My diabetic sister relied on this meal being delivered, along with my fellow friends (see below). We ordered this meal at 12 o'clock and left helpless until near 3 am before realising the food would not be making an appearance. Terrible service. Will never be buying from here again and would certainly not recommend to others.

Had a long day of travelling from Bradford and decided to stop for food here. Rice was absolutely stinking tasted like it was at least 2 days old. Kids meal was hard little pieces of chicken that had to fried for ages. Shop looks absolutely disgusting never seen somewhere so filthy, hygiene rating definitely needs updating, not to mention the decor of the place it’s basically falling apart. Not to mention the staff didn’t look clean at all, AVOID!

Shocking prices for the quantity. Ordered buffalo chicken came and it looked and tasted more like fried chicken with zero buffalo sauce which wasnt even that nice chips were soggy and tasteless. £10 for a pizza the size of my hand. Will definitely not be returning ever. I hope this review stops many people from being scammed by their absolute disgusting prices. The only thing we actually enjoyed was the garlic mayo dip which was also the only bit of flavour the whole meal had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON MEN

Ordered from chunky chicken at just before 6 got delivery at 6.30, when this time elapsed I got told that they have no drivers, pardon me why are you accepting orders online when you can't fulfill this basic requirement I've tried calling the store on so many occasions for help but the phone doesn't get answered. So chunky chicken have gkf my £27 and I have no chicken Genuinely disgusted with firstly the flippant attitude of the first chunky chicken employee to say matter of factly we have no drivers and secondly to show zero customer service or show any empathy at all to my issue Avoid chunky chicken

Staff are rude and arrogant. Did not honour he deal they promoted. Waste of money as pizza is over prices and a tesco pizza thrown in the oven would do better and taste better. Waste of money. Will never come again.

Don't even bother trying to get a delivery from these guys. Put an order in. Its still not arrived and its over 30 minutes late with the app saying it's still being prepared. There's no one on deliveroo to cancel this order and no one is answering the phone. Utter shambles.

Used to be my favourite place to order thru just eat. After months went in personally and got the half platter with wings. Was disgusted with the quality as the chicken smelled bad and you could easy tell how old it was. Very disappointing ..

I am a regular in chunky chicken and am constantly made to feel welcome and valued as a customer. Big thank you to Asif for constantly going above and beyond to make my customer experience excellent! Also asian spicy pizza is supreme

I went there yesterday night and Ali provided me great service and great food👌🏼. Ali is an excellent worker and I’ll come back more because of him👍🏼 I won’t give it 5 stars as I think the prices are too high for the quality of the food.

May be food was fine or not but the guy at the front was not even trying to help or give some service. It seems like he got into fight with wife and then straight ce to work. I have been searching for some good fried chicken but definitely it's not the place...

Got 3 pizzas the same and owner/manager would not listen to me as he kept saying you dont get 3 toppings on the pizza. I kew that i had asked for one peperoni and 1 red onon other cheese. I got irrate as he wouldnt understand, i knew 1 topping per pizza was the deal so he hung up on me and everytime i tried phoning back to try and let him understand he just rejected my call over ten times. He just wouldnt listen. Its ashame as their is alot of bad reviews on this site for them and i understand why. Lets see if he answers tonight lol

Their peri peri was a fried fillet put ontop of a grill and the sauce was added on the grill. I didn't mind it didn't taste amazing just ok. My friends hated it though and said never again.. Maybe because we got there for 2/3am when we went I hope it's really nice in the day time because its prime location

Just bought pizza 12 inch so chunky pizza ....no taste ..prep of pizza was it professional and cheese ..chicken dough under Cooked unbelievable pizza ...going somewhere else decent pizza ...phoned the place ..give you something extra next time.. didn't offe anything alternative...lack off customer service.

Food was lovely, service was great, had my wee one with me so the staff member was kind enough to help me by taking the stuff out to the car for me. Food was fast even with us having a large order and place was welcoming, clean and tidy. Will definitely be back!

Service was nice but the sauces were horrendous sludge and they're so stingy on their sauces. You spend £20-30 on an order and they give you 3 sauce tubs filled 1/4 full that taste like cash and carry sludge mixed with water. The burger bread fell to pieces on the first couple of bites. Why eat out if they can't give you at least a decent meal with quality ingredients? We'll just cook at home in our air fryer and make our own sauce.

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive, phoned the restaurant who advised the order was on its way. The order didn’t arrive and when trying to contact the restaurant no one answered. Extremely poor service, avoid at all costs.

I use to be a regular here, But I will never be coming back. I waited around 10min, to be served and the staff just ignored me while playing on their phones. I suggest you hire new staff.

What a Amazing taste of peri Burger and chunky special pizza .Peri loaded fries are very yummy ❤️As well as Grill chicken wings are outclassed.Regulary trying them from long time.Staff as well polite.✌️

Peri peri fillet burgers are amazing and chicken platter with rice and chips is a wonderful product of them. Anyone reaching them should try these two amazing products. You will give them 10/10.

Food is lovely reasonably priced. Only issue is parking. Not had a bad meal from here yet. Well done guys keep it up.

Chunky chicken, nightmare for picking up orders at the weekend, parking is hit and miss. Live the staff friendly. When ever I deliver food from here I feel like announcing it's chunky 🐔... Currently under going renovation but still open will get some photos of new upgrades..

Tried their famous peri burger and it was very good. Would suggest them to make their burger bun a wee bit crispy as the bun was soggy and was not properly fitting on the burger. The taste was very good anyhow and it was beautiful. The price was not bad as well.

Absolutely vile food. Sent three pizzas with chicken on them when two out of three people that were eating are VEGETARIAN. chips were WET and mozzarella sticks were hard as nails. Don’t recommend as it’s absolutely DISGUSTING. spent £30+ On food and when we phoned to complain they ignored their phones
