Great hotel! It is located in the heart of Gdańsk. We stayed for two nights with our children and dogs. As it was weekend and summer, nightlife was very busy in the streets around us, but luckily we did not hear anything in our room and could sleep well. Great service, good breakfast, clean room with a lot of space, comfortable beds, air conditioning and a nice view. A lovely ice cream bar around the corner and a pizzeria just outside the hotels main entrance. Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay at the hotel and in Gdańsk. We are looking forward to our next visit.

They've everything you'd need and want, Internet is available, amazing breakfast and the cleanliness of the place is amazing, only stayed for a night and would love to come back soon, in love with this hotel, best in Gdansk Highly Recommended 😀 😉

Overall, this is a very good hotel with clean rooms and a convenient location in the Old Town of Gdańsk. However, there was one member of the front desk that was very rude and did not register what we needed into the system, even after spending a long time at the computer. The other staff members provided good service otherwise.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Though technically a 3-star, it definitely surpasses that rating. We stayed as part of a group of 30+ and the staff did an amazing job with making the process seamless for us. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant, willing to help with a smile on their face. The hotel itself was very clean, modern-looking, and had a newness feeling to it. The rooms were spotless and modern. Beds are okay, not the most comfortable. Rooms do not have fridge or microwave. Bathroom is a bit small but has everything you may need. There is a small gym on the second floor. The breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. Fresh waffles, pastries, breads, a hot food section to include eggs, coffee, juices, fruits. On top of what the hotel offers, the location is perfect. Tucked away on a quieter side street, though a few minutes walk to almost anywhere in the city. I felt that the value of the stay provided absolutely met the price paid. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a value stay at a nice, clean, friendly, and overall lovely hotel.

The location couldn't be more ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town. It's a fantastic base for exploring the city's historical charm and vibrant atmosphere. However, keep in mind that reaching the hotel by car during city events can be a bit bothersome. Once you're settled in, though, the great price-to-value ratio makes it an excellent choice. The comfortable accommodations and friendly service truly enhance the overall experience.

Parking is not included in your stay. Call ahead to avoid a frustrating experience on arrival. Hotel staff went out of way to help with other aspects such as left behind articles. Hotel is beautifully located in the center of Old Town. I recommend staying here for that aspect alone.

Perfect location, get you everything within 1-5 minutes of walk, easy access to train station. Room has been upgraded to next level and it’s 30% bigger. Staffs were all very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast served free for all guests regardless the status, no welcome drinks / snacks offered as Diamond Member. In general the hotel has maintained it very high standard of service and cleanliness, however minus 1 star from me due to no fridge in the room.

Great hotel in the middle of the Old Town. Rooms are cosy and clean, breakfast is delicious, staff is attentive and ready to assist with everything you need. All in all great choice for the explorers of an Old Town, highly recommend!

Very good hotel! Nothing to complain about! Except...of the bread rolls during breakfast. They are old, too small and from supermarket packages.

This hotel definitely surpassed our expectations in many ways. It was more of a boutique-style hotel then a 3-star hotel. Cute and stylish with a great breakfast set up. Great variety of food that meets a lot of dietary restrictions. We took advantage of it every day and were not expecting to. The location is beyond ideal, countless restaurants, bars, cafes and attractions right outside the door. Would highly rec to anyone visiting Gdańsk.

The location was really nice. The hotel is just a few minute from the Christmas market and the bus stop and tram. The famous church is just in front just a few second you are there. I could just go back to room while traveling and take a rest a bit. The breakfast was nice too.

Rooms are clean and spacious, housekeeping do an excellent job of cleaning them everyday. Staff are in the hotel welcoming and efficient. The location is excellent, it's right in the old town and about a 2 minute walk from the main street, with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. But the rooms are peaceful and quiet at night, it's an ideal location for the Christmas market.

I missed the refrigerator in the room, but I was still very happy with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Employees at the reception done their work correctly and friendly. The choice at breakfast was varied enough. All in all it was a good experience.

Nice hotel although no mention of upgrade for being Gold. Good location in the old town. The breakfast was ok but selection was better in Hampton Oliwa. Rooms can get quite expensive so check the nearby Hilton as sometimes cheaper. Would stay again though if in the area.

