Nice fresh sushi, can watch it being made with the tables right next to the prep area. Staff were friendly and helpful explaining how everything worked. Even if your not a fan of raw, or really just want to see what's going on you can simply go straight to a full on typical curry. Various soft and alcohol beverages on offer including of coarse Japanese teas and Sake. Finish all that off there is desserts available to satisfy even the most sweet toothed amount your group.

This was a good place to eat however it is now badly let down by poor and slow service. Won't be back.

Hi YO! Fort, YS our favourite place to eat but our last couple of visits to the Fort have been really disappointing. Staff have been lovely but maybe you don't have enough? The conveyor belt had stupid amounts of the same thing, so there was VERY little variety. Hot ordered items were fine as always but the rest was disappointing. Staff seemed like they were really trying but struggling. Not sure what's happening here as there has been a noticeable drop in quality of experience. Hope it returns to form, we used to be regular visitors and a year ago this rating would have been an instant 5.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We were served by Natasha, who was so smiley, lovely, approachable and amazing at her job. I am veggie and my boyfriend is a vegan, but he is severely allergic to sesame seeds. We went on the Wednesday which made it easier as it's green Wednesday. We asked Natasha's advice and she went above and beyond. She got out the allergy sheet, she told all the staff to be wary and she made sure everything was amazing for us. We have been out a lot and some people don't care to stand and make sure themselves and you are happy, and taken care of when it comes to allergies. It was amazing to see how attentive she was and how much she truly cared. So grateful for her help, we had been before to yo sushi in Braehead but my bf wasn't vegan at the time so it was easier then! Natasha is a credit to yo! and deserve a reward! Will be back just because of Natasha!

At first glance nice looking restaurant. Second we get served down hill from there. Took a while for staff to notice us as we walked. Sat down took ages to order food once you press the button. Green tea took ages. Understaffed restaurant. Open kitchen and you can see grease in the back. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. With an open kitchen the kitchen should be gleaming. Staff look unhappy to be there not a smile on site Been to a few of the YO Sushi worst by far. Shame

Smallest plate of food Ive ever been served. I had noodles and my Sis had the rice, both with chicken. It was served on a tiny tea cup saucer. I was still hungry when I left. Never go back..also slooooow service despite the place being dead .

I visited on the 9th of October with my fiancé for spot of lunch, we where greeted and seating by such a great waiter his name was Jamie/James, he is very easy to talk a great personality, he reminded me what to do as I have been before but forgotten. It was my fiancé’s first time going to yo, the food was outstanding the only problem I had was when I asked about the brown rice they told they have none on and that I would have to wait 20 mins for it but I just told them it’s okay not to worry. Other than that I have no complaints. The waiter was amazing and other wait staff was lovely. 5* for Jamie/James tho

Extremely slow service, poor selection of dishes on conveyor belt and had to ask for refund as I was overcharged by £10. Used to be ok but no longer worth the high costs. Initially a novelty but that has now worn off. I doubt if we'll be back.

Offers a decent selection of Japanese cuisine that's moderately priced and tastes good. Food works on conveyor-belt system where the chefs prepare the meals and different coloured dishes correspond to different prices. You are able to then select which dishes you want from the conveyor-belt - and it works great. This system is particularly good for groups and newcomers who can see their dish and select what they want when they may be unsure what to order. Staff is friendly and helpful. In the past you could be provided with simple-style chopsticks for newcomers, but this seems to have been done away with in favour of a plastic chopstick holder. I think this is a bit of a shame, but this is a minor complaint.

The food was brilliant and fresh - regarding to the three stars NOT the service. However, the service we received was very disappointing. When we walked in the young girl at the door seen us and continued to ignore us even though she seen us waiting patiently. We then took a seat that we could see free as she continued to ignore us. Then when we were ready to order we hit the button and the girl came over and said “What is it?” This I felt was extremely rude as she had not even acknowledged us before or when she came over to the table. This did effect how we felt for the rest of the time as if they did not want us there. However the food and the chefs were lovely!!

Went into Yo Sushi for a quick lunch expecting nothing but an average meal, I was sorely disappointed. At first they got my meal wrong - literally two dishes and one of them was wrong. Now I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the food they gave me and to be fair I still ate it, but c'mon, it's not what I ordered. Funnily enough I enjoyed one of the thing they got wrong much more than the thing they got right. Now on top of that the staff were less than attentive, the young 18ish year old girl was lovely, but when I asked a 40 year old ish man who was walking by me for cutlery his response was "Hold on mate, I'm serving a customer" in a clearly agitated and rude tone. The man clearly had no grasp of what good customer service is. Overall between the unwelcoming atmosphere, the rude staff member that offered me no apology, the dish that they got wrong and the overpriced food I didn't enjoy my time at Yo Sushi. Not only was it an absolute disappointment, but it was also a complete waste of time and money going there, wish I'd just waited till I got home now. If you're in the mood for a quick bite to eat then go to anywhere but here.
