stayed
in
the
hotel
for
one
night.
Initially
the
room
looked
superficially
clean
but
then
I
noticed
dirt
on
the
carpet
and
on
the
floor
and
belongings
in
the
cupboard
of
the
previous
guest
(s).
contrary
to
what
they
show
on
the
website,
they
only
have
one
working
restaurant
which
was
fully
packed
with
a
group
of
guests,
that
there
was
no
way
of
getting
a
table.
I
reported
the
problems
at
the
hotel
and
to
the
manager
and
was
afterwards
told
that
I
didn’t
pay
everything
during
my
stay
(which
was
not
the
case!).
The
shuttle
service
is
joke.
They
just
leave
when
they
have
reached
a
number
of
guests.
It
would
be
useful
to
organise
it
properly
so
that
people
don’t
miss
their
flights
or
are
delayed.
Keeping
a
list
beforehand
with
names
of
guests
for
the
shuttle
service
is
useful.
Communication
in
English
is
difficult.
On
the
positive
side,
the
hotel
is
very
close
to
the
airport.
Definitely
not
the
standard
that
I
am
used
to
from
stays
in
Europe
and
Asia.
The
handling
of
complaints
by
the
management
is
not
sufficient.
