Wonderful place, great prices and fantastic service. The food we had today was delicious and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Not very busy when we were in the restaurant but it was a Monday afternoon. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Blackhouse operate a Club Card that gives customers 40% off your food bill meaning that the two of us ate a 3 course meal with coffee and soft drinks for less than £60. Well worth it.

If your gluten and dairy free I would avoid this restaurant. Only one starter is gluten free and only side dairy free is chips! Booked online, requested gf/df menu, was seated and not given one, which then took about 5 waiters walking past until someone took me on. Pork crackling isn't crackling it's pork scratchings. Staff were very friendly but service is very slow. Steak was delicious and husband enjoyed his chops but we had to ask 3 times where the sauce and side order was until it was brought over. Also the kitchen is open and all we could here was the chefs shouting, doesn't make to a relaxing atmosphere.

Great place to dine, decor lovely and a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing, we all thoroughly enjoyed every course ( thank you chefs) and finished off with great coffee... we were served today by the lovely friendly Kenny, thank you ;-)

First time here and was rather impressed. I booked the table online a week in advanced and then had to call a few days later to alter the time from 5 to 6. Girl on the phone was pleasant and had no issues making the changes for me. Once we arrived we noticed it was busy at the bar (presumably people waiting for a table). We were seated and offered some table water immediately while we looked over the menu. The prices on the menu for me were a bit on the pricey side, however it was expected so never bothered me. Most steak dishes where in the region of £20/30 but got more expensive for the better cuts and sharing steaks. I ordered a T Bone and asked for it medium. It was cooked as requested and seasoned well, one of the best steaks I've had personally. The chips were also served in a mini frying basket too which was a nice touch and they were lovely too! Pudding menu was brilliant and I opted for the Apple crumble and custard which was a decent portion. I never finished it however but the custard was creamy and the crumble flavoursome! Finished off with a Whiskey and my wife a shot. The service was brilliant. They were fast and polite. We seemed to have what we ordered on our table within 10 minutes of ordering which was great. All the staff seemed focused and organised, I never noticed much chit-chat between them when they were passing once another. Great experience, would love to return!

Outstanding place with amazing food and service :) thanks a lot to our waiter Callum, nice touch to welcome my polish family in their language. My favourite place in Glasgow and food is to die for :)

I would recommend this steakhouse. Staff were enthusiastic and friendly throughout and demonstrated good product knowledge about the menu and items on it. It might be a bit pricey but join as a member to get a substantial discount off. The presentation of the food was excellent and quality of the meat is good. I had chosen Argentinian steak which was tender with not a lot of fat and juicy inside cooked Medium. The decor inside is modern and the venue itself has had a recent refurbishment. Overall, it is worth a visit.

Good steak place in Glasgow. An atmosphere is very cosy, nicely decorated. However for the menu prices and the status of the place, I was disappointed to see some furniture and glasses were a bit shabby. I got an Irish fillet steak with mash and peppercorn sauce. It was simple but tasty. Steaks are very good quality.

👍👍 An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
