PLEASE AVOID Unit 1A-10-3A!! The agent/ host (HOMEY SANGUINE) are scammers! They will simply change your booking unit at last minute and give you 2 options - take it or leave it. And they will ask you cancel your original online booking through AGODA and pay them directly through bank transfer. This means no insurance or protection for the consumers if anything happens. Also they will ask for deposit and promise to refund within 24 hours after check out but never keep their promise. Message or call them but they won’t answer call or reply promptly. The MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Not recommended. Booked a staycation here via Agoda - while the location was good and place spacious, it was poorly maintained + rundown with low water pressure. Worse was the agent (Sanguine), who took almost 3 days to refund my deposit, ignoring messages. Had to lodge a complain via Agoda, only then got back my deposit. I'd recommend to stay away from Jazz Suite and the name Sanguine if you're looking for a peace of mind kind of vacation/staycation.

If there is no star, I would have given that, heater not working and worst of all receive msg to check out by 11am if delay will charge.And when complaint we didn't even receive any reply..dont waste money here

Awesome place. Our suite was fit with aircond, netflix, microwave and washing machine/dryer. Walking distance to Lotus and plenty of place to eat and there's a 24 hour mart downstairs.

Being a hotelier , used to staying in hotel to compare service and facilities. This is my 1st time using Air BnB with Family and staying in Tanjung Tokong. Love the spaciousness of the Apartment suits Family of 6. View from 12th Floor quite good, food- Cafes nearby, coffee shop must drive to Fettes Park area or Kompleks Persiaran Penjaja in morning. Walking distance to Cafes @Straits Quay. But not Coffee Shops. Like us coming to Penang is street food quite difficult to find walking distance. Have to drive out. If you are the kind of person must have Room Service, Staff greeting along corridor or Front Desk to Housekeeping amenities and service;You have to skip Air BNB . :)

A residential complex that also does AirBNB. Conveniently located just opposite Lotus Hypermarket(formerly TESCO) that has McD, KFC, Burger King and Starbucks, it is a good location to get a 2 bedder for @RM300 on the platform. 👍🏼

Room and location are good. Room cleanlinees can be improved. Large TV provided, but one must be equipped with Apple H phone to access the programme. Kitchen facility are quite complete.

Excellent place. Spacious apartmemt, cooking is permitted and a hypermarket just across the road. Good for big families or long stays.

The hotel is great. It's very new and you can see they put a lot of thought and effort in this. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good, they had home made naan that was very tasty. And at breakfast they have a coffee machine that serves GREAT COFFEE!!! The room was modern, the TV was modern and offers a lot of good movies. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The rooftop pool is nice. I don't know what to say other than GO HERE!

Location is good. Seaview is good from the room. No access to beach. Easy access to restaurant nearby. No welcome free drinks or biscuits. Faulty lights. Wall clock not functioning. Damaged kitchen water tap. Dirty linen and mattress kept in backroom storage.

Place is clean, but one of tbe room water heater is not working, the technician come but cant setter the problem until we check out the next day.

Stayed here long term for work and couldn’t ask for a better apartment and location. The view doesn’t get better than this as well! Highly recommend for long term stays and also short getaways 👍🏽

Perfect location, not far from Bath Feringgi or Georgetown. 15-30 min travel to both location. Spacious space for unit. Infinity pool as well.

Good place to stay. Owner facilitative enough. interior design elegant n modern. Home appliances are complete n new. They also equipped baby cot, no extra charge. TV got various streaming paid channels from astro to netflix. smooth watching, not loading. recommended.

Very convenient. Tesco is right opposite and business hour till 1am. The unit we stay is very clean, spacious, kitchen well equipped with basic essential appliances and complete work utensil. Highly recommended especially for family or short or long business trip.

Excellent lodging place where I stayed there for multiple times. The place is super clean, hotel quality mattress and bedding, internet TV, very friendly staff... and the best of all is tesco and money exchange is just across the street.

Pretty decent homestay condo with reasonable price. Nice view of the sea.

Stayed in a double storey penthouse. House was wonderful but marred by the low water pressure. It was so terrible coming from such posh property. Water was non existence when someone else was taking a shower. Location was good though as it was near to convenience stores and several food joints.
