I don't think I have ever experienced worse customer service and just general ineptitude than I have with dealing with this company. I would advise any expectant parent to avoid this company like the plague, find the product you want and cut out the middleman ordering it direct from the manufacturer, it will save you a lot of time and stress I'm sure. We ordered a twin pram to arrive in October but it never appeared and we were faced with endless excuses and reasons that it wasn't arriving that seemed to change all the time. New dates kept being promised then those dates passed one by one. When eventually getting to the the much anticipated actual day of receiving something pram related, almost a month later (with a paltry refund for not having a pram for a month and being housebound with our twins for the entirety of my paternity leave) I went in to collect a pram (not in the colour we ordered as this was not our pram but one meant for their display — but we were passed caring about the colour at this point and just wanted to take our twins outside) to bring home to assemble and, lo and behold, found a multitude of parts missing for the second cot section. When phoning to ask about these missing parts (after getting passed the usual hour waiting on hold) it turned out that they didn't just forget to give us these parts but they had not been delivered and did not exist. After another round of back and forth to try and get these missing parts our original pram we ordered then miraculously appeared at the shop and once it was delivered it was surprisingly all present and correct and the saga concluded.

The reviews in here fall into two categories: 1) real reviews with the common experience that items ordered were outrageously late or that routine matters like warranty repairs were not dealt with professionally, and 2) grudgingly positive reviews, all with the same structure and recurring minor language peculiarities (like a fingerprint). This is what happens when more effort is put into drowning out negative reviews with over the top positive ones, rather than fixing their ordering/delivery/warranty issues. Despite this, they still have a low 3-star rating. Think I'll go elsewhere.

Would never ever recommend anyone to go here! Ordered my car seats at the start of may to be told it would take 2 weeks max for them to arrive phoned up 2 weeks ago to be told they would be in Friday the 12th June , phoned up on Friday to be told whoever told me they would be there on Friday should not have told me that then we have been phoning daily from Friday until today Thursday 18th June 2020 my car seats are still not there I have waited all day for a call back from the manager that needless to say has still not happened. Not to mention the amount of times myself my mum my partner and my step dad tried to get threw daily to either be hung up on or not get threw at all! Absolute disgrace !!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 2 months for my item to arrive after being told 1-2 weeks. When it finally arrived, I only found out after phoning them myself. When I pointed this out I was told that they had already phoned, my phone "clearly isn't set up to receive voicemails". I was also "highly recommended that I check my missed calls"- something i did- without surprise not a single call from the pram centre. "BUT A DID!" Absolute joke of a place. If the bedding was for my own child it would have been returned! Not even a single apology for the amount of time we've had to wait for this gift! Service not even worthy of 1 star!

Shaun completed my delivery of a Cot Bed, dresser, chair, pram and car seat and did a fantastic job. Carried the items in with care and made sure not to all hit the walls whilst coming into the flat. I'm in a 4th floor flat with no lift so Shaun had to carry everything up the stairs and didn't complain once. At the end of the delivery he went through everything to make sure nothing had been missed. Would definitely recommend a delivery from Glasgow Pram Centre when people like Shaun work for them

Visited yesterday to buy a pram unfortunately we left with nothing due to the horrific service. Not one single staff member approached us to ask if we needed help, they were more interested standing talking to each other. When we first arrived to the store the staff walked past us without saying Hi or even a smile I really have never experienced anything like it. No wonder the store was empty!

Absolutely disgusting service , I placed my order back in June of this year as my baby is due in November , to be told the manage my order would be in mid September . I left this a couple of weeks as I understand they are busy . Called again start of October to be told order would be in the following week , which I was happy about , to then receive a further phone call the following day to say the order I have paid for is now discontinued . I explained I would like a refund but to keep cradle as order to be told you have been refunded the full amount so the cradle is no longer yours until you pay the £315 again as they refunded £600! I then waited 1 week to be advised by pay pal that GLASGOW PRAM CENTRR did put in a request to refund money BUT instead they did not have enough funds in there pay pal account to cover the amount . There was also many more money transactions totalling a further £96 that was missing from the previous refund . With 5 weeks to go till my unborn child is here . Needless to say the service & manner from the staff members is beyond words . I will not shop at the pram Centre again and certainly will not be recommending this service either .

