After the absolute disaster in peak fitness at gurney plaza, this gym feels like a heaven. The equipments are a bit dated, but overal the gym is well ventilated, fresh, and clean. Definitely recommended.

The gym is located at the 3rd floor of Queensbay mall, the very far end near GSC cinema side. There are 2 levels, the upper level have some treadmills & cycle studio and a studio for all those classes. Lower part of the gym are the main building muscle sessions where all the weights and equipments are there. Highlight, they maintain quite good in overall. Lowlight of this gym was the air conditioner is too cold, hardly you can get really sweat. Even the changing room + shower room was cold.

The chinese staff explain in details and very patient. He gave me free trial also.At the end of session I decided to sign up 4mths membership. I gave it a 5stars for their environment and equipment.Hopefully all goes well.

Well equipped gym. Could use some better maintenance e.g. reupholstering. Good for seriously lifters as there is a lifting platform and power cage. I’m just visiting Penang but if I were stationed here permanently, I’d definitely join this gym. People are friendly too.

Equipment ok but a bit old and rusty. One thing I am not really happy about is their changing room cleaner. They like to wet the entire changing room till you can't even walk in or use the changing room. Thought they could wash section by section and still allow gym goers to use the bathroom if required.
