Gehobenes Spa-Hotel mit professionellem Service. Liegt ruhig und außerhalb der Stadt. Etwas teurer, aber den Preis wert. Sehr schöner Spabereich. Hier sollte lediglich über ein Handyverbot nachgedacht werden. Als Urlaubsgast sind die Konferenzveranstaltungen ein Minuspunkt. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautifully designed and well executed hotel. Service is highly professional and extremely friendly. The spa services are excellent. the theme is subtle enough that is does not make the place cheesy or tacky which is really nice.

Amazing place throughout. I stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the past 12 months and will definitely be back. What makes it so special are the people working at this hotel - very competent, welcoming, well mannered and willing to go the extra mile. Also, a very important point - this is an LGBTQ+ friendly establishment. I was with my partner and felt welcomed. Remember this is Poland ;) Cannot wait to repeat this experience.

They arranged me to this huge room!! I felt I even could ride a bike 🚲 in the room 😂. Anyway, it’s very comfortable to stay here. All staffs were so nice.

Beautiful building, lovely rooms and very clean rooms. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get the food and some of the staff had a problem understanding English. But overall really good :)

Great place with tasty food inspired by many flavours. Alice in Wonderland theme to hotel that mixes modern and traditional touches nicely.

Not at the usual level of Relais chateaux. The rooms are not great, we were in the annex where they are poor in details and refinements, but also the common spaces, that follows tue theme of Alice in wonderland recall more Disneyland than a charming palace, the interior design taste is really not the best. The breakfast is extremely poor. There wasn’t even a croissant and the sweet selection was embarrassing. 30 minutes to have some scramble eggs is a bit too much. In a 5 stars the orange juice has to be freshly squeeze. It’s embarrassing also to ask to pay the parking in a location in the middle of nowhere. Make the rate of the room 5€ more and avoid the embarrassment, I didn’t pay it as a principle. The only good point is the swimming pool and spa. I would suggest to Relais chateaux to rethink about it, it’s a very disappointing experience.

I recently had an amazing dining experience at Quadrille Relais et Châteaux restaurant. The tasting menu was incredible, with each dish perfectly executed and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience.

This girl was trip notch and I was really lucky to get a room. They were booked and the dining was excellent. Our server was knowledge.

Having stayed at this beautiful hotel several times, my wife and I choose it as the venue for our wedding. The building is beautifully appointed and sits beside a small park, likely part of the original gardens. The interior decor is striking, drawing themes from Alice in Wonderland with bedrooms themed from famous authors, it has been well thought out! The underground pool is fantastic and treatments first class. The tunnel that links the main building to the newer accommodation is fascinating. It was a truly wonderful occasion and all the staff were amazing, super helpful, very attentive to our every need and very accommodating. The food is sublime, we had a pre-tasting during one of our pre-wedding trips and genuinely found it hard to make the best choices from all the options. Our wedding organiser Olga, was the best! She was simply fabulous, super helpful, and also recommended a choice of florists/venue decorators, photographers, bands and children’s entertainment. For decorations and flowers we would throughly recommend Art Trend. We there simply blown away by the sheer volume and beauty of the cream flowers, that included roses, orchids, etc., the beautiful flower displays and arrangements, the wedding setting and amazing table decorations. Following the wedding many of our guests commented on the beautiful setting, lovely staff and amazing food. The ones who opted to stay over all praised the amazing rooms. In fact, everything went so well, we have already booked the venue for my wife’s 40th birthday next year! We had 80 guests for the wedding and plan to invite 100 guests for the party.

Fantastic place with very accommodating, lovely staff. Perfect for pampering yourself, as well as organising events and celebrations. We organised an event with mostly foreign guests, the staff could easily communicate with everybody, our guests were delighted with the waiters, the food and, of course, the place itself. :) When you stay in Quadrille, you can be sure every detail will be meticulously taken care of. A place where you can indulge yourelf in the SPA centre, relax in the swimming pool and enjoy incredibly good breakfasts and amazing dinners. The park surrounding the hotel is a very nice place for a stroll. Top-notch, highly recommended! :)

Definitely magical place ✨️ surrounding is beautiful, lovely quite park. Staff was great very professional! Breakfast buffet best I ever had 👌 all was super clean, bed very comfortable. Only thing I have to complain was the bad tv. Breaking signal on every channel, so watching a movie in the evening was not possible. But who needs tv next to this beauty 😊 I recommend it very much!

Great concept Alice In Wonderland, great design and fantastic kitchen in White Rabbit fine-dining restaurant. SPA - fantastic. The only thing I would recommend is installing in the rooms any type of the speakers one can connect via Bluetooth and e not the music in good quality!

Loved every second of this stay. Incredible hotel and exceed expectations in terms of photos. However if trying to avoid children you should be aware many children on the grounds as public walk through

Hosting was definitely 5 star. Anna at reception went out of her way. Spa treatment not included was a little pricey. Spa equipment included were very nice, clean and up to good standards. The hotel from the outside matched the inside - impressive inside and out. Will stay here again in the future

Please note that the hotel part for private guests is a theme hotel of Alice in Wonderland. We were not expecting it and did not like this fact much as the interior of the room and hotel looked a bit too crazy - a clear glass toilet door with Johnny Depp on the wall. Our couple massage treatment was cancelled by the hotel and the complimentary welcome drinks were not drinkable due to their taste. What was nice is the park around the hotel, getting free bikes and being able to use the pool and sauna I including well tasting tea. Also, the beds were quite comfortable and the staff was generally friendly.

Great food and beautiful place.

Quiet, cosy and luxurious, but without ostentation. A perfect destination for those who need to recharge batteries after (and/or before) a busy day.