We travelled from Edinburgh to visit here on great recommendations from friends and family. We were amazed by the selection of prams and other baby equipment they had to offer. Never seen anything like it. We had a brilliant experience and would say it is the best place to go if you are looking for a pram, etc. The staff couldn't be more helpful and it is so handy being able to test out so many prams before parting with your money. We had a minor issue with the stroller we purchased some months later and contacted the pram centre not expecting much but they couldn't have been more helpful (Sandra was great) and resolved our issue without any problem.

Acc C951959 All the staff really really friendly. Everything super easy. Shaun the delivery driver was brilliant as well. Told me he could put it wherever I needed it as it was heavy which at 34 weeks pregnant is really appreciated thank you. Just need to get it all set up now.

We visited Glasgow branch and shop looked busy. Good selection of baby stuff and prams. We been served by Nicola and I must to say she made company proud. Excellent knowledge of prams, patience of an angel. Very helpful. I spend ages looking and comparing prams , she took time explaining and showing us everything. 10 out or 10 service!

I was very nervous about ordering online from here as the pram was £100 cheaper than anywhere else and it seemed too good to be true. I had never heard of this website before and too far away to go to the shop. But everything was perfect. Fast delivery, no faults with pram. Overall great experience, I would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience at Pram Centre in Glasgow. They stock a huge range of car seats, pretty much all brands you could every want and they're all available to view in store. We had done our research and decided we wanted an Axkid One2 for our baby but wanted to see it in our car before buying one and weren't sure where to go locally. The staff at Pram Centre showed us the Axkid One2 in person, demonstrated how to use it and get a good fit and then asked us to bring our car down to the front doors so they could test fit it for us, to see if it would be suitable for our car, as we had concerns about front legroom with it fitted. Additionally they talked us through other options and asked us about our baby's size and weight, what we want from a seat etc. I was really impressed with how much detail they went into and how much they knew and we were very grateful that they did a no obligation test fit in our actual car. The staff were so kind and friendly and lovely with our baby too. We also ended up buying a new stroller while we were there too and they were very honest about their lead times, as we chose one they needed to order in. Honestly wish we'd found this store sooner, it's literally the biggest baby store I've ever seen and the staff are so knowledgable and kind and not at all pushy. Can't wait to go back and buy our car seat once our baby is bigger! 😊

We visited glasgow pram centre today, 22/09/2019 to buy a pram for our first child. As first time parents we were a bit unsure however eilidh helped us and advised us with the silver cross range. Eilidh was very knowledgable and gave us a demo of our new pram :-) great service.

Service is so poor here & sadly it’s not been a one off.. Bought car seat from here and when it came to picking it up no one was able to help set it up. As new parents this would have been a nice gesture. Alternatively we were told we could wait for an hr and a half for someone to help. On another trip I went in looking for a stroller and after explaining I was travelling was told I’d left it too late. Which is fair enough but their willingness to help was next to none. Left to look at strollers myself again not having a clue how most of them fold up etc. Just overall felt as though they didn’t care. It’s a great store with lots of choice but that’s about it, might as well not have any staff in

Amy was a great help in choosing a car seat! She took the time to show me different car seats and once I chose one, showed me how to install it in my car and even fitted it for me. She was full of knowledge and was able answer any questions I had. Wouldn't go anywhere else! :D

It was a one stop shop for us as Hannah looked after my wife and I to ensure we got everything we needed including pram travel system with isofix base, cot, mattress, next to me, bedroom furniture and hannah even knew the name if the paint on the walls that we admired. Hannah also showed us how everything worked - she is a credit to the company.

Would not recommend at all! Appalling customer service, myself and my mum purchased my Pram from here a few months ago and we didn’t want black wheels at all so we were told we could purchase a set of white wheels for an extra £20 charge. Fast forward to now they have only ordered one white wheel and expect my mum to now pay £60 for another 3 wheels when we were told different. Shocking!

