I was there for my sons wedding on the 7t Dec 2019, wow what a venue absolutely world class, the staff were fantastic and tended to everones needs, needless to say my son could not have been happier, will add some pics later

The experience and comfort far out ways what they charge... We spent 6 nights in the Down to Earth Guesthouse (room: Tiptol) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Self catering at its best! The Bush Lappa Bar makes excellent tradional South African potjie and the music festival was great fun. We spent almost every night around the fire listening to SA music.

Closes early. Parking is so offset at an angle its hard to see or recall where you parked mostly in front of Game parking area toward Simply Asia entrance. Nice variety of stores. Could do with a proper food court it's so scattered not even sure if you can sit and if you could where you could sit

Restaurant and accommodation was good. The restaurant has an incredible view and fair prices on fantastic food.

Me and my fam had the most delicious Sunday lunch here. Top class and friendly service. 5Stars

The restaurant was an absolute pleasure, however if you are planning to stay over, the rooms could do with a comfortable chair to sit in for more than one person. Otherwise the rooms were clean and pleasant.

A lovely wedding venue with a seaview. The accommodation on the premises was well equiped, neat and comfortable. The food for the wedding, prepared by the venue management was excellent and more than enough. The only negative was the venue locked up on the Friday at 4pm and we were told that they will unlock at 8.30, the Saturday morning. Unfortunately he was late. This was not communicated beforehand, so the florist had to leave and had to rush the Saturday morning. To aviod - communicate in full beforehand.

As usual KD and the team made the Juan Boucher event something we will not easily forget, the atmosphere, food and show were fantastic. Thanks KD and to Juan Boucher "you're a amazing artist"

After a disappointing visit to a different place in Heraldsbay without any service and treated horribly we decided to leave and try a different place so on our way away from Heraldsbay we decided to turn into a very interesting looking area, quiet but interesting. The Down to Earth restaurant at The Herolds Bay Resort welcomed us warmly, we could choose anywhere to sit and my kids loved the open space. There food were impeccable 👌 and were surprised with their awesome chocolate mouse with berries. My kids are very fussy and kept complimenting the waiter on the delicious milkshakes and chicken strips with chips. Clearly a winner! The waiter was so professional and friendly, we really enjoyed it very much. For the quality food, atmosphere, service and view, it is definitely worth it! Going again very soon.

Such a pleasure when you visit your favourite shops, all the staff know you by now, and all you need is under ome roof. Shout out to Vodacom 4U staff. Incredible connection Staff, and to many others to mention.

Mall is surprisingly large, and was fairly busy for lock down, but I guess this is their peak season. Very well represented mall, with even exclusive brands like Browns present. Well maintained, too few toilets, walk a mile, very busy.

Clean and all covid regulations in place. Security made sure all people wearing their masks properly.

Just whent to mall to buy KFC,covid protocols are in place , team members had good knowledge of products
