Dr Oh, one of experienced skin Dr. He took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit here. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

The best clinic's service ever. I have been with O2 Clinic about 4years. My journey with O2 Clinic such a wonderful moment. From totally breakout skin to smooth and no pimple (at all). Best..! Dr.Oh is really gentle and nice doctor ever. I fully recommended him if you guys have any on skin issue. 🥰

I went to this clinic on 26 Jan with regards of my boils on my left thigh. I explain to the doctor in charge,im starting to have symtomp like fever,dizziness,and also experiencing shivering during the night. Doctor checked my boils and mentioned that she will prescribe me a painkiller and reduce swelling. Despite seeing me having difficulty to walk due to boils are quite and its clashing with my big thigh,her reaction was quite shocked when i ask for a medical certificate. After two days,symtomp is still the same and I went again to this clinic (silly me). This time the male doctor didnt check the boils at all and was surprise that i was not given an antibiotics at the beginning. Antibiotics was given at low dose. Therefore I have reach to other treatment to another clinic. At the end of the day,doctors at O2 please have some empathy and be more attentive to check your customer condition despite whether you are a new doctor or professional one. Be more attentive at least. Not asking for miracle

I've made several calls no one pick up the calls

Made appointment for skin related issue for my daughter. When arrived on the appointed time, was required to queue like the walk in patients. Was told by the staff, reason being not enough doctors and actually not required appointment for skin consultation. Please do not request the customer to make appointment in the first place if appointment is not needed for skin consultation or at least have the courtesy to call up if there's a need to change the appointment time due to insufficient dictors or whatever reasons. Thanks

Been here 2 times already. One for thyphoid injection. It costs RM70. Good service. Friendly staffs and doctors. They also have dental clinic at the side of the building which is different entrance. Always be my first option to get a treatment in future.

Come here for the 2nd time to get typhoid injection. No need make appointment just walk in here to register. Went there around 9.30am, not so crowded. Just got a few elderly people to check up. The staffs are friendly and nice. The male doctor also very nice and friendly. The surrounding was neat and clean. But a bit hard to find parking plus near the busy roadside. Recommended to come with grab or driver easier.

Been there for 1st time for my facial. The beautician was very friendly and provide a good experience of facial to me. The after effect of the facial was also very good. The only thing need to improve is the hygiene of the bed as when I was brought in, the paper on top was already dirty and there was hair everywhere on the bed. Besides this it was satisfactory and I will go again.

Very bad. I went there for covid test and when i do payment they tried my card 3 times even the first transaction already go through. When i ask what happen to first transaction, they rudely told me in front of crowded people because my debit not enough money. When i call my bank, which is 3 times, they confirm transaction already go through. I not sure if that 2 malay girl working on that time is under o2 clinic staff. But they should check with their merchant instead of blaming my account insufficient money!!! That 2 lady should quit her job instead doing sevice line. Useless. First anf the last visit for me here. 🤮

Experienced doctors with excellent communication skills, caring and attention to detail. Friendly beautician in deep, you will feel comfortable with them, will introduce friends.😊

Terrible clinic and service. Daughter was having backache and required X Ray. The nurse just said 4pm x ray is close. Have to wait for Dr. Although 3:30pm is there. If patient getting sick required emergency but nurse just said wait for next day.

Went for booster dose, whole process was fast and smooth. Thanks to Dr kerwin and his team for awesome services

Bad service. My uncle already dead more than 1 year then the insurance company send to request report from the clinic cause he is the patient there. Now already 15month my uncle pass away, the clinic keep delay his report by many reason... such as doctor not arround, doctor back hometown for injection, the clinic busy for covic test, the clinic busy for vaccine....

Been having problems with acne and oily skin for many years. Dr. Sarah combined laser treatments together with medications for my condition. So happy with my complexion now!