I’ve never written a review before which probably highlights how badly I felt after leaving this shop. Really disappointed with the service when I went to collect my items the staff were very abrupt and rude. I hadn’t received any updates on my order until 2 weeks before my due date despite the fact I had ordered it months ago and had already paid in full. To top it off they wouldn’t even let me use the toilet as apparently they have no way of keeping it clean during coronavirus... Ridiculous to deny a 9month pregnant woman use of a toilet especially after the amount of money I had spent in the place. Totally unacceptable and would not recommend a visit if you are heavily pregnant.

Came into the shop with my husband and my mum to have a look to get a few ideas on our new arrival. I didn't know what I wanted at all as this was all new to me. I was then served by a very helpful girls Abbie and Julie. Abbie helped with the pram and Julie helped with the Cots. both girls product knowledge was amazing they were able to answer every one of my question. I was only going in for a look and ended up purchasing everything that we need for baby. Roll on Feb 2021

If I could I wouldnt even give them one star, customer service is an absolute joke, myself and partner ordered our babys furniture online in 31st July, we got told that all of my babys furniture would be her mid September which was great cause I'm 8 months pregnant but on the 16th September i got a phone call to say that my babys drawer furniture was there but the wardrobe wont come till the end of October and my babys cot will be coming in sometime November but no guarantee when I'm due to give birth, when we asked what the problem was all we got was excuses and said we can order something else but not guarantee it wont take another 12 weeks, we got no apology and it was like we had to like it ot lump it and had no other choice, when we picked up our pram also me and my partner was waiting outside for them to bring the stuff out the guy said to us that to come back in store and help them lift the boxes and didnt care I'm 8 months pregnant definitely dont recommend this store and wont be buying anything from them again

Just overall terrible! Customer service is absoloutly shocking! Do not care about the customer, obviously just after the money. No updates, no honesty, quick to end the phone call, just keep fobbing you off with the excuse of the pandemic. If that was the case I wouldn't have recieved any of my other pre orders from other companies who have been fabulous. 4 weeks till baby arrives and still no sign of the cot we ordered all the way back in June!!

Visited the Glasgow Pram Centre on the 10/06/2023 just to have a look at prams. In under 10 minutes we purchased a pram that myself and 2 of my daughters found and all fell in love with . The sales staff were ever so helpful and the sale went very smoothly . We even had help from the warehouse guys to take the pram and load it into our car. A very easy and trouble free purchase thanks to all involved especially our salesperson Lyn.

Purchased a new egg pram yesterday. My daughter visited several pram suppliers including John Lewis. Without doubt the reason she decided to choose Glasgow Pram Centre was the help and assistance of Ava. She was so patient in explaining how everything worked and was able to answer all questions. Ava was very knowledgeable and was so friendly without any pushy sales. Highly recommend speaking to Ava if you need any assistance.

We had a fantastic experience whilst purchasing our pram. Elizabeth took the time to answer all the questions from ourselves and grandparents. Even when we left and came back a few days later she remembered us and even the colour of pram we were looking at originally. I highly recommend the pram centre and the outstanding service they provide. C952430

I am a first time mum and went to The Glasgow Pram Centre to talk all things Pram. Firstly Eilidh( apologies if spelling is wrong) put us at ease. I was looking at Silvercross and she was great showing all the features of the new Dune and Reef products. We got to try them out and all features were explained. We went for the bundle and arranged delivery everything was easy and the team were so accommodating. I was given a beautiful gift box for my new baby from Silvercross which was such a treat, but then unexpectedly today i received a phone call. Happy Easter you are our winner and we are refunding you the pram bundle. Things like this just don't happen to me. What made it even better was how lovely and excited the team at The Glasgow Pram centre were for me on winning. It was an unexpected surprise but i really could not recommend them enough. Amazing experience.

