I only went there for desserts and coffee. I wasn't impressed with their brownie and blondie as they were solid rock. It tasted as if it's been out for a week. The Mocha was good but the Pistachio Cappuccino my wife had tasted too sickly sweet. I honestly think the price is too steep for the quality as I expected much better for what I paid for. Definitely not worth 15quid! We've been to plenty of cafes around Glasgow for the same price but far better quality. Maybe the food is better but I wouldn't recommend their desserts which is the reason I give it a 2 star rating.

Works so easy with ordering and paying in the app. Service was quick and polite. My jacket potato was huge and very tasty. Biggest cafe latte ever seen. Interior is very cozy upstairs.

We were living in an apartment directly opposite the cafe. It was perfect for breakfast. Filled rolls were excellent as was coffee .Prices were reasonable. On a nice weekend, we were able to sit outside.

Burrito was fab, perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside, layered nicely inside. Breakfast was fab also, nice amount and fresh. Nice atmosphere, relaxed, friendly staff, nice environment and experience.

I’ve been coming here for ages and the food & staff are nice. A bit overpriced, but understandable for an Internet Cafe as people come here to study/work. So it’d be worth paying the extra IF it weren’t for the fact that they make it impossible to concentrate by BLASTING the music at a volume you would expect from a late night bar.

Located in the center of Glasgow city and close to University of Strathclyde and City Of Glasgow College City Campus, where students can enjoy the services till 9 pm in the weekend where the libraries shut at 6 or sometimes closed. Really greatly services been served and an easy app to order just right where sitting you don’t have to stand and wait for queue. There are outside seats where you may enjoy the weather when it’s sunny and cloudy or may just dine in the 1st floor where it’s more quite and pleasant for study. Good food for all meal breakfast, lunch and dinner. For dessert myself will go for Pancakes or waffles with Nutella n banana slices.

Comfy and nice. The best part is they were super allergy conscious! The menu lets you know exactly what common allergens are in each item. Good coffee and flapjacks.

Lovely seats out front and nice decor inside, however I was really disappointed with everything else, sadly. Seats out front always look lovely so thought I'd try here for the first time. Menu had lots of options. I ordered a Mocha to drink - and I can honestly say it was like warm sweet milk. Couldn't taste any coffee, nor chocolate and its was quite pale in colour (see pics) maybe the person who made it is new and needs more barista training? Then someone came out with our food both dishes on the tray and she just popped my partner's food and table and just walked away with mine - didn't even ask to see if we needed anything or if we were waiting on anything else literally just walked away - it was quite funny to be honest. After 2 mins she came back with my food and again just put it down didn't ask if needed anything. I ordered scrambled eggs on a bagel. It came all separate so you had to build it yourself (not necessarily a problem, just found it weird) there was butter on the plate to spread the bagel but no knife, the butter was also melted liquid so the knife didn't matter anyway hahah. There was no salt or pepper so my eggs were pretty bland. The whole experience just became comedic really. Gave my partner and I a good laugh. But yeah don't think I'll come back. More training customer service and barista required on your part iCafe

Not the cheapest place around, but you get what you pay for. My mocha was perfect. The menu is big and varied. I ordered a wrap, it was delicious and very filling. The service was good and friendly, the staff did check backs and cleared my table. Plenty of seats inside and out too, overall really nice establishment!

An incredible experience, the food was to die for. The Devil's Food Cake was delicious and chocolatey, the moisture was still oozing from it. The raspberry mocha topped with Cream and Raspberry shavings and chocolate shavings was aromatic. Then comes the Burrito looking worth more than £7.75 the flavours were mind-blowing, the spiciness being cut down by the sour cream and the cheddar topped with some sriracha sauce. I'd recommend the service, and props to Jamie in the kitchen, he cooks his heart out and the staff are lovely.

Plus: Very nice deco. A coffee shop with style. Nice area, close to George square Lots of outside seating area. Clean shop. Friendly staf. Minus : 4 £ BLT sandwich average to low taste wise and ingridients wise Waitor got the coffee order wrong asked for double espresso , got fredo espresso. Even the delivered fredo espresso was average

The vegan hot chocolate with coconut milk is worth a try (no pics, but it would have just showed one of their take-out paper cups). Engaging customer service. Sitting in is okay. They have an area upstairs but it's not the cleanest. Would make great atmosphere if it was. Good street parking access after 6pm - lucky enough and you'll be right outside the shop.

