Food was top class, food out quickly. Service was very good and friendly. Cocktails were amazing. Good value for money. Had 2 courses for £20 which were the perfect size and a good variety to choose from. Cocktails £6 and a fair size.

Predictable TGI fare. Good service as usual - great staff. Try garlic chips and sesame chicken with JD sauce. Soft drinks also have infinite refills which are great. They've switched to paper straws which really don't feel great mind you. I end up chucking them and drinking without the straw.

What a disappointment is all I can say. We used to love TGI’s but we will never be back. The menus have massively reduced with very limited choice compared to what it used to be. First of all, my June bug wasn’t correct because it didn’t have the usual bit of foam that you get from the pineapple juice but it was still nice enough to drink. Then the food came out. The chips were cold and the cheese burger was so bland. My boyfriend got the meet the beef burger which had slightly more flavour but when he tried the burger patty it was so bland too. His side gravy was stone cold. Sam the server was nice but I was very disappointed that nothing was removed from the bill even though we told him of our complaints. I hardly touched my food and left hungry. £48 wasted. We will never be back and we have already started telling people not to return.

The last and only other time I visited a TGI Fridays was in The USA. What I remember of my experience back than I experienced also at this TGI in Glasgow. The food was super delicious! The chicken was really well done and so was the Friday hamburger (sadly no picture, but trust me it was good!). The service was very nice and kind. As it should be and I wish more restaurants would follow this example. The atmosphere was good and it felt like I was in the US of A. Overall a very nice restaurant when you want to treat yourself! (I wish we had this restaurant in The Netherlands)

Went here last week for the first time in about 17 years! Boy has it gone down hill 😔 Staff were nice enough, but very young and seemed not trained well in the job, I genuinely didn't see one person that looked over 18 😳 (nothing against young staff, but they seemed lost). We were served our nachos to share, then 5 mins later drinks came, then our side plates for nachos 🙈 oh and one napkin between both of us! Asked for another, by the time it came we were finished the totally non "sizzling" nachos. If you have a vegetarian in your party, avoid at all costs, yet another establishment that puts absolutely zero thought in to vegetarian customers. All that was available was a VEGAN burger, no cheese, no nothing, just bit of sauce (he said that was nice) but the burger was boring and bland, was an absolute rip off to be fair. I chose a baked potato as a side for my well done steak...they brought chips, although they brought a baked potato within a cpl of mins. Now the steak, yes ppl say having it well done ruins it, but as someone who eats steak a lot, in different places, I know a steak can be cooked well, and not be chewy, this was hard and chewy, and also luke warm, worst steak I've had in a long time, glaze sauce was full of lumps too. Really disappointed as back in the day the food was exceptional in here, its changed a lot, staff are not trained well, and all very young, couldnt see anyone in charge at all. Unfortunately wont return.

Great service and wonderful food. We were seated upstairs which was nice as we hadn't been up there before. Our waiter Erran was very good. Restaurant and toilets were clean.

Came in for food today and the service was unbelievable! Considering everything going on, we were blown away by how organised everything was and our server in particular was amazing!! Jennifer, on the bar upstairs, was so on the ball that I literally finished my drink and I had another one put in front of me without even asking. Thank you very much for your time today and enjoy Ashton Lane tonight!

Really nice meal, excellent attentive service, wasn't a long wait for the food and the steak was cooked fantastic well. Spot on. Even went for the dessert which was very nice.

It was a disaster! Look at how burnt my favourite ribs are! As well as a plain veg “house salad” I don’t understand what is going on. I’ve always love TGI Fridays even in other countries but definitely not this one in Glasgow. Other than that, it took an hour to have our food ready and our guest had something to go on unfortunately he had to leave. To be clear, it was not busy at from 8:30pm to 10pm and I don’t understand why is this happening. Totally a disappointment !

When we went to TGI Fridays in Glasgow Buchanan Street, we thought this was wonderful and while it is on the pricy side, it's very tasty I loved their burger, my partner enjoyed the chicken bites and the cocktails were delicious, and they were just the right amount of alcohol, we had a wonderful time and despite it being a busy night, we were given tables as I had booked through their website and it was as easy as stating my name and confirming my phone number. The toilets are downstairs and I thought this was well designed and it was a place I'd love to visit again the next time I'm in Scotland!

Had an enjoyable lunch here. It's a nice environment with comfort food. Service was great. I highly recommend the mozzarella dippers to start with, lovely.

Strawberry Daiquiri is always a winner with me. Under the current circumstances it was a very different experience, not the usual hustle and bustle.

My wife and I have always went to tgi's to celebrate our birthdays, used to always be the silverburn one but they no longer do the bus there. So we went up last week for my wife's birthday cocktails and we couldn't believe the price of them! The price had been increased by 3 or 4 pound for one of the large cocktails it's about £14!! Very disappointing especially in this climate when there is no entertainment. The cocktails were no longer made in front of you and tbh I felt there was a lot less alcohol in them as well. It's sad to say but I think our birthday celebrations at tgis is over.

Always a pretty decent experience here! We ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers and both were good. However, it is quite overpriced for some basic food. Staff are always lovely and friendly and even when it’s very busy, you’re always served quickly.

We went in for some food , and it was just lovely, I cleaned my plate. They have a good variety of cocktails, and friendy staff, also great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back the next time in Glasgow..

My husband and I ordered the vegetarian halloumi burger. They got our orders wrong three times, by the fourth time it was still wrong but we gave up and accepted it. A couple of friends had the wagyu burgers and they were ok. Portions are very small for the price and food bellow average. By the end our bill come wrong and we waited more than 15 min because the manager (??) was correcting it. I definitely do not recommend it and I will not visit it again.

