Haagen-Dazs is always worth a visit. It always has a solid flavor and a smooth texture. I'm never thirsty after took it.

Service was very slow with 3 staffs at the counter , 3 tables including ours, one alreasy finished, another waiting for their orders . I was not aware we have to be seated to have our order taken, while seated nobody approached , after a while of waiting , I went up only saw one of the staff brought the menu walking towards us . Ordered capachinno n coffee latte . For that kind of price , it was the worst coffee I have ever had , it tasted more like milk with slight flavoring coffee smell. Instant coffee tasted much better then the well known expensive brand . I know it's not their specialty but at least should have a standard set for their beverage .

Always a return customer to this shop, becus i'm a big fan of the ice cream. The service during my last visit on 15th Aug wasn't very satisfying, a little friendliness would be great. Small little details were dismissed like basic courtesy, slow order taking & fulfillment, and table clearing without asking if I'm done with the drinks. Would suggest for takeaway instead.

Took more than 15 mins for my daughter to get a scoop of raspberry sorbet ice cream in a cone. There was only one person in charge of preparing the ice cream & whatever dish is on the menu. Whereas 2 other employees are only trained to either make coffee or serve customers. There were a lot of disgruntled customer who paid a lot of $$ and kept checking on their order on a very hot day. Come on Haagen-Dazs, surely you can train your staffs to be flexible in their roles.

Macadamia Vanilla ice cream taste ok. Kids love it. Service in the shop really great, fast response once we stepped in.

Out of all the ice cream places - this Haagen-Dazs has the worst service staff. Particularly the senior malay woman crew member taking the order from the counter and barking orders at the rest of the crew. We came for dessert, to wind down and enjoy the evening but she just ruins everything with her attitude. Please do something - like train her or help her understand that its an ice cream parlour NOT a Hitlers camp!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The space is quite small but they also have an upstairs area, so fairly decent seating, I would say. Shakes are made to perfection and the ice cream is fresh, unlike most HD stores or kiosks. Would come again.

Staffs are attentive, helpful, service with a smile. Outlet is clean. Ice cream texture smooth, sweetness just nice, good presentation on plate.

When I walked in to the store, it was full of customers and there is only one table left but the upstairs section was remained closed although customer keep walk in. I was there to redeem my Lazada ice cream voucher and plan to dine in but I was told we are not allow for dine in, we need to take away. It doesn't make sense to me so I checked the term and condition, it was clearly stated the voucher is valid for dine in or take away, so why they want to liar to us? Is it due to we are purchased the offer voucher compare to those walk in customer? Hello Haagen Dazs, is it the way you treat your customers? Why you don't open the upstairs section for your customers and ask your customer to eat outside, roadside? I'm not going to visit this store again!

The Chinese staff is very nasty and unpleasant. Rolling her eyes and making impatient flustered noises when we were deciding what to get. We were hoping to wash our hands and she shouted “NO TOILET”. Hope Haagen lets her go. They also forgot our coffee orders and did not apologise

Haagen dazs always worth it to visit coz they have great ice cream, their staff are wlcome and serve us nicely. And today we are lucky coz they have promo buy 2 scoops get 2 scoops for free…

The staff is very rude and not friendly. When downstairs is full of people, the staff refuse to open upstairs and told me that they are lack of manpower. I want to ask is there any difference between we sit at upstairs and downstairs? Still have serve right? Please provide your staff with good training before work! I think this is not the first happen this situation, I saw a few reviews on this bad experience. Please solve this issue!

Kudos to haegendas team ! Especially Ms Indah and Ms Latty, been going there for few times and always serve me and girlfriend with warm smile. Good hospitality service from all of the team! Keep it on!

Pleasant Atmosphere and excellent ice cream. But the service staff could be more friendly, and service could be better lately compared to last time.

We all know Haagen Dazs, off course the ice scream is delicious without a doubt. What count is the services and friendliness of the staffs at that location were great.

Haagen daaz is the BENCHMARK standard by which all other ice creams are judged. from the all natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives or emulsifiers or additives to the simple pure ingredients in each pint, the flavors just wow me! my freezer always have at least a dozen different pint flavors of Haagen Dazs and I look forward to opening and enjoying each and every one of them. Pick your favorite flavor or vanilla you won't be disappointed!

Attendants are very rude in general besides being rude there are a lot of customers today but they still refused to open upstairs. They also refused to give customers reason why they refuse to open upstairs to us.

The waiter was so nice. I didnt know that there was a promotion for the ice cream until he informed me. Bought 3 pints of ice cream at RM 70 only. Totally worth it