I visited this cafe, this evening, found all track and trace in place, staff all wearing masks. The staff were very polite and very helpful, you pay ( by card) at the counter and the staff bring your items to you. I had a hot chocolate, others had chilled drinks and cake and ice cream. Found the cafe, very clean and tidy... would I visit again.. yes 100%, would I recommend, again its a 100% yes.

Fully halal. Went for the first time and found it a bit confusing at first. Staff was nice in explaining that menus are on tables and when ready to order you just take ur table number and place your order at the till. I got a peri peri chicken wrap which came quite fast and was hot. It was extremely filling after just the first few bites- was a really big struggle to try finish it all. Also got a milkshake which was okay but nothing special- it was quite watery. Food was nice overall. Pricing was reasonable too.

The cafe is overall good - healthier vegan/vegetarian options. The veggie burrito is really nice! Loved the mocha and cappuccino. Minus one star for staff/service.

We usually come here for food but it was disappointing today. I ordered my usual panini for takeout and was asked if I wanted it heated, which I said yes to. This guy worker gave me a panini that was not heated and the waiting time was long. Not sure if the worker is new, as he also didn’t know how to cut a panini. I also ordered a latte for takeout and the cup was half filled with cream, for the price I expected more latte and less cream. Disappointed this time, will come back again as it is one of my favourite coffee shops in Glasgow, hoping that it will be better.

Really large selection of vegan drinks and food. Would highly recommend the oat pistachio hot chocolate. Staff are friendly and helpful. For somewhere called iCafe, there is a notable lack off plug outlets, at leats downstairs. It can get quite busy so you may not be able to get a table depending on the time of day.

Popped in around lunchtime. Very relaxed atmosphere inside. Staff are attentive and friendly. My coffee and a filled breakfast roll was reasonably priced as well. Worth a visit if you're in the Merchant City

Went to merchant city icafe and wasn't sure what i wanted so was recommended a shake which was made professionally on 2 separate occasions, one being from Stewart who served me with great enthusiasm. Also the girl with ginger hair was courteous and very welcoming as i spent my time "trying to" study.

Love the place it's perfect for studying and printing. And it's really nice seating outdoors when the weather is nice. Also, many Greek people are visiting it and it serves a really nice fredo! However, one huge problem for me is the heating. It's so cold especially upstairs. There is a window which doesn't close as well as a door that makes you feel like being outside. And no heating. This makes me sceptical if I will keep visiting. Put some insulation or air-conditioning. Especially near the toilets and the computers is freezing.

Good coffee, food and service. There are two levels. You first order and pay at ground level and choose to take out or sit inside. The helpful staff bring your coffee and food to the table if sitting inside. There are clean toilets on the second level. There is also a room on the second level that can be rented for meetings or small presentations. The booths in the center of the second level have power outlets. There are 3 high speed WiFi networks for regular customers. I highly recommend this cafe.

This is my go-to coffee shop in Glasgow. Conveniently beside Strathclyde uni and central Glasgow. Wanna study, have friends or just chillin. Amazing and friendly staff, who I can call friends, and coffee that hit the spot ??. I just love this place.

Really cool cafe with a spot on menu. Good food and nice independent brand snacks available. The coffee is lovely and they have a long list of flavoured syrups that can be added to any hot drink for 50p extra. Try a Cappuccino with cinnamon! The staff were friendly, and say cheerful when you leave which is nice. For all this, it isn't any more expensive than the hundred other coffee shops/cafes around Glasgow!

The Menu is good except for the soup, which is awful. The staff and the atmosphere are the worst. Whenever you are trying to order something, they stare awkwardly at you and make you feel out of place. The music is so loud for people to concentrate on anything. Will not be back there at all.

The menu here is really inventive and I'll be honest I found it very hard to decide because I wanted just about everything. I ended up choosing the Nutella cappuccino and it was delicious although it was a bit much for me personally. Certainly not your run of the mill coffee shop. Give it a try
