The hotel is good , very high price for two rooms without breakfast, the reception guys are very friendly.. but be careful from room service they took our staff two time and they try to open the safe box! General its good 👍🏻

We were in 2 bed suit, it was very roomy and big apartment fully furnished. they provided every single thing you may need, including pair of scissors, towel warmer, washer dryer, dish washer. We were amazed. staff was great in every department, breakfast area, reception, cleaning every person was sweet. our cleaning lady Nurten Tukrr was awesome. We felt like we were home away from home, I would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels in istanbul i have been so far, excellent management and friendly team focused on helping their clients with a large comfortable rooms and good view. They have gone beyond my expectations by surprising me with BD cake.

I arrived early in the morning after a long flight and was lucky enough to have Ayhan at the front desk to welcome me! He was super nice , friendly, polite and helpful! He seemed very proffessional in his tasks and always with a smile. Hotel has a good choice of restaurants next door. Apartment was also very clean and spacious. Breakfast had lots of variety and quality. Both the man and the woman in charge of the breakfast were also very friendly in the mornings.

Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Rooms have all the amenities and the service is very good. Migros supermarket is 10 steps away and has everything for daily use. However the location is not very convenient. The main attractions are about 30-45mins drive from the hotel.

Excellent place to stay, loved every minute there!! Stunning views on Istanbul from the window, definitely recommend to everyone!

The staff here are fantastic, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in particular are brilliant, they give the highest standard of care. Ayfer and her male colleague in the breakfast room were a delight each morning at breakfast, always so accommodating and friendly. And last is Semra in the leisure centra she is so kind and helpful and makes the experience wonderful. I highly recommend at stay at this hotel

The hotel is very nice. The staff are so friendly. Service is great. Rooms are clean. Furniture is fabulous. They have a car park at the basement and the place is all card operated and safe. Coffee facility available with a well equipped kitchen. Price is acceptable compared to other hotels in Istanbul with the same facilities. I reserved the single bed room appartment and they upgraded us to a two bed room appartment. Big thank you to Mr. Muhammed in the reception.

Very nice room, good services, but it takes 30 - 50 minutes by car to Taksim Square or Hagia Sophia (about 20 - 30 km).

A perfect apartment hotel Let's start with the hotel staff, the reception staff, the service staff, the cleaning staff, waiters, everyone is nice, with a smile and kindness and always ready to help Cleaned every morning, there are really nice cleaners, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and everything is very clean Below the hotel there are restaurants and a supermarket and the hotel itself has an excellent breakfast!!! Such nice waitresses feel a homely atmosphere We received excellent treatment. We had a very good stay. We got a 2-room apartment on the 20th floor with a gorgeous view. We had a great time every day. They have a shuttle service in the morning until noon to Taksim square (Note that most taxis cheated us until we used the Huber app which was better) Hope to come back again🙏🏼

A very clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms well appointed. Breakfast is continental and has the usual things on offer. A few eating places close to hotel that look okay. Hotel is avout 35 mins by taxi to central Istanbul. Public transport is busy and confusing and not an easy option for travelling around.

Lovely hotel, the staff really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy at all times, day or night. A member of staff named Ayfer really made my stay pleasant and extremely helpful, and friendly face to see every morning for breakfast.

Anil, Ayhan, Aygen and Muhammad and the other staff were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The room are amazing and large with full kitchen and living room. Extremely clean. Only bad thing was rooms on street side were extremely noisy from the cars passing by. However the staff was very accommodating to help me change rooms to opposite side of building. Other side was much more quiet and was able to sleep much easier. If coming to this location make sure you ask for room on opposite side of the highway.

Semra was great! She was very attentive. Even though there was a language barrier, we got there in the end. She was so friendly. The equipment is fantastic for a hotel gym. Super clean also! The staff have good customer service.

Hello, l would like to share my experience at Radisson residences avrupa atm istanbul breakfast buffet, the quality quantity & variety of the food was superb, but l want to emphasize, especialy, the service l received from Ayfer! During each of my many breakfasts during my stay at 12/2022, Ayfer attended to all my needs & made me feel at home in fact! Also she prepared for me all my drinks exactly according how l wanted them & always with a big smile, Thank you very very much!😊

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. Especially Muhammed from the reception is helpfull and patient and Semra from the Gym and Sauna. Even though she doesn't speak English well, is Semra really helpfull and knows very good how everything works.

All thanks to the attention and care of the swimming pool, especially the gym, one of the best services inside the hotel, such as the good treatment and cleanliness, and all thanks and appreciation to the employee Semra

We traveled to Istanbul Turkey for medical reasons and stayed at the Radisson Residence for 2 weeks. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond making our stay so comfortable. Our room was spotlessly cleaned by room service everyday. Our stay felt like we were at home. We will miss the staff!

I came here from London as I was having a surgery and I must say if your doing the same this is the best place, restaurants next door, service is so good you can get whatever you need with the press of a button. Staff was excellent very helpful, when I didn’t feel too good they brought me a menu to the room which is so nice and best thing was a clean apartment with a wonderful view with a washing machine and balcony. Housekeeping did such a perfect job everyday and the breakfast has a great great selection of food. Highly reccomend and will most likely stay here again when I come for future checkups because of how wonderful my experience was!
