They know very little English! Breakfast was more than bad! There were mosquitoes all over the cheeses which I took the picture, very stingy in giving you water! We had a three person junior suit, all the stuff even the water was for 2 people and they didn’t give us free water to drink!! The bed for the third person was a sofa bed!!! In the middle of the room! I never come back here again and the attitude of the staff was not welcoming and respectful at all (not the reception!) . And don’t count on the free shuttle service to the airport. It’s better to stay in a hotel in city with the same money. Here is in the middle of nowhere and they charge you even for water!

Quite unbelievable...soon 10 pm and all the hotel is shaking with loud turkish music because there is being a wedding held...OMG wedding at airport hotel?? Seriously?! Here of all places should be possible to sleep well... As if it was not enough that you hear the planes passing above all the time...also the pool was closed from 5 pm because of that event which I would tolerate but the level of noise is really unacceptable. We were only informed about the wedding on our arrival which is way too late to search for another solution...why dont you send an info email earlier?? ... EDIT...Hilton offered us free night when we complained so I changed my rating from 1 * to 3 * but still guys rather ask about the planned events if you intend to stay there and really need to have good rest

They charged me £20 extra for a room and their excuse was that I booked it too late. While booking on the phone reception team said quite the contrary, that it would be cheaper than a junior suite which I booked as well. At the end I paid more than a suite for a patio room. Wait for half an hour for a few drinks at the bar. They serve tourists though as they think they will get a good tip. This is the problem in turkey, Turks don’t serve Turks they serve tourists as they know They’ll leave a tip in euro currency. It’s pathetic really. The lad in reception that greeted us was a horribly rude man. Arrived at the hotel at 9pm and he’s still asking me who I booked the hotel thru and that they gave me Wrong info that I need to investigate - mate I’m shattered after a 8 hour flight don’t you have any common sense ? Will never stay here again.

I (Hilton Gold Member) stayed in the hotel for one night. Initially the room looked superficially clean but then I noticed dirt on the carpet and on the floor and belongings in the cupboard of the previous guest (s). contrary to what they show on the website, they only have one working restaurant which was fully packed with a group of guests, that there was no way of getting a table. I reported the problems at the hotel and to the manager and was afterwards told that I didn’t pay everything during my stay (which was not the case!). The shuttle service is joke. They just leave when they have reached a number of guests. It would be useful to organise it properly so that people don’t miss their flights or are delayed. Keeping a list beforehand with names of guests for the shuttle service is useful. Communication in English is difficult. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the airport. Definitely not the standard that I am used to from stays in Europe and Asia. The handling of complaints by the management is not sufficient.

The hotel is run down with ripped curtains, a damaged toilet cover, an elevator with dye stains, and a pushy bellboy caring for a tip. VERY SLOW INTERNET! The value does not match the price.

Great hotel, breakfast does not meet the standard. Even though the service is great. Rooms are beautiful and the small pool is fine as well. One does experience the sounds of the planes but its acceptable. Would definitely not suggest breakfast, just not good enough. P.s a general copy past reaction is kind of not done, so don't!

I stayed here for one night as it’s close to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly but the room itself was very disappointing. I found a cockroach in the bathroom which might indicate sanitation issues. Also the room is so weird. Instead of a window in the back of the curtain, it was a giant transparent glass door to a public passage in the hotel which makes me feel no privacy. 0 star for the room but considering service from staff I give 2 stars for this stay.

Outstanding hotel! Stayed here en route to Kusadasi for a cruise. Hotel is near the airport, very quick cab ride. They have excellent staff, very fancy rooms and a beautiful property, including an outdoor pool. The grounds are gorgeous. This is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at all year, and I travel full time for my work. I hope to come stay again! Five stars!! Also the restaurant is excellent, much better than average hotel food.

Really good ! I enjoyed the place, the personnel was wonderful and kind and the food was very good in quality and quantity. Prices are fair, really. My room was clean and cleaned every day and despite the heat outside the air conditioning was perfect. The rooms for our meetings were just perfect and technicians there to help. I will keep good memories of that hotel, close to the airport with a shuttle with easy access.

I only stayed here for one night, but had a great experience. Check in/check out was super fast and easy. As a Diamond member, I was given a room upgrade. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional and spoke excellent English. Late night room service was very solid with a surprisingly high quality burger. I loved the design and layout of the hotel. Only downside was there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my room, but not a huge deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very decent property near Izmir airport. The location is approximately 5-min drive away from the airport, very convenient. The hotel is modern, and the room is clean albeit a little small. Everything has a quality of a standard Doubletree property. The in-house restaurant is very decent, especially considering there are not so many dining options around the hotel. Great location if visiting Ephesus and the Izmir city (parking is free and you can avoid crazy downtown traffic).

The night we spent in this property was okay except the issue with the noise outside. We had to leave the window open due to closure of the AC. Dogs barking over the night was unpleasant.

Our stay 21-22, 2023, rooms 401.402 It was perfect from check in till check out. The check-in was perfect. The hotel location is just 5 minutes from the airport & they have a valet parking. our reservation was upgraded , the size and view of the rooms was Excellent.The room is very clean & taking care of all the hygiene requirements , thanking all staff for their attention, polite attitudes. Good breakfast service. Definitely we will recommend this hotel.

My stay here was very good. I would say it's one of the better Doubletree hotels in Turkiye Reception was professional courteous and attentive. Restaurant - overall service was good and food quality above average. Most mornings breakfast service was excellent. On weekend it was average. Egg dishes prepared per your request. Espresso was prepared by a batista. Housekeeping- respected the do not disturb sign. When they saw me they made sure to give me water and ask if I needed anything. Airport shuttle till sometime in the afternoon. Can't remember the exact time it stops running. Ac Heat. Independent ac so the room was nice and cool. Nearby businesses mini market next door. Pastry shop few doors down. Petrol station and restaurants 1 or 2 blocks away. Internet was adequate for computer work. Overall this is an above average hotel. The hotel seems to be better managed than most of the Doubletree hotels I have visited.

Unlike other Doubletree hotels I've ever stayed, this ranked the best so far. This is the third stay at this hotel and even better than before. Especially the staff is really helpful and organize the things before you ask for. Special thanks to Fatma and Ramazan for being really helpfull but at same time genuinly friendly and kind.

Right next to the airport. Decent, clean and silent. Recommended for those looking for a overnight stay close to the airport

We had a wonderful conference in the hotel! The manager (Tolga Kolat) and all employees made our staying there more than wonderful!!! All of them were very kind, supportive, and smiled. The rooms were clean. The food was delicious 😋 Thank you! Thank you! I recommend you the hotel!!!

The hotel is very close to the airport and is the ideal stop when arriving late in Izmir. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is local and delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Hotel is nice but breakfast very limited menu specially if you order room breakfast few items are missing...

I was downgraded from a suite to a regular room with the promise of an upgrade. This occurred because the suite opposite mine was making excessive noise and I had complained. After complaining while exiting, the receptionist promised an upgrade next time but they refused to honor it. So basically I paid suite money for a regular room.

We booked this hotel to be able to relax next to the pool. When we arrived we were told that the pool is closed due to the winter season (it is 32° outside). Do not stay here from 1 October- 31 May if you want to swim in the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking. Comfortable rooms and very little noise from the airport. Food and drink reasonably priced for its location. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast had a good range of food. I especially liked having the orange juice, filter coffee and fried eggs cooked to order.

It’s a nice Hotel 5 min. Drive from Izmir Airport. Hotelroom was clean and comfortable, had a room on the second floor with patio! The Room service was very good and the food was very good too with a good Price. all in one was it a good stay, staff was friendly and very helpful.