Myself my partner and my mother were at The Pram Centre on Sunday 4th June to get a pram for our son, who will join us late September early October. The staff were ever so helpful. Alyssa the young assistant was extremely helpful and courteous. Claire the Manager again was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All round professional. Claire went into great detail with us about the pram we had chosen. I have to say that The Pram Centre is so lucky to have such genuinely nice and totally professional staff and with Claire at the helm, an added bonus. I'll finish by saying, if you are looking for a pram or such, this is the place to go.

I would 100% recommend the pram centre to anyone looking for prams and car seats. I purchased my pram in store, the staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Myself & my partner were given demonstrations of how to fold different prams and advise on the best car seats. When my pram order came into store a couple months later I contacted them and it was dispatched within an hour, which I received notification of, and any questions I had were instantly resolved via a quick phone call to Lyn. Thank you so much for making my pram shopping experience so fun Pram Centre 🤩

C953789 Great experience visiting Glasgow Pram Centre today. Arrived mid-day, the store has a large car park which had a lot of available spaces and just a short stroll to the large bright welcoming store. It was busy but as the store is spacious you did not feel crowded. A very pleasant shopping experience. We were approached by Claire as we were having a look around after a few questions regarding lifestyle, Claire made a few suggestions, she gave us a full demonstration of the product we were looking at and explained the features and benefits. She also recommend we have a look around the store and select others that we liked and she would demonstrate and compare to find the best and most suitable. Very relaxing, well informed, fantastic service and not pushed into purchasing. The service was so good we did not choose to buy elsewhere. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great range and choice of prams and nursery furniture with accessories and lots more. Well worth the visit. Thanks Claire for your help and advice. Very much appreciated.

Elizabeth was amazing at helping me pick out my pram for my first baby. There are so many prams to look at when you first walk in and it can be a little overwhelming to find the perfect one but Elizabeth took time and patience to show me and my mum and dad a pram that was perfect for me. We visited the pram centre this weekend to finally choose a pram. We had been in a few times but hadn't fully decided but today was the day! It was a very warm day outside, the pram centre was extremely warm but staff were aware of this and were keeping the place as cool as possible. I was given a cold bottle of water as well which was needed! There were lots of staff available to ask questions. A few girls answered our questions about different prams but Keira was with us for the longest. She was able to answer questions about the pram and also tried her best to price match the pram to another website we had found online. We were really pleased to have managed to get a price match and then a further reduction. We love the pram and can't wait for it to arrive in store for collection. We were advised that staff will help us fit the car seat that day as well which is amazing. Thank you!

Wouldnt order or buy from this shop ever again i ordered furniture around 2 months ago told it would delivered 12th of October when my partner phoned for an update they said it was coming on Thursday? no one had called to tell us this change in delivery our carpet wasnt getting fitted until saturday a few days before the furniture was due. I then received another phone call the following day to say the furniture wouldnt be arriving until approx the 10th of November no apology or explaination why. After reading a lot of reviews on their website this seems to be a reoccuring theme! Why take orders you cant fulfill?

MIL bought baby's pram from here, when I eventually got baby out in the pram he was 6 days old and the wheel came off, you can imagine my horror luckily my baby was fine , went to the pram centre they had the wheel inspected said there was nothing wrong with it.. pretty sure wheels don't just fall off but ok so they gave me a different set of wheels not the same ones I had before thankfully but this place is a joke, rude as hell staff and no remorse what so ever, would avoid completely!

Fantastic experience at Glasgow Pram Centre. Great attention from Hannah who was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect pram and nursery range. Delivery was prompt and Keith did a great job getting up into her top floor bedroom. We had problem with a wrong part with the changing chest of drawers but problem was quickly rectified. Overall would very much recommend a trip down especially those first-time parents like ourselves!

