😠 I made a grueling climb in hellish heat to find the objective closed. At the ticket office I was assured that all the sights were open and of course I paid for everything. An ugly gesture from the administration. 😖 People often mention Gibraltar,

Very nice view of the shady side of the mountain. Very windy. Weather conditions can change quickly. You can also see Africa and Morocco.

Excellent WWII (and before) battery contolling the Gibraltar straits. Fascinating old tunnels and preserved rooms from WWII. Historical plaques and information throughout. From this vantage you have an amazing view of Africa and the rest of Gibraltar (and Spain).

the highest point on the Gibraltar Rock. a great vantage point, you can see from the coast of Africa, the strait and the coast of Spain. it is worth going there to admire the beautiful views. additionally, you can see the battery engine room and feel the atmosphere of those years

Highest point of the Rock of Gibraltar at 421m. Aside from magnificent views over the straight straight you can also see the artillery batterie’s canon up closes and explore the bunker below it. Watch out for the monkey, they can be mischievous.

The exhibit is quite well made. The view from the spot with the canon is great, sadly it was really cloudy when we got up there.

Wonderful place, the highest point on Gibraltar Rock. Prepare your cameras, because you will be taking a lot of pictures. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Morocco. Amazing!

The Rock of Gibraltar is absolutely fascinating. It's full of history, myths, legends and real life stories. Not to mention it's the only place in Europe with wild monkeys. Highly reccomend a tour guide!

It's a great walk up here to the top of the rock with some interesting stuff to be seen around the battery, also stunning views along the east side of Gibraltar.

From the historical point of view, going through the tunnels thsy were dug during the Second World War on Gibraltar are really impressive. O'Hara's Battery is outside the tunnels but adds to the experience. However, the views are so great all over the Island that you could easily miss it if you run out of steam. For military or ex-military, I think is was well worth the trip.

👍👍 The view from Gibraltar is simply breathtaking! Standing on the observation deck, I was fascinated by the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the endless blue sea. 👍👍 This destination is almost at the apex of the Rock of Gibraltar! However, people with Acrophobia may want to avoid as the scene is pretty intense. Again, this was a destination of the Taxi tour. It offers a panoramic view of the Rock, being able to see the Mediterranean Sea, and the surrounding a...
