All staff are so helpfull and being nice to customers except one Chinese Old Lady ( Supervisor). She is really bad service and always show her black face every day! Honestly speaking, I really don't wish to see her face when I make a payment!

Very bad service at cashier counter. After choose what I want and go to make payment. Cashier is one Indian lady, name Grace and show face like just divorce with his husband maybe. Didn't have any eyes contact and after that throw my receipt on that table without say any words. This is how Watson train staff and hired staff.Very disappointed and very upset.

crazy hard sell of their membership at the counter, it just take 2 minutes to pay and leave but wasted 10minutes there, not interested means not interested, don’t you get it?? Not to mention the joke response I get after they fail the hard sell. Every time I will think twice before entering the outlet even I need something, horrible experience.

Bought 3 bottles of products worth RM166 n on top of dat had to buy a stupid plastic bag costing RM2.50 just to carry my products becos apparently they don't give plastic bags to carry your products on Tues 🙄 so ridiculous Such a popular plc n also owned by a very big group but hv zero knowledge rdg customer service!

First of all, the lightings and mirrors provided seriously needed to be fixed. I wanted to buy lipstick, there's a lot of mirrors, but none is clean or have good lightings. How do I want to buy a makeup product when I can't see what I'm wearing. 2nd, staffs are talking about their private life as if nobody else are around. They are not helpful, no tissues or makeup remover provided, they just gather in the middle and talk about their kids and family stuff. Seriously? What are your functions there? Staffs at the counters are adequate and work really fast. That's the only positive thing in this branch. Those sell girls for makeups are so useless, I'm not there to listen about who become the nanny of ur kids!

Cashier persuaded me to do Watsons card to which I declined at first, told her I can’t commit. She said it’s a quick process and she’ll help me fill the form. So I went ahead with it. Luckily the registration dint go through; my existing number was already registered. She thn just brush off the failed registration and proceed to bill me RM xx after scanning everything, which dint make sense to me. Thn only at that point she mentioned RM 20 is for the card registration. I was shocked becus: 1. My registration already stated failed so why am I billed? 2. She did not mention anything about having to pay for the card. I remembered back thn it dint had to cost this much? Was probably free. Cashier was reluctant but proceeded to cancel after I insist that I shouldn’t be billed and I do not want any of that card or voucher…after her colleague’s validation only she proceeded to cancel. Watsons, pls train your staff to not mislead like this. Maybe she’s doing it out of hunger for commissions and hence; the extreme drive to persuade you to register a new card even it it’s deemed unnecessary for a lot of people. People, please be careful next time if they ask you to register as their member.
