Poor customer service, 1) I asked for my bed linen to be changed, never happened, 2) asked for a hair dryer, didn’t get it either 3) my room’s bins were never emptied in 4 days. Only their location to be highlighted. To be honest, I wouldn’t return to this hotel unless strictly necessary

Almost perfect experience. The room was in good condition although not as modern as some other Travelodges. Towels were plentiful, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious. The only problem was the water pressure in the showers was poor.

Room basic, but comfy. All Travelodge hotels need to change bathrooms as always smell as water escapes onto floor and leaves a damp smell. Was impressed with reception staff who double up as waitress for breakfast. Very chatty and bubbly. Great location, right in the centre of the city.

This was my first stay here but it will not be my last. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The facilities, tea and coffees, was nice addition. The breakfast was nice quality food and we all enjoyed it. It's in a great location for getting out and about to pubs, gigs or shopping if that's your thing.

A big budget hotel at the midst of Glasgow. Many nice restaurants and eateries are nearby. The Queen's station and the Central Station are just walkable distance. Close to George Square. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom is fine with basics. Breakfast is fine but with a few selections and items are hardly refilled. Wi-Fi is chargeable. Overall satisfactory

Great location, nice and clean room, lovely staff. We were able to leave our luggage after our check out for few ours which helped us a lot 😊

Pretty nice for the price we paid. The bed was extremely comfortable however there were so many stains on the carpets that made it impossible to walk around without shoes and also the shower curtain was useless and every shower ended in a flooded bathroom and water everywhere. There were also many loud plumbing noises all night so sleep was difficult. The staff, however, were very lovely and accommodating.

Great place for an overnight stay. Spotlessly clean, great location and views. Plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate provided in room. Comfortable bed and space. Not noisy.

We had a family room. It was OK. Bathroom was small but clean. The room seemed clean enough including the bedding however I found multiple hairs in the sheets. My guess is they got stuck in the previous wash as the sheets were definitely clean. Staff were lovely and location was perfect if you want to be in the city centre. Breakfast was decent enough for price.

My favourite hotel in Glasgow. It’s close to everything you want to do in Glasgow. The staff are amazing always making you feel welcome and happy to help you with anything. Rooms are always clean and the beds so so comfortable. I’ll be back soon ❤️

Great customer service. Our friends had an issue with there loo and they was moved to a super room and a complimentary breakfast. Our room not a super room (we are jealous) was clean and what we expected. Breakfast excellent 👌

The hotel is in a nice place in the city centre, next to the Museum of Modern Art. The room is neat, and breakfast down to earth, not particularly continental, but rather focussed and British. It was peaceful at the time of my visit at August. Suits for budget travelling.

Great for 1 overnight without any particular expectations. It's a room with a comfortable bed. Good staff, they are friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms, but very minimalistic nothing fancy. But, it's a travel lodge, so it's to be expected! It's a very good value!

OK, it's a Travelodge but if you just want a clean room and bed to sleep in then it's fine. Location was perfect, loads of restaurants within a few minutes walk, would recommend DeMaggios in Royal Exchange Square and Cafe Andaluz. Don't miss out on Duke of Wellington statue which has allegedly been 'Banksyed'

Was in a family room with 4 beds. Cheap but there was no moving space and there were no locks on the bathroom. Only 1 lift was working so we had to wait a long time to get the room. Excellent location but I wouldn't go back.

Great location, friendly staff but the actual hotel is very tired. The carpets are stained, the towels / bedding are clean but just look old. There's chips on the furniture, something was stuck to the desk. WiFi was pretty much pretty much impossible to log onto. I love a travelodge but this is probably the worst I've stayed in.

Centrally located and near pubs, so noise is expected. Staff were really kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and had what you needed from hair dryer to coffee machine and kettle. Mattress could be renewed and bring your own shampoo.

Thought we was going to have a lovely stay but we didn't we won't be returning. The room was very clean, staff was lovely but there is no respect from anyone in the other rooms. First night we stayed I was woken up multiple times by women next door screaming and banging on our walls and the second night we was woken up to other people banging on doors and music blasting. If you want a peaceful night sleep avoid this place

Very nice stay. Good and central. Bed was really comfortable! Staff were all very pleasant. Can't tell you if the food is any good, as we had to leave to catch the train. Would go again though!

It wasn't a bad experience. Cleaning not bad. Quiet. Excellent location. Very good customer services but I don't plan to stay more in any travelodge as you can't expect have made your bed or cleaning during your stay at least you are minimum three days.

The room I stayed in showed clear signs of lots of traffic on the carpet with stains all around the room edges. Apart from that, in general the bedding, bathroom and desk surfaces felt and looked clean. Small bar on-site with reasonable drinks prices, though the seating was functional and the area wasn't very relaxing with little ambiance. Breakfast (in the same space) was well stocked, well cooked and had the usual: cooked breakfast, cereal/s, fruit, yogurts and croissants. Location was excellent and the cost was really competitive at £52/night for a double bed n breakfast.

The rooms were a little small, and the bathroom felt very cramped. The service was friendly and helpful, and you can't beat being in Glasgow city center. Also found food prices were very high promoting us to dine outside the hotel.

Hard one this. Very good central location and a very reasonable price. Pretty much a usual Travelodge. However, we were unfortunate enough to have a strange noise coming and going, sounded like air in the pipe kind of thing, very annoying. Also, when it came to the bar and evening meals there seemed to be an insufficient amount of staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it seems like maybe a little more staff or organisation needed. A little critical maybe but generally recommended.

Excellent city centre location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and we slept well (9th floor). Rooms however are VERY basic and carpets/floors were dirty, including our bathroom. We were £200 for 2 nights due to a festival being held in the city. I would expect to pay half of that for what we got. An okay choice if you just need a base and somewhere to sleep for the night.

Room 902 is a wheelchair friendly room. With wet room and a nice view over the city. Very clean with comfy twin beds. Toiletries not included, but body and hair soaps in containers Tea/coffee facilities. A basic but adequate room. Buffet breakfast is very substantial upon payment. Close to all amenities. Friendly helpful staff Recommended.

Worth and affordable price. Large family rooms. Plenty of space for toddler crawling, walking around, and put our double buggy without folding it. Clean room and bathroom too. Travelodge always be my first option to check when I visit UK cities. Thank you!