Highly recommend!! The beautician's performance was beyond my expectation! I was really impressed with her professionalism and customer service.

overall not bad, on thing to jighlight is the beautician nurse staff here very good, polite and skillful, just the patient a lot and need some time to till your turn

Dr. Sarah and the beauticians here are very professional, friendly and helpful. They handled my skin with care each time I'm here and gave recommendations without any hardselling. My skin condition improved significantly after a couple of treatments here. Definitely the best skin clinic in Penang, highly recommend it to everyone!

Dr. Sarah is truly my life savior. Got my treatment done here and I am very satisfied with the effective result. She is very skillful, descriptive about the treatment plan, def the best doctor which I’ve ever consulted regarding my skin condition. On top of that, her team of beauticians are also very friendly and responsible, explaining all the details as well as things to take care of.

Been here few times, at first find it very good environment and fast, but today is the worst experience, was told to wait for 14 ppl ahead of me, I am okay to wait. The patient goes in to see doctor, come out.. The doctor seem like taking sweet time almost 15min - 20min no other patients was call to the doctor's consult room. The system keep beeping but no names appear on the call calling column.. Even taking the medication need to wait for almost 15min... AND THOSE REGISTER BEFORE ME WALKS IN 1ST Waited for 1hr 30min... Still not yet my turn...

Finally, a petronas AME in Penang Island, don’t have to travel to mainland. Well organised, friendly staffs, in out the clinic in less than 45 minutes.

I used to come to this clinic but since last year, I keep receiving bad attitude from staffs and even today the same thing happening... I always call before making appointments and no one really answer the call and keep directing me to another number and they don't even pick up the call... Poor service and you are not really trying to be polite and give proper service.... Not going to come to this clinic anymore...

Went to get check because I've fainted. Did ECG test. Blood test. The male doctor said it was probably bc of fasting. Stuffy chest. Didn't get a mc bc the male doctor said, Jgn kerap2 mc nanti company bising. Instead of saying "get well soon" or "may you will recover from whatever you're suffering", he literally said that. Of all the specialists I've came across in my life, this comment got me even more depressed.

O2 has become like our family clinic since we moved here from Johor. Intiially felt the waiting time was long but it improved tremendously thereafter. My mom has her faith in Dr. Siti. She will always request for Dr. Siti. Keep up the good job O2. The counter staff too are always friendly and helpful.

I have laser treatment at one of their clinic in ayer itam on the 6th March. Agreed on pico laser but instead were given co2 laser by Dr Chang. Were told face will be red for 5 days but instead face were severe burn, peeling off and feel like bleeding. Will not be able go out for at least 8 to 10 days.were given 5 antibiotics tablet. Return to the clinic on day 4 after laser and were only given moisturiser. At day 7, went to the clinic were given only scar cream. Were contacted by their PR department and say will investigate on the matter. They insisted that they did pico laser. they told that my face is too sensitive and different ppl reacted differently to laser treatment. Will pico laser cause face to be severe burn, peeling off and bleeding, create more dark spot? They agreed to gave a follow up treatment but will we have to fork out more money just because of their mistake. Now my face is left wilth more dark spot, burn marks from the laser.after one month of Face get worse compared to before laser.

Very spacious and convenient. Did Pico laser treatment for my face here for RM199 / sesh only ! Managed to clear off my pimple scars and large pores in 3 sessions. Very very satisfied !

O2 Klinik services very efficient and extremely helpful

The place is spotless and looks inviting but only problem i have with it is that sometimes its super slow unless you're there when there's literally no other patient but other than that, its all great!!

Went for a RTK antigen test at O2 KLINIK(JELUTONG) BRANCH. Done in just 20mins!!! They have got excellent service and staff working there. Super friendly, helpful, extremely courteous and very efficient. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB, MOHD. ITZNI.!!!! It's staff like you who make any customers feel great inside when they leave.

The Doctor is extremely nice. He gave me proper and clear explanations.

Good service. I recommend Dr Oh to my colleagues , friends and relatives. So far they are all very satisfied and happy with him. To O2 management We as a regular customers are all support by our heart and not the review. If your service really that bad why still got customers complaint on long queue? Long queue which means your business is good and customers like your service!
