Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, a little noisy at night being by motorway but can't be helped. Lodge a little tired, outside windows especially needing a clean. Reasonable value for money overnight stay though.

Stayed in Room 83. At 11:20pm last night a guest entered our room. I couldnt sleep after that. Have complained. Worrying that a stranger could access our room, thankfully i wasnt staying on my own. But beyond the point. Concerning that the unassigned key could open our door. Lights were dodgy and chain wouldnt flush. Noisy at night due to location. Staff not at all bothered. I would personally pay that bit extra and stay somewhere nicer and more central as there isnt much about in terms of nightlife in that specific area. Room looked reasonably clean but woman at reception couldnt care less. I wouldnt come back to this branch of Travelodge and wouldnt reccomend as the area looks rather dodgy.

Extremely bad experience. There were bedbugs in beds and quilts, faces and bodies of my 2 year old son and 1 months old daughter were fully red, I made complaint on reception and receptionist asked me to revert in 5 minutes. I talk to manager but no one even bothered to contact again instead of changing the bedding. I advise people not to go to use travel lodge. It’s expensive with poor services.

Usual Travelodge, clean rooms, polite staff member, decent sized car park, and right next door to an amazing all you can eat buffet restaurant. πŸ˜‹

Great stay. Staff very helpful and kind. Room was immaculate. Very spacious and comfy. Only downside is the location is under a main road bridge that can get quite noisy during the night. Otherwise brilliant hotel and a lovely stay!

Very clean and good sized room with a nice en-suite bathroom. Friendly staff. Plenty of room to park for free. Superb value. Excellent location for a short stroll across the squiggly footbridge into Glasgow. The area around the car park could do with a clean up as there was a lot of litter making it look quite scruffy.

Great location close to the M8 motorway, lots of places to eat, and the SEC conference centre is a 20 minute walk away - where I had meetings. Bed was comfortable, excellent powerful shower and though the motorway is nearby I couldn’t hear the traffic with the window shut.

Really good prices. Very close to city centre. Shops/take away/restaurants within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but very comfortable. Clean and spacious. Great for the price.

Travelodge are no more a very economic option, like they used to be, but I booked it still as I was late for hotel search and nothing else was available, and I wasn't much familiar about the area... I paid Β£149 for a night, and discovered that it was quite an old Travelodge.. Staff was certainly good, but the area was a bit too dodgy .. Our Room was nice n big but bath had black mould and bathroom was dusty. I won't stay in this Travelodge again, not even at fraction of the price I paid.

From start to finish, great. Booked very last minute, and it was very reasonably priced. The guy at the counter when we arrived was lovely, the woman on the desk next morning was also lovely. Room was very clean amd tidy. Our room overlooked some road but that's alright. Booked breakfast too, which is some kind of box to go, and it contained Corn Flakes, Milk, Orange juice, Pain au chocolate and a flapjack. It too was actually okay. Lovely stay all together, will probably be back.

I slept OK, A little disappointed the shower and in room kettle didn't work. Which is the last thing you need when you have just worked and night shift and just want to wash iron fillings off your body and hair. But the staff was friendly and I have stayed here before so kinda new what to expect. But there was space unlike the other hotels in the area.

Stayed here for one night, it was relatively cheap. The room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of space to put your belongings. The bed was very clean, comfy and cosy, there was also extra pillows on top of the dresser if you need more than one/two pillows. Location wise it isn't great, you are at least a 30-35 minute walk into the city centre which isn't ideal. There is a retail park about a 10 minute walk from the hotel which is handy if you need to grab a bite to eat.

The soap in our room ran out and we couldn't find anyone to ask for some more as it was kinda late when it happened (we had been at a gig at the hydro). There was also no hairdryer in the room, and couldn't find anyone to ask either, as no one seemed to be on reception at night. Was a pretty disappointing stay, the only thing that was good about it was it was kinda close to the hydro

Entered the hotel, and the manageress (unsure of her name) was arguing with a guest whilst he was querying why his room was not cleaned after 4 days. For a manageress to be behaving like this is truly unprofessional and i would not be recommending nor booking this hotel.

Very rude staff. Hotel is dirty, and they don't clean your rooms. Kirsty menager - extremely, extremly rude. Customer service doesn't exist. Receptionist don't want to ask or even help with anything. They speak with customer not in a nice way. Not recommended at all. Avoid - they are better options around for the same price. You know what you get for price, but being polite and having good customer service cost nothing. I was very nice to them but they treat you really badly.

Good price basic standard room. Linen problem sorted promptly. Friendly staff. A bit noisy by motorway Bridge but worth it for central location hot nights meant we needed windows open. . Free parking a bonus. Thank you.

Only about a mile out of the centre so ideally placed for sightseeing. We were doing a 2 night stay in Glasgow so didn't want to be worrying about driving once we got here. They have their own car park out front so once we arrived and unpacked, we could walk everywhere we needed. It's clean and the staff are pleasant so we couldn't ask for more.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Staff are above and beyond when it comes to service. Hotel is well managed and looked after with someone always present at reception. My room was brilliantly cleaned, aired out and smelled great at check in. Thank you to everyone

The rooms were decent, and clean when we arrived. Not a fan of the lack of a bolt or chain or something to stop children from opening the door to leave the room. An issue when travelling with fast in their feet toddlers! Additionally did not like the lack of a lock on the toilet door. From 6am-7am we could hear the room above us walking around exceptionally loudly, the rooms are very much not sound proof and you can definitely hear your neighbours. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, definitely the redeeming factor for here.

Good size family room... enough to accommodate up to 4 people. Free parking too.

Staff really friendly.. But the room absolutely stunk of cooking oil or something similar. I've had to wash everything I had in the room with me

Fine we motel. When I got to my room I discovered it stank heavily of sweat! So much so that I had to have the window open the whole time in December. The place is next to a motor way. Breakfast box is way over priced! I was just a bit disappointed. Also, I expected better WiFi speeds if its not for free. 5 mbps in this day and age is poor. Bed is good though. πŸ‘

Good clean no complaints it did get cold in night and the air vent under window let in a cold draft the single electric heater kept turning itself back down after I turned it up. Not a complaint just an observation that would of made our stay more comfortable.

Although the facilities are very old we would recommend this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The car park is very dirty and full of litter, it also fills up fast as it is shared with the neighbouring restaurants.
