The Clovers consist of Tower A, B & C. Too many common area defects.... Haiz 😧😞😟

Very nice environment, nice setup and well equipped facilities such as gym, swimming pool, playground, barbeque are (halal and non-halal) and many more! The private lift is nice and seldom can see in Penang Condo. In the house, if you choose the correct side, you can see Second Bridge, airport (see the aeroplane take off and landing). The place is windy too. Overall, this is a very good equiped condo. If you can afford it, you can consider to get one.

I love that it has convenience stores and it's also very near the airport, at 7th floor it has a seriously huge park with 2 pools, playground, Forest trail and more. In the video is one of the apartment balcony view, love it.

It is located at 1-01-01, Lengkok Merbah 3, The Clovers, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang. There are 3 Towers. Made up of Tower A (Spes), Tower B (Fides) & Tower C ( Fortuna). Podium of Car Parks (Level 01-06) Facilities on Level 01 & 07.

Beautiful place for a family to live in, huge and spacious. Love the concept of The houses especially around the pool area.

The front desk service everything make dunno and push everything to property owner. The room door access was broken. The first access in the lobby until carpark management all very rude. Lift card can't access to the lift still ask customer call owner in the front desk.

if buy condo , must choose IDEAL architect design , everything are so good (except the room are too small). compare to this design , from the car park until the unit , i don't feel the comfortable , even most simple car park route access also troublesome . and the unit design make everything look so small . master room don't have any special , not easy to setup . too basic. the hall can make us feel uncomfortable. surprise , hall shower room are so small , shower kit can be rusted .

in order to enter, need to pass through a lot of low cost flat. and vehicles parked along the road. when out from the building need to be carefully as the driver there are inconsiderate.

Very high security. Friendly security everywhere 24 hours. The pool is huge and beautiful. The car park is not so good. Going up/down the multi storey car park takes a long time and is confusing. The residents are quiet and maintain the cleanliness of the place. The current occupancy of the condo is probably around 50%. Location is pretty good since its away from the high density area like Ideal Foresta. Excellent management. Quick to respond to complaints and the place is well maintained.

Its a really nice place to stay for the weekend, peaceful,the only difficulty would be the parking😂 very confusing layout and so many floors to climb

Large, clean swimming pool. Safety, quietly and private.

If you consider something value for money then this is the one. Huge unit at a low rental rate. If you look for a residence with good facilities and serene atmosphere this isn't the one coz it's surrounded with low cost flats, cars parked by the roadside and it's not strategically built. If this isn't an issue then no harm considering

Nice fish dish.. ordered herbal soup, salted egg fried fish and ginger onion👍

Overall quiet place to stay, private lifts direct access to your unit, good facilities with regular maintenance, guards around common area, not pet friendly neighborhoods.

Lovely n very very convenient place to stay or buy a house

Love the amenities on 7th floor. Well management and guide house. Location very close to the airport. Convenience to GIANT, restaurants, cafe, hospital, Queensbay Mall…..etc.

No parking tho even tho nice

Secluded from the main road, road to this place may be a bit narrow due to big lorries and trucks and double parking.

Good view and have provided dobby at downstairs. Security was nice as well.
