, fresh flooring. Better everyday!

In the past this place has really irritated me. However the family locker rooms are finally being locked for single adults and the kids center has GREATLY improved over the last 6 months. We just had a birthday party here and aside from the online form not going through, everything was so amazing. They took care of food and set up and clean up. They played games and hung out with the kids at the bounce house. It allowed the adults to relax a bit and chat and not worry about the kids as much. The price was reasonable since there was a bounce house and the gym was reserved. They really seem to enjoy the kids!

What an incredible club. The staff here is extremely genuine, especially the operations team. There’s a lot of people here that have terrible manners that are club members, but never have I ever seen any of these employees, waiver their ability to keep this place, clean and sanitize for all its members. And also shout out to this lifetime for being the only one that’s open until midnight. I visited the club at night and yet it was still spotless

I have been a LifeTime member for over 7yrs and have been to several locations. To be fair, other than the child center, this gym holds high standards to every level and Kim Biesel is a great GM. It’s hard to keep track of every ramification inside a gym. For the most of it I love this location but if you plan on bringing your child be prepared for unpleasant surprises more often that you’d like. Although some of the kids care takers are great you might notice them influenced by the total lack of commitment of their peers. The adm of kids academy isn’t in the best shape around here. Sadly

If you do not have a membership you should really consider getting one. The staff is so very nice. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The hot tub and pool works wonders on joint pain. And if you want to buff up or tone down upstairs workout facility is your place. Go ask for a tour. They love giving tours.

I’ve been a member for just over a year. I’ve belonged to a number of gyms over the years. Lifetime Garland has been wonderful. One thing I really appreciate is the staff, especially have enjoyed working with Mason Pantojo. He has always been friendly and helpful.

Veronica overnight I believe that’s her name she was so helpful customer service a 10 out of 10 the reason I came back to sign up. However, Mason who was there when I actually did sign up absolutely terrible 0 customer service made me feel like I was going to be unsafe at the gym and with everything going on in the world today safety no matter where we go is very important. Overall love the gym but I believe Mason isn’t thee face of what this beautiful gym represents.

I have had a great experience here. My only complaint is that I wish there were more activities for kids throughout the day because my kids quickly lost interest when we would barely miss a planned activity. Other than that I love the variety of adult classes, although my work schedule keeps me limited I feel like I'm getting a well balanced work out and learning a lot about form and how certain exercises are helping me. I do wish all the classes were free but it isn't the end of the world for me since the ones I do are included in my membership. If I ever get the confidence to go use the machines on the floor it'll be thanks to all of the amazing trainers and coaches teaching these classes. To address some other reviews, I was given a thourough explanation of policies, especially in regards to membership fees. When I canceled my families memberships I wasn't surprised by the process. It is pricey but I get my monies worth for the time I spend here.

😐 I'm gonna have to agree with the majority of bad reviews here. I will most likely upgrade when I get back into the routine. For now this gym serves an adequate purpose for either non-serious/very beginners/or guys like me that are broke at the moment. Not bad, but definitely nothing special. LOTS O...
