Very good rooms, central location, helpful staff and easy booking process. The amazing restaurant on the ground floor is a big plus, my favourite place in gdansk.

So the only great think is the location. I have booked via booking when arrived the staff said I should get the message with the room number etc, my phone number don’t work in Poland so I haven’t received anything. So sat me on the middle of corridor when all people passing by to the toilet and I sat there for 15 min so the waiting staff can call someone and find my room after the rating of the hotel you wouldn’t expect this service. When check in I find the room was dirty toilet and bed was ok but the rest you will see on the pictures. I asked same time arrived around 5pm if I could book a dinner at the restaurant as I’m hotel guests they said they fully booked for that time. I own businesses in hospitality and they always schools have at least 1-2 tables for a hotel guests. In the rooms there is no windows only on top above your bed. The best was comfortable and very big toilet that’s the plus. From the air conditioning water is dripping , tv was damage I won’t rush back is a shame as I chosen this hotel second time as my first stay was great! But this time I was very disappointed

I have only experienced the Restuarant. What an amazing find this place is. It’s the local delight for the residence of this area. A delightful menu, the most tasty of meals, great service and so well priced. I had the beef cheeks and they were melt in your mouth delightful. A very wide selection of wines and other beverages. A must do ‘local’ experience if you are near by. Be warned. It’s so popular you may be required to wait your turn. Anyway it’s worth the wait.

The staff has been very friendly! The room was very clean and oh so cool!! Bed was comfy, we had pillows for an entire family in our bed, hehe 😜 The breakfast and the food is amazing, a mega waffle portion in the morning will keep you satisfied for hours! yumm What else, yes, the whole hotel looks nice and up to date, It's in my opinion in the best place in town. Stayed here 3 nights, good price ; booked for 675 złoty on a third hotel party website, great hotel in old town Gdańsk, located on the main street, near cafés/restaurants/bars. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. Wifi was working well. Nicely decorated and everything seems to be new and just got renovated. If you rent bicycles, they have a parking for them in the garage downstairs, just ask at the reception. They have a restaurant downstairs with the same name, they served great breakfast. Nothing to complain. 5/5 visited in May 2018

Placed on a small room on top floor with no lift. A lot of air fresheners used in both common areas and in room cleaning. Very little sound isolation between rooms and a lot of noise from neighbour room and street during the night. Not a very good experience I'm afraid. Staff sorted out the air freshener issue in the room after the first night. Also think they did something in the common areas on our request. Friendly staff even if we probably was a bit critical and challenging customers. Nice town and a good stay after all.

Great location, very close to the old Town, clean and surrounded by a lots of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend eating breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Nice and very friendly service.

Nice rooms, great location. Unaccommodating staff. Curtains don't cover windows. Can be noisy.