Well presented hotel right in the heart of Gdansk. The room was comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. All interactions with the staff were polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent; there were so much choice and the quality was generally high. It's very easy to recommend staying here.

Exceeded my expectation. Right in the heart of Gdańsk. Breakfast included and the selection was superb. You could make your own waffles! Staff exceptional, so professional and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was for two days, from 18-20 June. However upon reaching we were surprised to see the hotel didn't have pool. Following this situation, I requested hotel staff to cancel my reservation and informed them that I'll be shifting another Hilton property in town which was apparently 5 star and had pool+sauna access. After checking with manager the staff informed me that they can not cancel the whole stay but they cancel and refund for the second night. I swiftly accepted. However, even a day after checkout, I didn't see refund initiated to my account. I called them back to inquire about it and they said the refund will be initiated in 2 business days. They even asked me to call back in a week if the refund wasn't initiated. After 9 days, I still don't get my refund. I don't even see my receipt for the stay through app. I call them again, and I have the honour of speaking to rudest lady in my life. She didn't take a moment to listen and understand our issue, kept interrupting. After a while she offers to transfer my call to "complaint department" which goes on forever and no one answers it and it gets disconnected! I've

Hampton is a great place to stay with the family. Spacious, super clean rooms. Personnel who, even during a pandemic, maintain a high standard of services provided. Thanks to you guys, our stay was more than just good. The hotel is located in the strict Gdańsk Old Town. Many restaurants in the surrounding. I hope to find an opportunity to visit Hampton by Hilton again soon.

This hotel is really in the center of the old town. Exiting the secondary entrance and you are in front of the Basilica. Few minutes to walk and you reached the Neptune Fountain and the „Long Market“ The rooms are modern and on the 4 Floor, are my favorite rooms with balcony. A stunning view over the city and towards the Basilica. Breakfast is included and nothing is missing. The staff is very helpful and welcomes you as you would arrive at home. A place to recommend.

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. It's located in the centre of the Old Town - just a short walk from the Neptune Fountain and close to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is modern, everything is new and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed there with my family and we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a wide range of hot and cold dishes. The home made waffles were everyone's favourite!

The hotel was nice, good location and service was OK. Room was not serviced one time. Did say something, and was sorted the day after. Breakfast wasn't the best. ques to get coffee and juice, due to slow vending. Its a good central hotel, but go out for breakfast.

location good. room good. Air conditioning is available, but no minibar. It's impossible to sleep as the delivery vehicles go to the hotel from early in the morning. one after the other, very ugly. the breakfast is kept small. little choice. Quality partly very bad (rolls are, for example, hard as a rock). throughout the Hotel the air conditioning is so high that you have to have breakfast with a jacket on. a pity.. could be a really good hotel

Beautiful spacious rooms and kind personnel. Delicious breakfast and many options (also vegan and gluten free options). Great gym. Rooms are really clean. Located in the very center of the city. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were okay - the bed was nice and there were a couple of chairs and a desk, but not having a fridge was a big disappointment, the aircon didn't really do much and the windows are locked (but you can get them opened by signing a disclaimer at reception). The shower was amazing, but the sink was a poor design - the tap is fitted too far back so the water only just goes in the sink, so you have to really reach to the back to get to the water. The breakfast was okay but not brilliant.

The location is just perfect. Situated in the city center, few meters from Mariacki Church, near to main attractions in Old Town. Close to train/tram/bus station. Clean, quiet, spacious hotel. Breakfast was nice, I think everyone will choose sth. I can strongly recommend this hotel for business trips or for those who come for city break.

I had a amazing experience in this hotel. I was there for vacation visiting from USA for ten day. On day 3 I have received bad news family emergency had to return to US asap. Went to lobby to speak to manager Mr.Cezar Zielke approach me and ask me if he can help me. I told him my situation. He was very sympathetic to my situation and assisted me without any questions or delays. I was really touch by his customer service skills. The hotel is great with fantastic stuff and wonderful location. ☆☆☆☆☆

Right in the heart of old town, walk out your door and into past. Great re construction of Gdansk. Beautiful old town feel. Room was lg and clean. Overlooking bust street, but very quiet.
