This
hotel
has
a
perfect
location,
but
that's
about
it.
It's
rated
4*
but
in
actual
fact
feels
more
like
2*.
We
were
a
group
of
10
and
had
2
family
rooms
(4
sleepers)
and
1
double
room.
One
of
the
family
rooms
only
had
2
towels
for
a
family
of
4.
There
was
however,
random
underwear
found
in
said
room
from
previous
occupants.
The
double
room
had
no
toilet
paper,
the
other
family
room
had
a
roll
of
toilet
paper
which
had
enough
on
the
roll
for
one
user;
no
drinking
water
or
water
for
the
kettle
to
make
tea/coffee.
The
bathroom
had
black
mould
on
the
ceiling,
which
indicates
no
or
very
poor
ventilation.
The
telephones
are
a
waste
as
you
cannot
even
ring
the
front
desk.
The
floors
are
tiled
and
very
cold,
they
really
should
consider
putting
a
rug
in
the
rooms
to
create
an
illusion
of
warmth.
The
shower
is
connected/set
up
incorrectly
-
red
indicator
is
actually
the
cold
water
and
vice-versa.
One
keycard
worked
on
both
family
rooms.
The
beds
are
short
and
very
hard
-
if
you're
tall,
your
feet
will
hang-over.
The
breakfast
buffet
was
not
4*
quality.
The
elevator
is
not
operational
so
one
is
expected
to
carry
luggage
up
the
stairs.
The
staff
were
friendly
but
that
didn't
detract
from
the
fact
that
the
hotel
needs
a
serious
change,
particularly
on
the
maintenance
side
of
things.
