Very lousy service. (11:55pm - 15/01/2023) The manager (guy who was wearing a pink shirt at the counter) was on duty with his breath was smelly with alcohol. We were asked to be sested first while waiting for the room to get ready. They simply play the song very loudly while we we there waiting for the room. Its so rude. After more than 10 mins of waiting, I’m sick of it already and i walked to the counter again and asked for the room. Guess what? That guy on the counter has forgot that we are currently waiting for the room. The room given which is Room 45, the air conditioning isn’t working. It’s so hot after 10 mins we were in the toom. We asked to change to another room. Then the mic isn’t working. Asked for a replacement, then after 30 minutes the battery flat again. What the hell? Seriously that weak you mic quality? The waiter gave us the menu to order, but haven’t come to get our order even after 30 mins. WiFi connection are also very bad. And the Gent restroom is out of service. Seriously? And the Malay waiter is not friendly at all! Showing some attitude when we asked to order some food, but since he seems unhappy, we didn’t proceed to order anything else other than drinks. Can you please reconsider the price of the Mineral Water? It’s so overpriced! I could file a report to KPDNKK for this matter. To be honest, Red Box 1st Avenue is way much better! One Chinese guy came to me said, because you scan the barcode thru the apps & so we follow it. I said i already called & change the time thru the call. Then he called the manager. We argued about the same things & he even take pictures of the proof that I called them on 6 pm. He extend our time to 10:30 but we already in bad mood. Ridiculous payment system - No upfront pay, must pay after session, then tried to add extra time without our authorization 2. Harassment - Constantly disturbing customers during singing and enjoying music asking for payment 3. SALES SALES SALES - China Mainland Chinese mentality. Staffs are forced to do sales and entering the room every 15 minutes. Told them again and again we didn't want their tasteless expensive food but kept sending one gangster waiter after another. Overall time was wasted on dealing with these mafia rather than being able to enjoy ourselves with the money paid to sing but felt robbed and cheated by RedBox. Went to Red box for a company outing! It was a great choice as they had a variety of languages to choose from. Atmosphere was great. We didn't order any food hence the low rating. Although one comment would be to help people find the exit after the mall is closed. I left after 12 and my hotel was next door but it took me 20 plus minutes to reach my hotel coz we couldn't exit. Overall great experience.

Came with 3 other friends. Mall was closed so if u're gonna have a karaoke session after the mall operating hrs, u have to go down to B1, go through the carpark n into the mall via cargo lift. Staff were friendly and efficient. Took them less than a minute to come into our room when we pressed the "call" button. Only thing is the air conditioning unit in our room, not very cold, n they couldn't adjust the thermostat. Sound system, acceptable lah. Not amazing, not bad either. We had fun though.❤️

The place was nice but the staff kept coming into the room asking about food ordering and payment, even though we did answer during registration that we dont want any food. We did try to make payment during the registration also but were declined.

Song playlists are a lot and updated. The room was comfy. The only problem is their mic always low on battery so sometimes the mic does not working. We had to change the mic twice because of this so it totally disturbing our experience. Other than that everything is good.
