    Ever since joining POWER personal training, I have noticed a significant improvement in my body composition. I have lowered my body fat percentage and at the same time getting much stronger. My personal trainer Kel Vin has taught me a lot about proper techniques while working out as well as giving me the right nutritional guidance to help you reach my fitness goals!     Fantastic gym for powerlifting and weightlifting. Excellent facilities including high-quality barbells, calibrated plates, and lifting platforms. Super friendly staff, as well. Great environment to work out in.

    I have started working with PWR for three months now. Whenever I go to PWR, I was provided positive energy from coaches and it is one of the best part of PWR! With coach Amylia, I have lost almost 6 kg of fat and gained muscle at the same time. At first time, I barely perform a single push-up but gradually increase the numbers, building muscle with tailored training by Amylia. Now I am doing virtual personal coaching with Amylia and it absolutely works for me. I really recommend to anyone regardless of fitness level. Especially, virtual personal coaching will be helpful for anyone works at home like me for healthy life style meeting fitness level and needs.

    I have been here for almost 4 months now, Power is an awesome place to train in. I applied for a personal trainer inclusive of gym membership. My trainer, Cassie is super supportive and friendly to the point I always had fun in the gym and at the same time pushing me to move forward in reaching my goals. A great private place for people who are maybe first time or shy, but have a vision to try gym routine. For me as a newbie in working out and going gym, here is a really really great place to start. Highly recommended whether you’re new or experienced training at the gym. Overall, a great experience for me and I will always be looking forward to my future session each week hereπŸ’ͺ.     I live a very sedentary life and recognised I needed some changes in my life and in need of real improvements to my overall health and to get back in shape. I was searching for a suitable personal training studio and was recommended to join POWER Personal Training! Since joining I have made significant improvements to my fitness level and have been able to achieve substantial weight loss with the help of my personal trainer Kel Vin! The space is very spacious and clean, the trainers and clients will clean the equipment after each use, definitely have a peace of mind when training here. Highly recommended!

    Awesome place to train in. I applied for a personal trainer at a reasonable price inclusive of gym membership for as long as you are subscribe to their program. My trainer, Nicole is super accommodating and perceptive but at the same time pushing me to move forward. Highly recommended whether you’re new or experienced training at the gym. Overall, a great experience for a newbie like me. Oh, and if you're worried about hygiene, they take hygiene very seriously here, don't worry. Thanks for the great experience!

    I had a great time learning from my PT Yvonne. She is very friendly and patiently teach me on the work outs. I was very thankful that she is able to accommodate to my working schedule. I was able to lose 3kg by the 4th week. She also shares her weight loss experience and tips with me. I love her energy! As for the gym, it is cosy and clean. There are lockers available to store your things. I definitely recommend this gym.

    I initially joined POWER Personal Training looking to firm up my body and achieve my weight loss goals and with the help of my trainer Kel Vin I have been able to achieve these results! I really appreciated how much attention my trainer paid to my fitness journey and catering every aspect of training for my fitness goals. I am honestly in the best shape of my life now! I highly recommend POWER Personal Training if you are looking for finally achieve your fitness goals!

    I have been training with my personal trainer Amylia for the past 4 months and I am extremely happy with my transformation! I have lost over 12kg with the help of my trainer. She is very experienced and has been instrumental in my fitness journey. If you are looking for real results, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

    The best gym in Penang so far! The gym has access to various facilities such as shower rooms, clean toilets, a snack bar, and a changing room. (which was probably refurbished from the time when PWR used to be a boutique) The interior design is modern yet classy, and the staff are greatly helpful. Do note that it is quite easy to get summons in this area, and the state council will mercilessly tow your car away if you don't obey the laws. Play it safe and pay your parking tickets!

    Thanks to PWR and my trainer Amylia!! She is very professional and always gives me good advice. She always encouraging me and accompany me to challenge my limit.     PWR is definitely the best place to go for personal training .It's a very nice environment ,clean and well equipped. PJ is my personal trainer who is really friendly and very knowledgeable.She has taught me a lot about proper techniques while working out , and will takes the time to explain every movement. And also I has been joined the full body weight group class and Jeffrey is our trainer who is patient, encouraging and friendly trainer. It very fun and motivation during the class.

    Cosy gym with friendly coaches. Focuses on technique and getting you stronger. Great community, friendly, motivated and encouraging. With my trainer Cassie, I able to lift back my previous workout weight which I stop lifting for 1year. Great experience !

    Cassie has been great with training me! I have not only been reaching my fitness goals, but Cassie together with POWER have been very accommodating and friendly, making my fitness journey easier.     My first experience with personal training and have not been disappointed! I train here about 2 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers and awesome music. Its a perfect workout environment. Most importantly I love that they provide the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s hard working out alone sometimes, but since I joined here, I am seeing results for sure.

    PWR offers a clean and pleasant environment to train in, with a modern aesthetic and a great community. The facility has various amenities, is frequently sanitised, and adheres to health and safety SOPs. If these weren't enticing enough, the biggest draw for me is that I no longer have to carry around 5kg of fractional plates or weigh the bars because they provide fractional plates, and the weight of the bars is as advertised. Have you ever discovered that a bar weighs 18kg and then had to do Additional Plate Maths to figure out how to compensate for that? Then you start looking for the only pair of 1.25kg plates, but someone's using it to micro-load their bicep curls? While the latter may also be me, work out here, and you no longer have to let a lack of plates and random bar weights rob you of adding precious kilograms to your lifts.

    I have been training with my trainer, PJ, for close 2 months now. She is down to earth and understands my needs and wants. She is really supportive and knowledgeable.     Tailored personal training to strengthen the muscle. The difficulty of the sessions were adjusted according to progress and tolerance of the trainee. Never thought I could do so much of exercise and I believe couldn't have done it if not for the guided and coached sessions. PeiJun actually observed each muscle with her "hawk eye" to make sure I have the correct posture and couldn't cheat! Thanks to the constructive feedback, I can see the difference by the week, the neglected muscles were discovered once again. Getting stronger by the week- My knee pain from injury from hiking surprisingly improves after only 8 sessions. Highly recommended.

    Joined about a month ago and I have to say that I don't regret a single bit! My trainer, Chris, has been very friendly and encouraging throughout my training sessions. He is very dedicated to what he does; he has guided, taught and corrected my forms so that injuries can be avoided. Constructive feedbacks and encouragements from him definitely helped me a lot! Training sessions have definitely boost my confidence and most importantly, strength. PWR is well-equipped and the cleanliness is πŸ’―! The facilities there are safe and well-maintained.     I enjoyed my time training at PPT. The trainers are terrific. The equipment is 1st rate, clean and well maintained. The gym is spotless. It is a great atmosphere for working out. No big crowds here. You never have to wait for equipment.

    It was a really great first experience training here with a personal trainer. It’s a very nice environment to workout in, well lighted up and clean. In fact, I’m always looking forward to every workout session.     I was looking for a gym with a good trainer for few months . I am satisfied, that I choose power personal training. The schedules are flexible according to my availability and the price is reasonable. I am happy with the clean environment. Ms Khoo my trainer, very professional and trains me accordingly.