TGI is undoubtedly a first-class restaurant and I am very satisfied with the warm service of dear Mr. Mark. The chicken is a little cold and the burger is a little too dry, but that's a small problem compared to the super tasty Long Island iced tea. Unfortunately, TGI won't be serving ribs for a while, and I really hope that TGI will resume serving ribs soon so that I can enjoy the amazing delicacy. I'll be coming back here more often.

I really liked the tex mex salad, it was fulfilling and a new thing added to the menu. Hot wings is one of the best thing you can find in a TGI fridays menu, i always order it. Potato skins had a little raw taste of potato skins, but the bite with beef and cheese was still nice.

Think we may have caught them on a bad day as this wasn't the TGI's experience I know and love. Food was not to spec and lacked a bit of love and care. Steak sandwich was a bit flat with no garnish, chicken strips tasted great but again came with a bit of roughly chopped iceberg. For the price you pay you expect the WOW factor and it wasn't there, even the Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri had no fruit garnish? Small details but they do matter. Service was excellent and really friendly. I'm a massive TGI fan so hopefully this was a one off.

A lot better than the last time I was in TGIs in Silverburn, really good with kids, made my daughter a balloon animal, lots of things to keep her occupied and the food was good even for vegetarians which is usually limited there but they had a few more options. The frozen cocktails were amazing!

There portion sizes are honestly absurd for the cost! However the decor and ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and we got given nice seats by the window! Didn’t have a reservation but they still let us in for a meal!

We had dinner there last night excellent all round food service and surroundings. Mathew served us and was attentive and very pleasant We had booked as it was my treat from my daughter for dinner and see Marti Pellow. Great choices on menu and was very busy but no trouble searing us and attending to us. Will be back soon many thanks makes a difference when you have a great experience dinning.

Loved the vibe here. It's best to book ahead as the place is always packed full from the instead to the make shift tents and sitting outside else you'd have to sit at the bar like we did. I must confess it was nice watching the bartenders do their thing.

Had lunch, today, with my 3 sisters. Food was great & service, from Sam, our waiter, was excellent. We only had 90 mins to order & eat, but never felt rushed. I felt reassured that everything was very clean as a member of staff was constantly sanitising everything in sight.

I love it in here!! My family always have an amazing time, staff are fantastic and always make sure we are okay. Food is always perfect and such a brilliant atmosphere!! Defo recommend

The staff is excellent but after the lockdown is overpriced, the food is ok very good cocktails but defos I’m not going back. I’ve been before there and I had a better experience, better food, better prices.

My daughter and 3 of her friends ate in bachanan st restaurant last night 2 ate chicken and both have food poisoning tried to phone to let them know can’t get through sat on phone on hold for over half an hour had to give 1 star so I could write review otherwise they would have had none

My first time in TGI Fridays restaurant. This one is located in Scotland, Glasgow. We was waiting in the queue for about 10 min to be seated. It was worth it for sure, food arrived in 15-20 min, my daughter enjoyed vegetarian burger with fries , I ate a duck, it was a bit spicy for me, but tasty. I really recommend it!

Can't say I would pay £4.25 for a House Salad again considering what I got. Overall the foster was really good and the cocktails were amazing!!!! Massive thank you to Sam, he was great! Very helpful and had a great positive energy.

Here for a work night out and the service from Zak and Caitlyn was exceptional. All drinks and food came out in perfect timing. A great experience was had by a bunch of people in the hospitality trade and 100% appreciate how hard large tables can be. Hope we weren't too bad. Thanks for everything, thoroughly recommend any time!!

Maybe it's nostalgia, but as a kid, used to think this place was great. Portions seemed large and everything tasted great. Nowadays seems like portions are small and it's a little bit better than a brewer's fayre. Better burgers are easy to find.

A reduced menu but still a great variety of food. The Wednesday burger was delicious and the free refills for soft drinks is a great deal. The staff are attentive and have a good bit of patter. Exactly what one's wanting for a lunch in town.

Busy, always need to book, often a week to two in advance. The staff are helpful, passionate and professional. Often you are at tables that are very close to other people and music very loud so hard to hear the person across from you. Food itself is generous portions but not a lot of variety in each section. Due to cost and the quality of the cocktails aswell as generous food portions and proper quality meat, I believe TGI Fridays is suitable for a special occasion such as birthdays, work nights out or an anniversary mark. You can also get vegetarians and vegan options too now.

Lovely friendly service, good food and prices and one of the best Covid19 protocols I've seen and observed. Very impressed with this and our waiter Louis who was awesome and has forever changed my opinion on boiled eggs. Thank you!

Staff were excellent. The food not so much, far too sweet and a cold burger also for the price I expected a hand made burger not one that looked as if it was bought from the local shop. Ribs were just okay and the best part of the meal was the cheesy fries with bacon.

I've tried TGI from different parts of the world and I always loved dining in this restaurant but I wasn't a fan on this occasion when I visited Galsgow. The staff is friendly but I was a bit disappointed by the baby back ribs that I ordered since I found the meat to be really dry despite the sauce and perhaps on a teeny tiny side. Only the chocolate cake redeemed my overall rating for the place.

Absolutely bloody amazing, tastes soooo good especially the glazed chicken bites

I was asked to wait over 30 minutes for a table, only to find the place half empty when finally going inside. A waitress approached me while I was eating to ask if I was finished, when I obviously wasn't. About 10 minutes later I went to the toilet, only to come back to my table to find other customers sitting there and my meal had been thrown away by this same waitress! Overall, this restaurant is overpriced for what it is and some of the staff have poor customer service.
