Wow, beautiful, clean, luxury room's. Spa one of the best. I am very picky person and always like to best. This hotel better than 5 star. Highly recommended.

This 4-star hotel was a complete disaster. The advertised amenities like the hammam, pool, and sauna were closed or unusable. The room's location next to a noisy highway ruined any chance of peace. The staff showed zero assistance with finding the room or handling luggage. To top it off, the woman in charge of the spa reception was incredibly rude. Avoid this hotel at all costs – it's a massive letdown in every way.

Staff members are extremely friendly. Breakfast and dinner is delicious. The room and bathroom itself is luxurious and cleaned up everyday. And the hotel has a nice location as well

Great Hotel with nice rooms

Friend had an early flight so we decided to stay close to the airport. This place was perfect. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and most importantly, only a few minutes from the airport. This was the most modern hotel we stayed in all trip. We even grabbed a few lobby beers before walking to the mall for dinner. The dining options in walking distance are not the best, but the mall had a few restaurants. (We don't do food courts) They had parking for our car as well.

We spent 1 night in this hotel and it was one of the best in gaziemir. Its close to the airport. I definitely reccomend this hotel. The breakfast was also good! nice friendly staff. especially Efecan and Arzu. Thankyou!

The staff were very friendly, The room was nice and clean and helpful, but personally I did not think they had good choices in the restaurant and the breakfast was not very interesting and fresh. Poor breakfast. A waiter was holding a telephone in his hand and in his pocket all the time, constantly touching his hair, which is completely unsanitary. It 's really disgusting. The waiter did not understand English, so it was impossible to communicate with him. Last but not least; (*The hotel's beautiful pool and sauna were closed to hotel guests.*)This is extremely annoying because it contains the 4 stars that are expected from the hotel. Poor breakfast & poor internet signal 😕 I give *** to this hotel

Structured and well organised rooms. Helpfull staff, nice food and good location.

First time in Turkey. Great place to sleep. Local personnal speaks some languages to be understood. Smiling everytime, really good experience. Didn't have time to go to the spa :-(

Fantastic hotel, very clean and friendly, perfect location for shopping etc, although heavy traffic noise if you leave window open at night as its on a busy road, but still great hotel.

Location very bad, near petrol station, in room chemistry smells. Little room. Bad vine and gin tonic in bar. Staff don't understand English vell. If you visit this hotel for one night, it's may be good. This hotel maximimum 2 stars

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Mia City Hotel. The hotel was quite advanced, modern clean and had everything that you would want to make your hotel stay quite convenient. It’s also a 5 minute walk from Optimum Shopping Centre, which is İzmir’s biggest mall. I really appreciated the daily clean up that they have done. The options for breakfast was also fantastic. Just so that everyone knows, the taxi ride to and from the hotel is around 25-28 TL. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in this hotel bcz of location that I found it near the exhibition. At the entry no one was there to take my luggage to the room so I had to do it in person .My room was too small without any view so I complained and I asked them to change my room after a few excuses they gave me a room with street view with a lot of noises till morning .bcz of winter the weather was very cold , most of time my room was too cold and I had to ask them every night please turn on the heating system. I got cold badly . The breakfast was really poor like none star hotel. I didn't feel comfortable actually.

A sparkling clean and new lovely hotel! The staff were warm and efficient. They speak excellent English. Bed, bath, facilities were all top notch. The location is perfect for an early AM departure. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
