Great hotel! It was perfect for us and not too far from the Airport. The staff were excellent and very friendly and all spoke reasonable English which is always a plus point. The restaurant is also greatly priced for their guests and the food is delicious. I recommend trying the sea food (salmon or sea bass, or both). There’s also a gym and spa. The hotel is about a 5min taxi ride to Optimum, which is a super large shopping mall with shopping and restaurant options at your fingertips. Only negative is that the walls are thin. You can hear people talking in other rooms and anyone who is in the corridors. But hey, I don’t think there’s much that can be done about that.

The hotel seems pretty new. The breakfast is great and available until 11 am. The rooms are clean, but you can hear very clearly what’s going on at your neighbors or in the hall. The hotel is located 5 km (10 minutes drive) from the airport and offers valet parking. There is also a gym and sauna working until 9 pm, but we hadn’t have a chance to use it.

The new building offers an architecturally elegant and spacious approach. The rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable. The matress was medium-hard firm, just as I needed it. However, unfortunately, they have serious shortcomings in insulation; the room door is very thin and the noises from the corridor are completely inside the room. Rooms facing the main street are also exposed to traffic noise. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time at this 4-star hotel in Izmir! The proximity to the airport was a major plus. The highlight was the delightful Turkish breakfast, offering a wide selection of local delicacies that satisfied my taste buds. Friendly staff and cozy rooms completed the experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel. Staff very helpful and efficient. So comfortable. I had a great air conditioned sleep. Clean room with a nice bathroom and good shower. Good location, near the airport and lots of shops including an amazing bakery nearby. Great breakfast. I was with a tour group, so we also had dinner, which was lovely - compliments to the cooks. I definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here for a week recently. The hotel itself looks nice, luxurious and the rooms are cleaned well, can’t fault it. But… I would not come back. I’ve asked to change the first room and the receptionist was happy to help. The room was not lit enough, too dark, small and the colour of the walls and furniture made me feel like I’m into a prison cell. They have some big uncomfortable pillows and I could not rest enough. I found it hilarious at the spa and at the bar. I went to the spa for a massage, 500 turkish lira. Being a 4*hotel, I expected to have a nice massage but it surprised me in such a weird way. Don’t go, it’s not worth it. The whole time the lights were switched off and instead of classical candles, the therapist switched on a phone flashlight for the entire massage time. The only product she used for massage was baby oil, Johnsons baby. She used it including on my face, although i was wearing make up, i ended up having spots the following day. 🙈 (i asked in advance that i want to remove if before i start but had no chance, the lady did what she wanted to). The techniques she used it was mostly effleurage movement, it did not quiet relaxed me. The bar… I personally doubt that alcohol is more expensive than in UK. For ex, a small glass of white one, 1 small glass of baileys and a coke to cost 560 turkish lira. There’s no way. The food was ok, but not great. I would give a plus because of housekeeper and the 2 young boys working at the restaurant, that although didn’t speak english, they were nice and helpful. I would not come back to them.

Hotel room clean, toiletries was changed every day, breakfast with big choice of food and drinks. Only one confusion, l never knew how much is lunch per person because there is no price on menu. When l was asking every time was different price. I am non smoker and l was very happy no cigarette smoke on my floor. NOT ON MY WATCH!!😂😂😏😏

I've had my fair share of visits in this hotel but I decided to write a review after my recent stay. The room was clean but I faced a few issues during my stay. Firstly, there were no tissues in the room, so I called the front desk to request some. The receptionist asked me how many tissues I needed and brought exactly the amount I requested. However, I couldn't understand why tissues weren't provided in the room as part of the amenities for guests. The second issue I faced was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room, which persisted throughout my stay. I had to keep the window open to try to air out the room, despite the freezing cold weather outside. When I asked the receptionist for help with this issue, they told me that nothing could be done about it. In conclusion, I won't be returning to this hotel as I felt that my needs were not met and the hotel didn't show enough respect to its customers by failing to provide adequate service for the money paid.

By far one of the best hotels in Gazemir. It is very clean and excellent customer service. They offer a delicious breakfast. I book this hotel every 3 months. Close to transport.

Clean and nice hotel. Ten minutes by car to Izmir 's airport. Rich breakfast buffet. Free Wifi connection to all hotel areas. What I liked too much is the fact that even though it is a big hotel it is not impersonal. On the contrary the owner and staff' s hospitality makes you feel comfortable as if you are at home.

Clean and spacious room. Lots and lots of variety for breakfast. Proximity to Gazimier train station and 50TL taxi ride to the airport. Front desk ladies could be a little more friendly.

Best breakfast I had in Turkey. I would come back here for the breakfast alone. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I was able to find a parking spot behind the hotel (it was a bit of a walk and wasn't in the nicest area but I still felt like it was safe).

Last time was there and changed my opinion about it. Room was on 4th floor and has problems with hot water. Bad and furniture was not fit to each other. Bad was placed smaller than furniture designed. Big distance from bad to switchers and lamp. Personnel was not helpful and make me problem with my staying there when I sing out from hotel. As results they charged me additional 2 days more than we are staying there. After too many times staying at this hotel I will not recommend it now.

Best quality for this price. Clean ,roomy . I liked it . my family loved it . we wish we stayed longer than one night . we had a suite and it was lovely. And there is a kebab place next to hotel it is the most delicious shish kabob you will ever taste.

It is a very nice hotel in the area. I loved the breakfast area, it is like you have go to a nice restaurant. Breakfast was good and the room very clean. They do have a triple room, in a fair price. And Private parking also, you have to leave the key to reception. I recommend it.

It's a nice & clean hotel. Staffs are friendly. Rooms are big, good breakfast. One restaurant is in the same building, another one in next building. Lot of shops around, Optima shopping mall is in walking distance. Airport only 10 minutes distance. Overall it's a good stay.

Our 1 night stay was really excellent. Our room and the service was great. The location is also great. The reception staff were very friendly, especially Ali bey took care of us and helped us with everything. Thank you again. We know where we can stay next time in İzmir.

This hotel was VERY nice, and at a budget price! This felt like a hotel that would be twice the price. The only down side is that it has a "corporate" feel, and if you're traveling in Turkey and want the "real" experience, I would recommend staying at a smaller, family-owned type hotel instead!

Very nice hotel, good location, large and confortable rooms. Just parking is a bit complicated, there is no hotel's parking area. Additional comment, May 6: Thanks to hotel management for response on my review. It was actually the bellboy who instructed me to park behind the hotel on the street. If there is 2-storey car parking available, then hotel definitely deserves 5* and I just will recommend it and will be happy to stay here again.