Great choices within the store and staff very friendly. Came in again today for the third time and Stacey really was great. Yes there's some work getting done on the inside of the store to make it bigger and better but it didn't take away from our experience. Only tiny negative is I'm wondering if there's a problem with the phone line at the moment as did take 25 minutes to get through to someone

From the purchase of our stroller (Oyster Zero bundle) 2 years ago when everything went smoothly with great advice on extra items (carrycot fixation etc...). We had an unfortunate incident at the airport, breaking the fixation of the hood of the stroller, making it less useful with autumn coming. Kerry has been super fast and efficient is finding us a solution. As a result the hood is now back home, fully repaired, and I can only recommend highly Kerry and the rest of the team! Thanks again

I’m due at the end of November. I placed an order for a pram in June and asked for it to be kept until nearer due date and was told they’d give me a phone call 6 weeks until due date to let us know it was available to be picked up. 6 weeks to due date - no phone call so phoned up to ask about it and they rudely said “you were told 3 weeks before due date” I knew this wasn’t true so I asked if this could be brought forward which didn’t seem to be an issue and they said they’d phone me as soon as it was in. 3 weeks later still no phone call so phoned up again and it was already in and waiting. Also placed an order in August for bedroom furniture. Was given a delivery date of the start of October. Less than a week later I got a phone call to say the girl made a mistake and it wouldn’t be available until start of November. So phoned today (4/11) to check on it to be told “you were told the end of November” to which I challenged as I was being told lies again! She said there was a note on the system to say someone had been in contact with me and I told the woman I was due at the end of November so wouldn’t have accepted the furniture coming at the same time. She ended up getting it in for the next week in the space of 5 minutes funnily enough. Appalling customer service, there was no urgency to try and rectify the situation or even offer any advice or alternative. They are so unprofessional in store also, I ended up going in to store to cancel furniture order and get a refund as we were not confident the furniture would ever come in time and was met with 4 girls standing chatting - not one greeted us and they continued to talk to each other about having their hair done as we just stood and waited. The only star is given as the shop is nice and big with lots of stock and for the polite woman on the desk who processed the refund, even the men working at the pick up point were door faced!! Thankfully ended up ordering and picking up the same furniture set on the same day from somewhere in Falkirk! I wish I had read reviews on the place before travelling all the way through. Seems to be a running theme here by reading the other reviews being told one thing and then another, constant delays in deliveries. I could go on and on with stories from friends!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Cant say I enjoyed my experience here in the pram shop. We made an appointment on the website and it stated that someone would show us around. There was noone on the shop floor and then when one person did show up it was to say they were going for thier brake. I had to go up to someone that seemed to be out of the way and ask for advice and prices of a bugaboo I was interested in. She never demonstrated anything and when I asked about a car seat she told me instead of showing me. I was so excited to go here but was hugely disappointed. This is just my experience, yours could be diffrent but to be honest I dont see how they are still in business if they don't show interest in the costumers or even show you how to fold a pram.

Have used the pram centre twice now for our pram then our next size car seat an by chance it was stacey who helped us both times, she was so friendly really informative and answered any questions we had, as im an anxious person i was worried on where to start with a car seat she really made me feel comfortable with her advice and knowledge. All staff were very friendly and interacted with my baby an made us feel welcome even with all the restrictions currently in place! Cant thank stacey enough for all her help! Later that night i noticed on my receipt we hadn't been given the 10% discount offered on the car seat we purchased, i emailed the pram center who replied the next morning i was given the refund later that day! From what was an honest mistake, i was really impressed with how fast and efficient it was dealt with and in a really positive friendly manner! also the warehouse staff were very efficient and helpful offering to recycle the box for us, which was a great help as it fit better in car without it and at home our recycle bin is always full! Will definitely be using them again and recommending to everyone! Thanks again pramcentre!

