Staff are great and can't complain about them but the security is worrying, whoever is in charge of the regular guy needs to look at removing him and finding someone that won't chase the wrong person or follow people round the store asking them if they paid after knowing full well they did because he watched them pay while he followed, security like that are what destroys the shops image, him taking a photo of the wrong person and taking any sort of details from the wrong person is false imprisonment as its a illegal act of detainment, instead of him showing the public the door I think it's best the guard is shown it. Waste of space and money.

Nice and spacious shopping store, sales on-going for certain items, both for ladies, kids and men.

I went in here and wish I hadn't, the security guy followed me around constantly while he was pretending to be fixing clothes on the rails, when I stared back at him he started making out he was looking at someone else then at one point I was right beside him and he never seen me until I said can you move and let me see the things that I came in to buy!!!. I get there's alot of shoplifters on the go but c'mon I'm 53 years old and disabled. H&M in this store need to get the security people trained because while they are watching the WRONG people the REAL theives are probably getting away.

I was in argyle Street store today with my 4 year old son. Bit stressful. Girl who I asked to help me find jeans was so helpful and lovely. She listend and her customer service was exceptional. I didn't get her name unfortunately, she had piercings on her face and was beatifull. Thankyou for helping me and listening .

Good selection of clothes and accessories for all. However, getting in and out in a hurry is a nightmare. The staff have to ask if you have a loyalty card (or membership) when you get to the till, followed by if they sign up. The customer can get %10 % off their order there and then. This is beyond a joke. You end up waiting in a queue for 20 minutes while people fill out their details and relay it to staff. Takes forever, even worse if you are only going in for 1 thing and end up waiting long enough for your feet to get sore. Usually, at this point, they only have 1 cashier on aswell.

I asked a young salesgirl where the "listed online brown gents cord shirt was - She had no idea and shrugged, seemed totally uninterested! I found it myself. Young guy at changing rooms and on till was a delight ! Top marks to him 😊

Very big store with wide collection for all ages.

I suppose this shop on Argyll Street in Glasgow is the major competition to Primark, I find them remarkably similar, if you were to drop me in one and ask me to quess I wouldn't be able to tell. This is quite a large store over 3 floors and sells every type of clothing at reasonable prices. You can enter either through Argyll Street or from the St Enoch shopping mall.

Had a great experience in store today as the assistant jess could not help me enough. She stopped what she was doing to assist me with choosing clothes. Thanks jess

Despite the controversy, I went to spend some coins and regretted it, lol. Certain people are not welcome in H&M, not in that branch anyway.

Lovely clothes, not too pricey for the quality and they are big on helping you recycle.

Great shop, lovely fitting rooms with a mirror you can pull out and adjust it to see the back of your outfit, lovely girls on tills too, I hot a beautiful outfit for my nephew's wedding, will be back again soon, loved it here!