Excellent customer service, a big thank you to eilidh who looked after us, and demonstrated all aspects of 3 in 1 travel system which we purchased, also advised us on warranty and best time to receive our order, and if the pram was on sale it would be honoured a big thank you eilidh

So we ordered a space saver cot last year for my grandson being born in May 2020 the cot was to be delivered the beginning of May 2002 come middle of June and still not delivered.. My mother made a phone call to question why the cot hasn't been delivered. A week later the cot was delivered with the ring mattress so they sent some one out with what was supposed to be the correct mattress which again its the wrong one.. Weeks later still no mattress to fit the cot... Absoulte joke of a company my grandson is now 5months old and still no mattress... You should be ashamed of yourselves.. My mother ordered this and your lucky I live in england or I would be there demanding my money back... But uts totally out of my control..... Avoid this place and run for the hills there absolutely useless

We went up for a browse and fell in love with so many amazing prams! We bought our egg pram last weekend and it is absolute stunning! Can’t wait to get our baby boy in it! Staff were so helpful showing us how to fold away the prams and answered all our questions! We also got a free bag with little pens, trolley coins, window sun shields and a wee white bunny teddy!! Little personal touches like this make your experience so much better, especially for a first time mum! Such a great experience! Also we will be returning to buy our nursery furniture as they are just stunning!!

Went to the shop today with my daughter to order her pram. To say I was disapointed would be an understatement, We had the first appointment of the day 10am. When entering the store we where told the staff would be out on the floor within 5 mins to help with any enquires, 10 mins went by no sales staff to be seen on the floor. We decided to go down to look at the cots and nursery furniture, thought we may as well order it as well while we where there. Eventually around 20 mins later 1 sales assistant comes down, didn't seem interested in asking if we needed help with anything to point us in the right direction of anything we where looking for. So then went back up to the prams after waiting and waiting we had to go and look for sales assistant for help, when she eventually came round to us she answered one question then left us again. Decided to go to the front desk for help the staff there where as bad as the ones on the floor, more interested on the phones than the costumers in the store. I left the sheets I was planning on getting on the counter and told them that this store is a joke and I would not be back.

Poor aftersales service. I have a faulty car seat base. Two calls not answered. An hour on hold before being sent to voicemail despite the website saying the helpline was open. Multiple emails over the last week. No response whatsoever.

Would give zero stars if that were an option. My pram has had numerous faults, I'm on my 3rd chassis and the 4th one arrived scratched and with the same fault already visible (wheels chewed internally by brake pin). There have been numerous other faults also. Completely ignoring my consumer rights and are refusing to offer a refund. Going to mediation if they agree, or court.

I went with my daughter and her partner to the Glasgow Pram Centre two days ago. We were a bit overwhelmed before this visit as there are so many prams to choose from. However, we all left feeling much more confident in our knowledge. This was completely down to the fantastic customer service given by Julie. She is very professional in her knowledge about all the different products and has a pleasant manner. We must have been in the shop for at least an hour and a half and she explained in detail the pros and cons of all the prams. She was very patient - answering our questions and writing down information for us. We will be back.

Have always had a good experience here. Just ordered our new car seat on store the other day. Bit annoying that there's a few weeks wait on it, but we knew that might be the case so have tried to order in advance. Eilidh (I think!) was great showing us the different seats and their functions while we were choosing, and wasn't pushy when we said we weren't looking to buy that day. Our wee 1 year old clearly liked her a lot too, grinning away as he was plonked in all manner of seats! We bought our buggy online from them last year after much trying and advice in the shop. It arrived earlier than predicted, when we for once wanted a slow delivery time due to having ordered really early! An absolutely fantastic range of prams, soo useful to have. Acc C931146.

We received great advice from Julie when we visited the pram centre last week. She was so helpful to me and my husband who are complete novices when it comes to pram shopping. Julie really put our minds at ease and offered lots of tips that we wouldn’t otherwise have known. I’d highly recommend the pram centre for people who aren’t sure where to start as there are so many types of prams to get a feel of. We walked out feeling so much more confident and now know exactly what we want with the help of the assistance we received here. Thank you so much!

🫤 Disappointed in the staff. There was a lady who had just bought kick scooters for her children. It's only by trying it for a few seconds in store that they discovered the item had the wrong height. The staff refused to take it back even though it was obvious the item was faulty from the start. Staff...

😠 I always had a great experience with the NEXT store in Edinburgh at the St James quarter. However, it wasn't the case in this store as the customer service was terrible.
